Located in the Langham hotel, a stone's throw away from Harbour City and Ocean Terminal, I was craving a burger and fries so decided to make the trek (other options were Dan Ryans and BLT Burger in Ocean Terminal, which had a long wait. The interior of this joint is very classic 60s American diner type of setting. Tables are spaced generously and the service is impeccable as the waitstaff are extremely attentive to all your needs.
The food is primarily American, and they use good and fresh ingredients, and the portions are definitley American sized. I ordered a strawberry milkshake, which was thick and creamy but not extremely filling, perfect when you are about to gorge on American food. I also ordered a bacon cheese burger, which was cooked to perfection, with crispy bacon and melted cheese on a large juicy patty, sandwiched between two toasted buns that had a slight buttery taste. The burger comes with fries which were thick fries (I personally prefer thin fries) which were cooked right, fluffy on the inside and crisp on the outside. I also ordered a side of onion rings, which I was unable to finish but they were quite good as well, crispy and light batter.
Overall I think this is a good place if you want to have some authentic American food but the price is relatively expensive as compared to other places.
