約了幾個舊同事聚會，大家柴娃娃的，想找個開心的地方，朋友介紹 Frites Belgium on Tap，初時沒有太大期望，不過來到有驚喜！環境氣氛熱鬧自由輕鬆，室外坐位還可看到海景，有很多老外在這裡歡談暢飲，是下班 Happy Hour 的好地方！有多款比利時啤酒選擇，我選了 Stella Astois 生啤，味道清甜可口，消暑解渴一樂也！點了藍青口配 Hoegaarden 比利時啤酒做的醬汁，味道苦苦地，有特色，藍青口跟 Frites 薯條一起上，還有幾塊麵包，可以點汁吃，我們都吃得非常豪情！啤酒腸仔 Beer Sausages 是用來餸啤酒的小吃，所以味道比較鹹，但很香口，細細份，也有兩塊麵包點汁吃。另外我們還叫了鹹豬手，不過太黑所以沒有影相了，鹹豬手做得非常出色，真的皮脆肉香，十分美味！不過可能是餸啤酒的關係，各款食物都是偏鹹的，令人要大量飲水，口渴非常！總括來說都是非常盡興美味可口的一餐，喜歡吃肉的，喜歡啤酒的，一定不能錯過啊！

Our gang of three hit Frites Belgium on Tap in Wanch for lunch. We ordered Mussel in pot ( $350 full portion) with white wine, Schnitzel ($180), and cous cous with veggie. The mussel arrived first and we almost needed a magnifying glass to find them. Very different in size from the ones we had in Belgium. The sauce was good with strong white wine taste . Next came the schnitzel and it was too thick and over fried. I suggest they hammer the veal a little longer and fry it a little less next time.

I came here for lunch frequently, because I think is one of the best place to have delicious lunch nearby. They have an early bird lunch offer which if you finish it before 12:45 with the bill and stuff you can have a 20% off the bill. 三月下旬‧有雨在週五飯局前，在此跟一位網路界猛人及商界精英喝點東西。先來一杯Leffe Blonde，金色的顏色很美，味道清新也帶甜味，清爽。再來一round，大家已轉了白酒，我喝的仍然是Leffe Blonde。是日金句「識多個人，好過識多個字」。

記得上次在中環的Frites吃了非常飽但也非常滿足的晚餐，這天突然很有吃青口的衝動，雖然中環店滿座，但幸好灣仔的新分店座位供應沒那麼緊張，所以可以先訂座，七時再舒舒服服的去吃個晚飯．從前的三里屯已經裝修番新好，更改名為Brim 28，走了一圈終於找到訂了座的Frites，坐滿了下班來喝一杯的上班族．酒吧室內很暗，看不見裝修是怎樣的：用的木枱刀叉，看似粗枝大葉，其實粗中有細，處處滲出一種continential(?)的味道．餐牌只是印在毡枱紙上，反而beer list被珍而重之的印在一本叫BEER BIBLE的皮面厚簿上，種類應有食物選擇的數倍之多！加上店的酒吧又光猛又齊備，Frites的重心放在哪裡，從此易而可見吧．一場來到，當然要點青口！這次就要Frites House Mussels口味的，再加一個小沙律，一客燒羊架，就已經足夠了，還得留肚吃甜品呢．也翻了翻聖經，侍應大該是看我不會飲酒的樣子，主動推薦甜美的水果啤酒給我們．說時遲那時快，青口已搶閘上枱，比沙律還要快，why...？之後的食物也緊接著送上，在三分鐘內已是滿枱美食的盛況．最後的反而是啤酒，由酒保親自遞上，並斟了第一杯酒，

I have always wanted to come here, but the locations were not that convenient.I finally got motivated to come because so many new restaurants have opened here such as Greco Pi, which was the one I actually wanted to go, but since it was a cold day, I went to this place instead.Ever since I had moule frites in London, I have always had a craving for them, I tried Belgo’s East in Hong Kong but it was not good.The restaurant style at this place was similar to the Friar tuck style with high ceilings

頗有格調的比利士酒吧Frites，氣氛好亦不愁沒有好啤酒招呼朋友，而剛由上海回來的她相信不會敏感，天氣沒想天文台預告那麼冷，不穿綿衣在露天位置也不寒涼，我的人生也太熱鬧精彩了，有半區鐘的時間是想靜靜感受小城的人和事，就坐到室外，看看鬼佬豪飲也寫意。作為pub food這裡薯條炸得香脆可口，較令人跌眼鏡的藍貝更值一試；清理後，便各自在微博發送美食分享，道別後又透過Whatsapp相約不日小聚試另一間火鍋店，這是後話。

Don't know where Nicole went for her lunch but it doesn't sound like where 10 of us went for lunch!We had an excellent meal. A beautiful pub and restaurant where good to have a drink and snack but not a formal meal, the food was awful I can say! Lunch menu offered 4 choices and we were not very hungry, so, didn’t try steak with fries (big mistake!)
