Everything you see is great at Ninetys. Stylish-aprons-wearing staffs are ready at the door, waiting to question your ability to finish your meal within an hour.We reserved our seats waiting to be seated. Staffs were keen to question you but after we were seated, no menus were given, they weren’t even realising the absence of menus .They were chitchatting. It was utterly disappointing.
Fame was given to the restaurant for its stylish coffee taste and food.
Yet our octopus salad was mere octopusy-octopus, beetroot sauce based, kale and soft-boiled egg.
The egg is full of umami but it doesn’t fit the sea-seasoned octopus,the bitter kale and the freshness of beetroot.
All ingredients were placed on a fine plate, yet without a story given to the customer.
Choco black coffee we had with dried blueberries served, it’s refreshing combining concentrated sweetness of blueberries onto the choco, coarse and roasted coffee taste.
Overall, disappointing customer service is the deadliest of all in a fine restaurant as such.
