Has been in my to-try-list for some time and I finally got to try it. The environment and view was lovely.Focaccia bread was aromatic but I was impressed by their green salad. Their fig sauce was really appetizing.Now the unlimited appetizers start. Having said that, the appetizers were so full we only ordered few more items for the second round.All their beef items are good but I was impressed by their Burrata Cheese with vegetables, vinegar and pinenuts. Despite the cheese, it was very appetizing due to the vinegar and pinenut aroma.Pasta was unlimited too but we were so full from the appetizers. There were plenty of braised wagyu inside the sauce and the pasta was al dente. For the sauce, my parents loved the flavor but for myself, I felt it was a bit too salty so I guess we all have different preferences.The Angus Cube Roll had lovely grill and aroma to it. The braised rib caught my heart with its tenderness and its lovely flavors from its marination.Tiramisu is not unlimited but the server some how guessed I was a dessert fanatic and gave me a large scoopService here was lovely and looking forward to coming here again to try their other steaks.  继续阅读

餐厅环境好靓,可以睇到维港海景,装修话参考咗意大利教堂嘅设计,典雅得来又带点时尚。一入到去先有一台充满蜡烛嘅烛台迎面而来,服务员先向你招呼饮一杯酒或者Cocktail,再浅尝一片意大利腊肠。未开始用餐,已经会令人觉得好特别好welcoming 嘅气氛。面包篮面包外脆内软又暖暖哋,好舒服嘅感觉。唔错!而且橄榄油有两种选择,一种浓嘅一种淡嘅。选左浓嘅橄榄油,非常之有果香味。至于黑色嘅脆片就正常味道。前菜 :👌🏼Warm Beef Shin Salad: 牛腱肉质地非常嫩滑,味道偏淡。所谓个沙律都系几条红萝卜丝。味道正常冇咩特别。👌🏼Carnaroli Risotto:南瓜汁质地creamy,  甜甜地,有 d 脆脆嘅炸茄子增加口感。另外有一嚿炭烧到黑色嘅茄子,苦苦地,唔系几好味。主菜:👌🏼Marango Ribeye, 45 Days Dry-aged应该系呢度嘅signature dish,份量非常多。按餐厅的推介嗌左medium rare。外皮烧得比较脆,有炭烧香味,整体食落有dry aged 牛肉嘅味道。但系缺点就唔Juicy,冇汁。而且medium rare 真系几生,又唔见得好味左,下次有机会都可能系medium 会好d。整体味道还可以,但又唔算话好惊喜。👌🏼Grilled Whole Intalian Seabass:西式烧鱼嘅味道,鱼质唔算好软滑,正正常常冇话好特别好惊喜。👌🏼Homemade Sausage:正常味道甜品:🙂Tiramisu呢度嘅招牌菜,劲大碗比大家share。Tiramisu嘅芝士部份非常嫩滑,蛋糕有比较重冧酒味道,带少少杏仁味道,同埋偶然食到脆脆粒增加口感。整体系好味嘅。整体来讲,环境同氛围一流,虽然味道唔算出色,但如果想揾个靓靓餐厅同朋友食下饭,整体都会开心嘅。 继续阅读

作为一间标榜高级意大利牛扒餐厅,Carna by Dario Cecchini 喺网上获得唔少好评,但我琴晚嘅亲身体验却令人失望。牛扒系主打,但我𠮶份Beef Chuck Flap筋多难咬,完全唔值佢嘅价钱。等食物嘅时间亦非常之长,等咗最少45分钟,对一间高级餐厅嚟讲实在唔合理。员工态度一般,唔算热情,仲落错我两样食物。呢啲系基本错误,喺呢个价位嘅餐厅出现,实在唔应该。虽然装潢华丽,但枱与枱之间距离太近,基本上可以清楚听到隔离枱讲紧乜,完全冇私隐可言。对于想享受一个宁静晚餐嘅人嚟讲,会觉得好逼。Carna 嘅理念(nose-to-tail、可持续肉类)虽然值得欣赏,但实际体验远远未达标。网上好多食评都过份夸张,实情系:环境逼、服务差、食物唔值等咁耐。以呢个价钱,我会选择其他更值得嘅餐厅。 继续阅读
