正當我苦惱地尋找慶祝太太生日嘅餐廳，突然就喺電話見到Carna，再喺Openrice睇埋其他人嘅comment後就決定係呢間喇。順利到達39樓，入座前Greta會先詢問想要什麼welcome drink，有紅酒或mocktail選擇，以及有餐前小食提供。由於用餐前已做定功課，所以好快就可以落order，叫了牛肉他他，意粉，牛扒，及最有特色的特大tiramisu，落單後侍應好快就上麵包籃，由於提供嘅係軟麵包，我特別鐘意，而且佢地會提供兩款唔同嘅橄欖油，各有優點。食物方面我唔係一個食評家，但同太太都好滿意，特別想提及Susana，上牛肉他他時會講及背後嘅故事，食主菜時又會主動提議我地先食意粉，以免意粉嘅醬汁會變凍後冇咁好食，十分細心。食完甜品當然埋單走人，離開前再遇見Greta，她先詢問我地嘅用餐體驗，又帶我地參觀餐廳嘅另一邊，建議我地下次可以試食brunch，而且日頭嘅view有另一個感覺，最後更幫我同太太喺門口處影相留念，多謝Greta。

Carna很難訂位，平日也常常爆滿。如要食晚飯，建議早一點訂座。.試完後終於明白它的魅力所在，無論服務、環境、食物都令人很滿意很享受，體驗一流。尤其是Sylver每一份菜也仔細介紹及招呼周到，服務令人满意。建議6：00pm左右到，可以看到黃昏至夜晚的美景變化，今晚也是全場爆滿，實在意想不到。.我覺得飲品很出色，我們不喝酒，冇酒精飲品味道也令人驚喜。另外門口的welcome drinks，牛扒、前菜和意粉也好吃，甜品更加不用說，有水準，下次會再幫襯。

一入餐廳會先比杯welcome drink, 之後先再埋位。餐牌睇到好亂，經Kenneth 細心介紹，叫左6道菜，前菜麵包送既但係好好食，牛骨髓波波有驚喜。帶子有啲白色好粗好似河粉咁嘅嘢，但係好爽口唔知咩嚟，主菜件牛扒(porterhouse)超大件，話比T-bone大d，但係都唔d，好彩susana 同 Diksa好好幫我哋切好晒，仲全程都好好笑容，服務周到。之後件豬腩肉好似食燒肉咁，不過就都幾貴，CP值低。海鮮意粉初時冇搞勻係幾好味，之後搞勻再食有d過咸，最後來一個tiramisu, 滿足。

見到呢間餐廳，環境同氣氛都唔錯，趁住慶祝週年紀念，一於去試下搭𨋢上餐廳時仲有得一邊搭𨋢，一邊欣賞維港景😍去到Reception有Welcome drinks，仲有得揀有酒精或非酒精添👍👍😊一早預訂維港景位置，餐廳安排了好好的景觀，服務友善及詳細講解每道菜式👍👍最值得一讚係甜品Tiramisu 😍😍👍👍

Been here to celebrate our anniversary, we were assigned to one of the best view seats, so overwhelming with the panoramic view. The course that we selected are just perfect, highly recommended with their signature beef tartar as appetiser and the aged Ribeye. Ending with a Tiramisu, which I can claim it is the best in town. The foyer was set in a welcoming ambience, amazing ...... we were at the right place! Saturday brunch offers a variety of good food. I love the beef tartare carrying rich beef taste. The tripe rigatoni reminded tripe snacks of Roma an ex-colleage missed so much, the pasta is truly al dente. The ribs are tender and deliciously juicy. 今次去咗Carna食牛扒，真係好正！牛扒煮得啱啱好，肉質鮮嫩，非常多汁，每一口都好滿足。配搭嘅調味料亦好有層次，真係唔可以錯過。至於甜品，我試咗佢哋嘅Tiramisu，味道輕盈而香濃，咖啡香味十足，入口即化，真係好食到唔想停口！服務方面，Waiter Raj同Waitress Zita、Isha都好友善，服務態度一流，令我哋的用餐體驗更加愉快。全體都好專業，會再光顧！

之前睇完馬田嘅YouTube所以今次嚟到世界最出名嘅夫嘅餐廳食brunch 今日食呢個係Nose to tail嘅Menu 即係會食到好多部位會有幾款前菜我個人幾鍾意嗰個辣辣地嘅Beef tartar佢個辣味將個肉味大得幾出另外比較出色係佢嗰個意粉我同有人本身都未食過會用牛柏葉整嘅意粉今次食到大家都覺得幾特別其實好想encore不過已經有啲飽肉嘅主菜就一般般啦可能想搵次嚟試吓晚市睇吓如果係啲靚啲嘅肉會唔會好啲另外我哋嗌咗free flow個bar tender自己調嘅酒都幾出色令到成餐飯都生色不少大家如果free flow一定要試吓佢推介嘅酒有一個梅味嘅酒好出色

I don’t post food reviews often, but my dining experience at Carna has left me a great impression. Was here to celebrate my dad’s birthday — greeted at the entrance with a welcome drink and a great smile which started things off on a bright note. 朋友揀咗呢間米芝蓮steak house食生日飯。上到去reception即刻offer每人一杯welcome drink，入到餐廳嘅燈光同環境感覺舒服。Even連啲麵包都好脆好好食！Zucchini spaghetti 味道好清新Beef carpaccio有滿滿嘅truffle味Tuna tartare係正常發揮不過不失Bistecca Toscana係45 days dry-aged，成1.2kg上枱大家都嘩一聲😲Pork belly配埋啲梨一齊食係幾特別嘅（我形容佢係意大利style燒腩仔😆）Tiramisu個texture幾好又唔會太重酒味成餐飯都好出色，整體感覺好滿意👍🏻

What a delightful dining experience! The food was exceptional, perfectly complemented by the stunning view of Hong Kong Harbour. Our servers, Diksa and Raj, were attentive and knowledgeable, making the meal even more enjoyable. We explored the menu and decided on the chuck flap steak, which was cooked to perfection—tender and flavorful! Each bite was a testament to the chef's skill.
