无论食物质素、环境、服务都极好，Marina Grill@AMC朋友一致点咗Signature Menu Set，有5道菜，非常之饱1. Smoked Salmon brioche 烟三文鱼下层忌廉幼滑，面包松软2. Blue Swimmer Crab Cake 我最喜欢菜式，超多蟹肉，啖啖肉又鲜甜，配上法式Tarragon cream，好好味！3. Lobster Bisque 浓得来好creamy嘅龙虾汤，汤内有少量龙虾肉，弹牙爽口，不过饮晒成碗都几漏4. Steak au Poivre served with French Fries and House Salad 牛系Black Angus Tenderloin, 肉质软腍，配上干邑黑椒汁5. Valrhona Chocolate Foundant 好浓味嘅朱古力心太软，饱到食剩一半

星期五12点到达Marina Grill，位于香港仔深湾道8号深湾游艇会。 餐厅环境舒适， 服务周到。 点了两个3道菜商业午餐， 价钱合理。 餐前面包外脆内软配上牛油很美味， 前菜是青口，非常鲜味，主食和牛芝士汉堡配沙律， 卖相普通， 沙律菜爽口新鲜， 和牛芝士汉堡 入口juicy， 汉堡厚切肥美。 因为太饱所以已经 没有吃甜品，但饮了cappuccino， 面层的奶泡口感幼滑， 咖啡香浓。 食物质素不错，环境优美😊。🏷️温馨提示～ 整个用餐体验均属个人分享意见， 只作参考😊。 Marina Grill地址: 香港仔深湾道8号深湾游艇会

Sunday Roast : Slow cooked USDA prime rib , 绝对唔会输蚀过最爱嘅Scrumptious Delight , Juicy , 肉味浓（第一啖已经令你好醒神）、如果边位能够再烧香啲的话，真系上中下路毫无破绽。其他头款、配菜一样出色、建议下次一路食一路播住 Brunch On Sundays 仲有feel（笑），有冇加一，成个餐有头盘，Roast Beef , 甜品 都只系$580, 咁嘅价钱、咁嘅服务、咁嘅质素、真系冇得挑剔

I order the Lobster Bisque every time I come to this Restaurant 😋 . This club is managed by the Shangri-La group, and the bisque is as good as the one served at Lobster Bar.Ordered the seafood grill to share this time. This seafood were Fresh!!! The serving was so big that we couldn’t finish all.

Not many AMC members go to The Grill, but it’s actually a standout restaurant that occupies an impressive sprawling multifunctional space on the 2nd Floor. It has numerous interesting nooks and crannies for lounging, chatting, and dining, and is a unique destination for fine dining.We reserved the T1 table, which is essentially this single outdoor table in an enclosed private space overlooking the marina - it felt like a private table service only for us. Even though it was only us sitting outside, the waitstaff was remarkable in that they noticed every time we needed something.We ordered the dry-aged sirloin steak, black cod, Raging Bull salad (unique mixed salad), French onion soup and tomato soup. For one of the sides they were kind to give us a half-order of pumpkin risotto, and the other was broccoli. All dishes were good.Service was amazing and attentive. It was really good value considering it’s a five-star fine dining establishment. AMC members you need to check out The Grill - you won’t be disappointed!!
