是日午饭时间，有点饿但不至于想吃一整餐饭，便以两支果汁充当午餐。一支橙汁，一支富士苹果汁，各270毫升。早已听闻bless卖的并非一般果汁，而是冷压果汁，保留了水果最原始的营养。试过真是不得了。1. 橙汁的成分只有100%橙，富士苹果汁的成分只有100%富士苹果2. 无添加糖3. 无添加色素4. 无防腐剂5. 100% raw6. 香港制造「乜都无」的果汁居然这么好喝。到超市随手拿起一些果汁，看看当中成分，便会发现「简单就是美」这个说法老套得来却那么真实。其实「乜都无」才是最好啊。这份午餐饱肚之余，齿颊留香，精神抖擞。大自然的美味，买少见少，而且健康得来价钱合理，不妨一试。
