It was getting late in the afternoon when suddenly the wife suggested that she was referred a new (ish) restaurant at Harbour City. Since we are a bit tired of eating the same thing over and over again, we have started to look for new places to eat. Anyway, since it was still a little before dinner time, we got there and there was still a table or two vacant.
After reading the menu which was rather informative, we picked several dishes like the veggie soup, the chicken wings, the prawn and avocado salad, the clam spaghetti and the cheese and tomato macaroni!
The veggie soup was well nice, definitely worth trying since it really was full of veggies and rather rich. The chicken wings were well made, crisp and oil-free when chewed. The salad was well mixed and each and every bite had flavour in it though a bit salty toward the bottom of the dish. The clam spaghetti and the cheese and tomato macaroni were really tasty, in particular the clam spaghetti, so much that our picky daughter finished three quarters of it, leaving me and the wife with only bits and pieces of it and the tomato macaroni to share!
We didn't try the signature drinks as we were all recovering from coughs but judging by the other customers on the other tables, most of them ordered those signature drinks and they all seemed to be rather impressed!
In terms of the environment and the service quality, in my experience, the restaurants in Harbour City do tend to have a certain standand they try to uphold and this was no different!
All in all, a rather delightful try of something new for a family of three!
