是日午飯時間，有點餓但不至於想吃一整餐飯，便以兩支果汁充當午餐。一支橙汁，一支富士蘋果汁，各270毫升。早已聽聞bless賣的並非一般果汁，而是冷壓果汁，保留了水果最原始的營養。試過真是不得了。1. 橙汁的成分只有100%橙，富士蘋果汁的成分只有100%富士蘋果2. 無添加糖3. 無添加色素4. 無防腐劑5. 100% raw6. 香港製造「乜都無」的果汁居然這麼好喝。到超市隨手拿起一些果汁，看看當中成分，便會發現「簡單就是美」這個說法老套得來卻那麼真實。其實「乜都無」才是最好啊。這份午餐飽肚之餘，齒頰留香，精神抖擻。大自然的美味，買少見少，而且健康得來價錢合理，不妨一試。
