To celebrate my friend's bday, we went to this Japanese resto at Pacific Place for bday lunch. .We started by ordering the Thick Cut Beef Tongue as an appetizer to share. The beef tongue was well-marinated with rose salt, bouncy and meaty, making it a mouthful to savour. For the main course, two friends ordered the Premium Business Lunch Set. She loved the black cod so much as it was super flavourful and tender. The abalone was big and chewy. The Japanese pickles were slightly sour in a good way, refreshing the palate. All the sashimi was fresh with rich umami, pairing excellently with the rice. She particularly enjoyed the salmon roe, as the rich fish oil popped with every bite. The bday star ordered the Eel Rice Box Set. The eel was cut into 8 thick and soft pieces, seasoned with Sansho pepper, providing a peppery but not too overpowering taste. I ordered the Premium Kaisen Don. It was overflowing with extremely fresh sashimi, including tuna, medium tuna belly, scallops, hamachi, salmon, salmon roe, and Matsuba crab meat. The don looked exquisite, and I esp liked the tuna belly, which was fatty and smooth. .The seatings were quite comfortable, enabling us to have a nice chat and catch up.

喺呢个商场嘅餐厅之中,呢间都几热门。返工日子如果想喺呢间餐厅食午餐一定要预先订位,我听啲喺呢区返工嘅朋友讲,佢啲订位都好full,要预早好多先可以订到。今日午餐就叫咗银鳕鱼西京烧定食,佢嘅银鳕鱼西京烧做得几正宗,味道适中之外鱼嘅肉质都好幼嫩。另外佢嘅白饭煮得唔错,软硬适中,斋食都已经好味。不过佢嘅面豉汤就比较淡味,麻麻哋。午餐定食加$10就可以选择咖啡或茶或甜品。朋友提我一定要叫甜品黑芝麻布甸。食落又真系唔错㖞。除咗芝麻味好浓郁之外,佢仲有三层唔同嘅质地,可以试到三种味道,好味。

金钟嘅日本菜选择唔多,相信唔少金钟打工仔lunchtime 都有食过呢间鱼治。鱼治lunch menu选择都几多,有唔同价位嘅海鲜丼、乌冬、盐烧和牛、寿司、鳗鱼饭等等,午市人均一百尾至三百零蚊。今次坐吧枱,一位唔洗等位,觉得都几适合I人静静地一个人食饭。今次选择究极海鲜丼定食。刺身有带子、吞拿鱼、三文鱼、八爪鱼、中拖罗、虾、三文鱼籽同海胆,每款有一至两片,厚薄适中,食材质素ok。定食仲有沙律、前菜、味噌汤同甜品,如果有埋茶碗蒸就perfect。下次会试下望落好吸引嘅商务便当。

今日中午 朋友说先到鱼治拿位置我们及后到,本以为朋友已坐下因此到达鱼治时,跟带位女职员说朋友已到女职员便指示我们入内找朋友怎料兜了一圈也找不到朋友那位女职员便立即进来说:这里没有人未到,现在已full booking,你们要排队!其实我们并没仼何想「打尖」的意思亦以为朋友先到餐厅找位置是已到达为什么那个女职员最初又让我们进去找朋友但后来又说没有人未到齐?又用差劣的语气说已full booking 叫我们排队真的无言我们又没有说要打尖找不到朋友时更没有仼何意思想要坐下亦已退回门口不知道为什么态度那么恶劣?
