Wanted to experience this new concept of fine dining as Fueille prided itself as a sustainable restaurant. It’s one of the few restaurants in HK that achieved a green Michelin star. We went on a week day to try their lunch menu. The restaurant adopted simple design using wood to create a homely setting. Tables were spaciously laid out.
