The wide selection of meat was impressive, different cooking techniques and seasonings for each are pretty convincing that you’re getting your money’s worth.

I loved all the other proteins but most of all the beef and lamb.  The wagyu and lamb chop had just the right amount of fattiness in it which was a lovely contrast to the skirt steak. My first platter was medium and for the refill, I chose medium rare for the beef and I definitely preferred medium rare

I was quite full with the refill already and moved on to dessert. The "salami" is actually biscuits rolled into the chocolate to resemble the salami. Despite the menu said it was vanilla ice-cream, the chocolate ice-cream went really well with this dessert. The salami with the berries was just a right combo and was a nice ending for the dinner.

🍴Smoke skirt salad🥗 - enjoyed it. Crisp salad leaves with perfectly smoked juicy skirt steak. They also come with hard taco shells for a bit of crunchiness. Yum🍴Blue mussels with grilled sourdough-nice and fresh tomato and parsley. Decent sourdough. 👍🏻🍴striploin steak- with quite a lot of marbling. Firstly, suggested to provide more training to the phone lady on CS manner Second, I have double checked with the phone lady on the supply of seafood selection on April 30 brunch, she was “impatient” to tell there is sufficient selection of seafood as normal, including oyster, crab etc…. Turned out I was disappointed there was NO Bread Crab as well as lack of Lamb Rack in grill!(Bread Crab & grill Lamb were available 2 wk before and shot by a YouTuber) Overall food selection is so limited as I k

Second, I have double checked with the phone lady on the supply of seafood selection on April 30 brunch, she was “impatient” to tell there is sufficient selection of seafood as normal, including oyster, crab etc…. Turned out I was disappointed there was NO Bread Crab as well as lack of Lamb Rack in grill!(Bread Crab & grill Lamb were available 2 wk before and shot by a YouTuber)

Overall food selection is so limited as I knew beforehand (except 20 dishes of salad/ starter) I’m totally fine with it before i made reservation.

I can’t accept and this is really BAD they keep lowering down the food selection ….and phone lady dare to emphasize nothing less…

Not worth to go, there is somewhere good to have in HK

到Porterhouse吃Brunch自助餐🤩,位於中環蘭桂坊德己立街30-32號加州大廈7樓。 大年初六都唔算多人, 餐廳時尚高雅, Brunch每位$558📍, 可以另加$298位📍,兩小時任飲汽酒和紅白酒。 但實在太多美食, 所以我們只點了一支Prosecco $580📍。 有前菜、冷盤、 凍海鮮、扒類、熟食和甜品, 另外每人會送一隻鮑魚😁。沙律和芝士都不錯, 最喜歡水牛芝士好creamy😋。 凍海鮮有波士頓龍蝦、 麵包蟹、生蠔、鱈場蟹腳、翡翠螺、加拿大蜆和大蝦。📌龍蝦肉質太韌, 📌麵包蟹多膏, 📌生蠔肉質爽甜, 📌鱈場蟹腳味道普通, 📌翡翠螺口感煙韌, 🗄️大蜆和📌大蝦都是普通。 扒類我喜歡牛扒肉質軟腍🥩, 配上紅酒汁味道更濃厚。 羊架味道比較普通🍗,沒有羊騷味。 熟食我試了蒸魚和咖哩雞, 兩款都是口感偏硬。 但我幾喜歡即叫即整的意粉🍝, 味道不錯。 甜品種類有幾款, 大多是偏甜的, 推介咖啡味雪糕🍦, 香濃軟滑。 整體而言食物、環境、服務都可以, 不妨一試😊。

Porter house - Seafood & Steak brunch🍽@porterhouse_lkf 中環蘭桂芳的Porterhouse假日提供Seafood Spectacular Brunch可以任食多款高質肉類、海鮮🦞。餐廳環境走高貴路線, 樓底高, 空間感十足, 讓人感覺寬敞舒適。肉類選擇非常多會不時轉換, 尤其喜歡他們的牛扒與羊架, 肉質軟腍, 牛扒大概是medium rare鮮嫩多汁;羊架約5成熟, 肉厚嫩滑, 帶適量的羊騷味。海鮮款式選擇亦不少, 最愛龍蝦🦞肉質鮮甜還有不少蝦膏;Craving Station還有數十款新鮮沙律🥗、前菜、ham & cheese選擇, 燒牛肉、炒野菌、烤蘆筍、泰式柚子沙律等都很美味。吃到中段更發現原來烤肉旁邊有誘人的熱熔raclette cheese即點即熔然後淋上香脆的薯角上, 鹹香可口, 相當邪惡。當然少不了Dessert Station, 當天有Tiramisu、Carrot cake、Raspberry cheesecake、Almond cake and Bread pudding等多款選擇, 也許因為當天過了聖誕節不久吧

肉類選擇非常多會不時轉換, 尤其喜歡他們的牛扒與羊架, 肉質軟腍, 牛扒大概是medium rare鮮嫩多汁;羊架約5成熟, 肉厚嫩滑, 帶適量的羊騷味。海鮮款式選擇亦不少, 最愛龍蝦🦞肉質鮮甜還有不少蝦膏;Craving Station還有數十款新鮮沙律🥗、前菜、ham & cheese選擇, 燒牛肉、炒野菌、烤蘆筍、泰式柚子沙律等都很美味。吃到中段更發現原來烤肉旁邊有誘人的熱熔raclette cheese即點即熔然後淋上香脆的薯角上, 鹹香可口, 相當邪惡。當然少不了Dessert Station, 當天有Tiramisu、Carrot cake、Raspberry cheesecake、Almond cake and Bread pudding等多款選擇, 也許因為當天過了聖誕節不久吧, 最驚喜的要數一個大型的Panettone, 無論口感跟味道都意外的美味, 吃起來奶油香氣十足但口感輕盈鬆軟, 加上清甜的果乾帶來清新, 有別於坊間買到的死甜而且沒有蓬鬆感, 更勝早前在某5星酒店吃過的很多很多。另外Hazelnut ice-cream亦很香濃幼滑。

無論食物質素、環境跟服務都相當高質, 性價比高, 絕對值得回訪。

- Surprisingly good in an all you call eat western restaurant
- Best choice of something hot, savoury & moisturising

Ambience💗
- All you can eat at the price of HK$550 per pax, 85% of food were in great quality
- staff would serve most of the food for you rather than everyone can touch the sharing utensils. Love that
- A choice of Free Flow Prosecco, my all-time favourite🥂
- Decent & Clean atmosphere
- High Ceilings
- Professional staff with fast service

Went for a mini party with friends for Xmas, we were expecting a decent night out and celebrate our holiday, but this restaurant turned our night around, from start to finish all the dishes are very bad, the staff even asked us to just put the old dishes aside so they can serve the next dish… they were lack of staff I give them that, but I have never had such restaurant even it is $200 per head.. and this is many times that.. When we wanted to order some champagne, they gave us the Zentral club

When we wanted to order some champagne, they gave us the Zentral club menu and ask us to order at Zentral club pricing, because they don’t have what we wanted to order, I mean.. the staff could sell us what they have I believe?…

when we want to share our bad experience the mangers responses for the above are “we were busy it’s hard to cook good food out and to keep good service”, “the waiters responses were totally according to the managers for the dishes part”, “we need to sell bottles at Zentral club price because Zentral needs to run their business too, we can’t offer it cheaper.” I actually hate to write bad reviews because for restaurants there are always good times and bad times, but this is just insane I can’t help but to share this so they can hopefully improve.

In conclusion. For the money, very bad service, very bad food, wouldn’t recommend trying if you are looking for decent food and services for now. Great location though, and nice balcony.
