We decided to try out this trendy japanese restaurant before going to the movies with my family.First impression when we entered was dark and a empty place, soon as we were sat down we were pounced on by this rude waiter wanting us to order as much food as possible telling us how good the food is on the menu, he was so pushy trying so hardto sell us the whole menu most of the time, it made us feel that we wanted to get up and walk away from this horrible place.Eventually we ordered afew dishes,

2 words: It sucks!!!!!!Expensive with no reason.If it is good, I would like to pay for it.Order a pork grill, like 10 small slides of it, but with a very impressive price.order a crab rice with lemon source, taste like the lemon artificial flavor biscuit made in Hong Kong.One bottle of water charge for $80 something.By the way, this is not a restaurant for human being.

As said on title, I ordered almost all chief recommended dishes (ones with Roka tagged) and found not surprise. All dishes come in small portion, and taste so so. I am big sushi fan but found their sushi dishes are not much different from city super kind sushi! Not recommended

it's the first time visit to Roka, have heard of it for quite some time!!We came in around 8 on a friday night, ordered some HH drinks, and some snacks, they were all $38 @, quite a bargain in Rokathe drinks were decent, and so was the food, we ordered some dumplings, squid and some rolls, they all quite good, none of them gave me disappointments... i m sure i will go there once again to try out their main menus...

The wagyu beef & crab suhi roll is a real joke. Came here for dinner tonight with my brother, was attracted by its decor and price seemed reasonable enough.First came the Pork udon and yaki soba, these were actually decent priced for its quantity - taste was acceptable too.However, things got much worse after this..The beef skewer is one of the, if not the worst beef skewer I have ever had in my life, this is not an exaggeration. I’ve just gone to ROKA as I have heard that they had added some new lunch sets to their menu.It was nice to see that they have taken one of their signature items being grilled black cod with miso and now are offering this in form of a bento with steamed rice, pickles, a miso soup and a green salad..Also, new beef cuts were added to the existing beef sirloin, so my friend decided to go for the wagyu sirloin, which we found quite okay for the $ 288 paid. I don't normally write reviews but I had such a bad experience that I think this restaurant deserve some of my time.We were drawn by the nice decor of the restaurant and decided to try their lunch service. 第一次到此店，是誤打誤撞那一種，經過他們門口見到那個＄88精緻四色下午茶餐的宣傳板便進去坐下來了。是一個週六下午，人流完全不多，不怕無位！帶位的小姐很有禮貌，態度好好。環境好好，好優雅，好適合情侶拍拖，三五知己坐下傾偈。由於有dinner plan, 二人share了他們的四色下午茶餐: 香蕉焦糖布丁、朱古力慕絲、紫蘇葉青檸刨冰及法國杏仁餅香蕉焦糖布丁 - 鍾意這一個，因為我喜歡濃濃香蕉味的甜點，加上是我最愛 Creme Burlee，這一款完全是兩者的混合體。朱古力慕絲 - 最普通不過的朱古力味慕絲不算過甜，加上細細件，就是本來好甜都不太覺到。紫蘇葉青檸刨冰 - 好淡味但又好酸，覺得這個麻麻啦！法國杏仁餅 - 味道雖然怪怪，can't tell what it taste like, 但郤是我第二鍾意。

Tried the dessert, they are good and up to international standard, don't even get bother to the ppl who doesn't know about food and taste and only looking at the money they pay. I love the way with the newly inspired creations and being tendy. Taste are good with with refreshing dishes made instead of the old traditional style.
