平時我都好鍾意去堅尼地城，覺得呢邊個氣氛特別chill，尤其係海旁一帶，無論係食飯定散步，個vibe都係好正❤️最近就同一班朋友去左海旁一間主打香港品牌啤酒”鬼佬啤“🍺既餐廳到Happy Friday😙餐廳係有Gweilo 鬼佬啤酒同Woolly Pig兩位老闆一齊創辦，係香港少有既手工啤嚷酒廠餐廳😝𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 🍕 ◦ Fish & Chips ($180) 咁多款食物入面呢份炸魚薯條係最好食既！炸得香脆而且肉質夠滑，薯條都好香脆❤️◦ Pizza N' duja / Pizza Carbonara ($140/$150) 前者係用左辣肉腸、茄子🍆同埋兩款芝士(stracchion & ricotta)，朋友表示好辣🙈後者就係用左風乾豬面頰肉再加兩款芝士(mozzarella & pecorino)，感覺普普通通～◦ Baby Back Ribs ($220) 呢份rib都係普普通通，肉質唔夠軟熟～◦ Steak & Chips ($340) 每日既牛扒都唔一樣，今次就係和牛；我地雖然選擇左medium-rare，但有部分牛扒都係煮得太熟了所以口感偏實；即使中間係粉紅色既肉質仍然有d硬～𝐁𝐞

When I went into the cafe , I requested for a cooler corner as the weather outside was 37 degrees . I wanted to have a quiet lunch and some cold drinks to cool myself down while washing my car next door . For a place that promotes a Sunday bottomless brunch with a 2-hour free flow limit, I expected that my food would come very quickly. There were 3 waiters working on a restaurant at 80% capacity. 今日同老婆及友人，去西灣海傍睇完日落🌄，順便到海旁食埋晚飯先走，行過見到一間餐廳面向海邊幾有氣氛下，再睇真啲，裡面有一個個不鏽鋼釀造啤酒缸喺酒吧裏面，原來呢度有自家即釀「鬼佬」gwei-lo手工生啤供應，睇落幾有意思，自己一向喜歡飲啤酒，加上行到熱熱地，即刻入去搵位坐低🍻餐廳頗大但冇乜人，餐牌亦比較簡單，都係飲啤酒及輕食為主，一張紙睇哂，另外仲有一細本menu，裡面有多少點啤酒、少量紅白汽泡酒及食物可以選擇，如果抱住黎飲啤酒傾計的話，我覺得食物選擇係夠嘅，但如果你係以食好嘢行先的話，咁可能會令你失望😅🔻不同口味手工今晚都試咗好幾款，手工啤因為産量少而主打自家特式，所以一向都係偏貴，每杯都要$70-80蚊，menu 裏面有每款味道特性介紹，味道方面當然跟普通飲開嘅 Stella/Guinness/Hoegaarden/1664稍有不同，但未完全飲到menu所介紹嘅味道，可能我舌頭未夠敏銳吧，又或者我個人較喜歡重麥味啤酒😅至於食物方面，我哋都點左4樣嘢佐酒，味道都係普普通通吧，整體來講如果行過呢區，又想搵個地方坐低，同朋友黎呢度飲杯野hea下都可以嘅，但如果想有happy hour，又要食

今日有免費車坐，所以就同男朋友一齊去咗西環行吓。行到海旁嘅時候就發現一間粉紅色外表嘅餐廳吸引住。個環境睇落去好chill,而且啲食物睇落去好吸引所以就決定入去試吓。一打開個drinking menu, 發現有好多唔同款嘅啤酒,而且有我最愛嘅鬼佬啤酒。食物方面，雖然選擇唔算好多但係睇落都好吸引。我哋就叫咗兩杯啤酒，一份炸雞一個egg Benny 同埋一個叉燒漢堡。第一樣黎嘅食物吃炸雞，雖然外表正正常常但食落去有驚喜。尤其是嗰醬超級好食,同個炸雞勁夾。而且佢嗰炸粉同出邊韓式炸雞好唔同，食得出係即叫即炸。雖然其中一十塊炸得好熟但係總括嚟講都係超級好食。下一個嚟嘅就係 egg Benny, 佢個味同出邊食嘅有啲唔同,但係我超鍾意因為佢比較酸落咗蕃茄同青瓜，所以食落去冇咁濟。最後一個係叉燒漢堡，呢個中規中矩。整體來講佢嘅食物質素真係好好，而且環境好舒服同埋啲職員都好好人。一個非常高質嘅餐廳

Main dish 超差，mussels 寛條面，mussels super over cooked.. 咬及吞不下去！寛條面也十分硬，好似未煮熟咁！反而大部分小食都出色沒事！

在非常晴朗的一個星期天去試了這間餐廳。硬件值得一讚, 環境開揚, 地方闊落, 非常適合和朋友飲酒聊天。但其他方面都令人頗為失望。我的啤酒 (imperial stout)價錢不便宜, $55 只有200 ml。味道偏淡偏薄, 是十分一般的本地啤酒。最大的失望是食物水準。Char siu burger 裏面的豬肉很瘦沒什麼味道, 不太像豬腩肉。幸好有煎蛋和一塊波蘿, 整個麵包尚算吃得下。但Sunday roast 的火雞非常差勁。火雞肉質很乾很柴, 配菜的薯仔甘荀沒有調味, gravy 同紅莓漿一點都不像應該有的味道, 整個餐完全不合格。只建議來這裡飲兩杯, 食物可以不用點。

啤啤樂趣多酒後笑呵呵鬼理是不理佬味是優美堅尼地城海旁開展了很多西方美食的店舖，所以少不了啤酒來陪襯。返過來想一想，是美食帶着啤酒前往新景界，還是啤酒拉起了美食的吸引力呢？美食的食材要新鮮，啤酒也何常不是呢？於是 "手工啤酒" 依個名稱就代表了新鮮啤酒了。《 GRAIN 》在堅尼地城眾多地舖中，擁有着寬敞和舒服的空間，並提供多款美食。但今次，只飲不食。叫咗兩杯極為不同嘅(鬼佬)試試。「 Gwei.lo (鬼佬) 」手工啤，一個無惡意的調皮名稱。在網上得知 : 創辦人認為「 Gwei.lo (鬼佬) 」呢個字原本就係香港人專屬，係一個十分本地化嘅稱呼；而且希望可以重新定義香港啤酒，同時亦再定義『鬼佬』喺香港人心目中的形象。第一杯係「Pale Ale」： 清澈見底的色澤，帶有熱帶水果香，口感清爽，酒精感覺低，似是為女性產生；最啱喺室內開大冷氣、雪到好凍，作為 Party Drink、餐前開胃酒，就十分唔錯。另一杯係 「 Hazy I.P.A」： 英格蘭經常霧霾，於是此酒又稱為混濁的I.P.A.，它用歐洲麥芽、配合南太平洋一帶生產嘅啤酒花；製作出個性鮮明、複雜深厚口感；滲出夏日水果和花香，帶有
