睇灯饰前来到baci pizza食野, 呢间意大利餐厅有两层, 2楼系fine dining, 1楼就的baci pizza就比较简约先左一杯西柚mixed左berries的summer breeze($50) 同Peroni意大利啤酒($47), 然后送上一篮暖暖的面包, 面包水准平平, 可以点橄榄油同陈醋伴食我地叫左一个pizza quattro formaggi($158), 呢个pizza 系用左 gorgonzola, fontina, parmesan & mozzarella 四种唔同嘅芝士做馅, 饼底系传统的意大利薄式的饼底, 薄薄的批底再配上4种唔同嘅芝士同少量的蕃茄酱, 有gorgonzola的blue cheese味道, 简单得来感觉又几得意㖞! 芝士味淡淡的, 唔会太漏, 整体不俗, 可惜略嫌个批底唔够香脆另叫左一碟传统的spaghetti alle vongole($208), 有好多只大蚬, 而且带著浓浓的海水味, 配上橄榄油, 蒜泥, 辣椒煮成, 但橄榄油, 蒜泥, 辣椒的味道都好淡, 虽然意大利粉做得不错, 但唔算好al dente, 只系不软不硬, 但整体味道不佳, 而且煮得比较多水份同太湿, 份量亦偏少, 卖成两百蚊真系贵左d因为d甜品都成$70-$80, 所以最后我地点左个desert plater,($148) , 都几大堆头:有home made开心果雪糕蛋糕, 当中有开心果碎, 开心果味好重, 当中加左少少的焦糖, 真系好正另有杯tiramisu, 同平时tiramisu唔同, 佢系浸左咖啡酒的蛋糕上只系加左打得好滑的忌廉, 而唔系mascapone cheese, 味道一般, 有件焗朱古力蛋糕, 暖暖的蛋糕有著湿润的感觉, 朱古力味都算浓, 呢个意式甜品panna cotta做得好滑而且奶味浓郁, 有水准 :但炸雪糕则一后, 感觉好似食金莎整体食物水平一般, 但同意其他食友所讲, 其中有一位男侍应同地下reception态度甚有问题, 好似唔想做咁, 呢d完全唔系应该有的服务态度, 比茶餐厅还要差, 希望真系要改善一下

Watched the i-cable tv show by Ms. So, then my hun and I decided to go for a try.We called and reserved a table for 2, and there was alrdy sum bad attitude when my hun asked about the exact location of the restaurant. When we arrived, basically no one greeted us properly and seems like all the staff were so unfrdly.My hun ordered a glass of wine and the waiter who served us started pouring some wine into my glass and I told him we only ordered one becos I dun drink red wine really. And he talked back and said my hun had ordered for 2 glasses juz now (which of cos he didnt cos I heard when he ordered), and I think it's quite inappropriate for him to talk back like that and sucha defensive tone. Anyways, we ordered a salad to start with and a pizza 1st since the place was famous for its pizzas. The salad was.. okay, nthing special. Worst was the pizza. BADBADBAD for a freshly baked pizza! The ingredients were VERY scarcely scattered.. and the pizza crust wasnt good. We then looked over at the oven area at the bar and saw a 2X yr old holding the baking spade and standing there juz chitchatting very casually (well you could not sense a teeny bit of professionalism in him at all). We thought it was gonna be some authentic italian pizza granted the price range but it was sooo bad.. I would have gone pizza express.. much better food + service quality!We got fed up with the food & overall service so we just quickly finished off the pizza and salad then juz left the place. Bad experience, wouldnt go there ever again!!!

12/1(六) 7pm倘若没有coupon,相信我等兰桂芳过客到访此仿高档次的西餐厅的机会微乎其微!位处喧闹的兰桂芳1号一楼的Baci Pizza,格局有点局促,面积之小俨如私房菜般.晚市若七时才营业,我俩为首台食客,一众服务生及经理聚首闲话家常,没在食客于眼内,而且服务生全程面如包公,服务也不见得专业,服务之劣等诚然教人始料不及!男友为此由开场唠叨到完场,何必自讨苦吃,扫咱们的雅致呢?视而不见,优哉用餐便行!翻阅餐牌后,男友絮聒程度进一步升华;被迫上娘山下,点了set dinner$250:Cabbage Roll,Mushroom Pizza(自选薄饼),Panna Cotta(或Chocolate Mousse);另散点了Speghetti with Clams Vongole$168.先来面包一篮;一篮3款;罂粟子面包质感软熟,而biscotti硬中带松脆,蘸牛油或橄榄油也吃得过;只不过服务生连牛油刀也不晓得端来而已!Cabbage Roll--嫩甜的椰菜卷包裹著软芝士,三文鱼碎,配以三色椒及茄子垫底,口感丰富,精巧的前菜!Mushroom Pizza--除蘑菇外,还有鲜有的食材,黑松露;鲜蕃茄粒替代茄酱,更能尝出其原味,此等价钱,当然不可奢求太高,份量及味道均达标,而薄薄的饼底入口松脆,但面粉香度稍欠!配上香软芝士,质素不逊!Speghetti with Clams Vongole--精彩的Vongole意粉,没多滴多余的酱汁;意粉入口尚是弹牙,味道是超然的鲜,彻底吸引蚬肉的鲜甜;蚬肉份量及体型还不弱!Panna Cotta--雪白的意式奶冻入口香滑Creamy,龙珠果蓝莓及士多啤梨等鲜果将味道平衡得恰如其分!即磨咖啡入口香醇!原价$472,用了$200coupon仍觉得不值,皆因得到"体贴入微的礼待"!

I absolutely agreed to the following comments on the service level of this restaurant which is insufficient.I tried it with my friends last night. The foods were not bad but the prices were not worth them. There were two waiting staff and one supervisor in suit. They didn\\\\\\\'t have a smiling face especially the shorter and fatter one. I felt he was not patient when I asked him about the dishes.We have 4 people and ordered the following:a pizzaa pastaa risotoan appetizer4 drinks1 dessertI appreciated for the dessert I ordered which was quite good, homemade pistachio ice-cream cake, and special.

之前未试过,早两晚试左。先讲食物,头盘的哈密瓜火腿还好,叫左一红一白两款Pizza,红既好过白,饼底够薄不过唔够味,而且烘得太,之后的意粉反而唔错,D蚬洗得几干净,入口重有汁。讲完食物,就要讲讲服务,试想星期六晚上食饭时间,系中环兰桂坊只有三客人,而食物又唔差时,老板系唔系应该谂谂点解呢﹖全晚最有笑容的都系门口位短裙姐姐,跟住就无啦。
