❰鸟华亭❱ 海之幸蛤汤拉面🍜+ 香酥炸蚝🦪📍湾仔交加里22-30号华都楼地下15号舖星期五晚上,刚响铜锣湾收工,一早同家人讲好左食埋先返,盘一盘食咩好,谂吓谂吓,都系最想去食❰鸟华亭❱ 。未讲食评之前,先讲讲,如果计酒精类饮品,呢间店算比较多选择,可能因为定位系居酒屋。咁啱又系星期五,仲谂乜呀,未食野之前,叫定杯芋烧酎先!《海之幸蛤汤拉面🍜》香味 (3.5/5)蛤汤多数用清汤呈现,而唔会额外加香油或酱油调味,香味不嬲都会淡d,呢碗亦唔例如,唯一特别少少就系有片青柠,增加左清香味,加返少少分。汤 (3.5/5)以蛤汤来讲想几好味,清澈透明,咸度适中,同个面几夹。小扣分系唔太够热。面条 (4/5)食过呢间店嘅朋友都知,呢道有两款面拣,直面同卷面。虽然从个menu,同我对拉面嘅理解,我都认为蛤汤系要配直面食,不过交纸时我都系照选择”大厨推介”,结果佢一如所料,都系配左呢款直面比我。口感爽滑,高加水,而因为个汤较清,所以麦味好明显。配料 (2.5/5)两好一坏。先讲好,赤甘鲷同蛤嘅味道都相当好。赤甘鲷口感香脆,味道清甜,肉质嫩,而蛤就非常鲜味。唔好呢,咁嘅,menu上清楚地写左面入面有帆立贝,而相中嘅料亦明显系帆立贝冇错,我点餐时,职员亦冇讲d乜,结果碗面一上,帆立贝就唔见有,只有一堆小贝柱。贝柱嘅数量算多,不过唔算好鲜只系一般,不过最大问题系,店家如果卖晒帆立贝,当我点餐时,系咪应该同我讲声,等我决定照叫定叫其他呢?呢吓真系要弹,都几离谱。可惜我系食食吓先为意,咁碗面我都食左一半,所以冇开口问店家。另外我叫左《香酥炸蚝🦪》,炸得香脆,蚝都系明显急冻货不过都几够鲜,几好食。不得一提,呢度嘅免费辣芽菜相当美味,我都唔客气地食左颇多。最后都系完食冇难度 。整体 - 值得小推荐 👍 说真的,呢一餐我系食得几开心嘅,碗面系几好食,炸蚝又几好,加上有杯烧酎配住食。赤甘鲷同蛤嘅质数系好,而小贝柱虽然唔太鲜味但数量搭救,所以小推可以大推就唔啦。不过纵然系咁,佢都系久我一粒帆立贝。

Went to this ramen resto in Wan Chai with my sis for lunch during the break time of an event. .I ordered Chicken Ramen, which included three pieces of chicken breasts, fried lotus roots, asparagus, onion and egg. The broth was rich and silky, yet not greasy at all. The lotus roots were incredibly crispy and the asparagus made the dish more colourful. The egg was outstanding with a perfect runny yolk. My sis ordered Spicy Ramen with the same ingredients as my Chicken Ramen, but with a spicy broth. She chose medium spiciness. Not sure abt the flavour since I didn't try it. .The resto is rather small and is famous for its Lemon Ramen, so maybe I could revisit next time to try that. It's interesting to see that the resto once served Keanu Reeves.
