The first thing that drew my eyes about 101 grill pot is definitely the view. Located in the heart of CWB, 101 has a spacious rooftop with a generous view. They use top notch ingredients, and even the soup base is a lot better than what you usually get at other hotpot buffet venue. We ordered the boneless chicken soup base, and you can taste every single ingredients they put in, carefully matched and fresh!
I recommend the handcrafted hotpot set, just because I'm in love with black truffle, and handcrafted meatballs.
If you want to get a Taiwanese flavor, you can also try the night market set. The Angus beef came out and my friend and I were just in awe!
Never did we think it's going to be such huge portion! All the handmade meatballs are fresh and delicious. You can really tell they put a lot of effort in it.
The bean curl are the best bean curl I've had my whole life, and I am really not exaggerating things.

The hotpot provides a wide range of melons and vegetables, so your body can reach a nice balance. Definitely get the apple tea so you won't get a sore throat the next day!
I am so in love with the dumplings and meatballs here I don't even know what to do with myself... Definitely going to come again with my pregnant friend again when the baby pops! The manager said they would give the baby a GREAT discount LOL!
