今晚同老公食新加坡菜,好耐无食过啦! 餐店环境舒适,灯光柔和,有多张四人枱,亦有卡座,简约企理。餐牌清晰,有午/晚餐、二/四人餐、汤、菜类、小食、饮品、甜品等等,选择唔少。二人餐($218)最岩我地,有两款主食、两款小食和两杯饮品。我拣海鲜喇沙,热辣辣,香喷喷,满满一大碗,好吸引呀!泥黄色嘅喇沙汤底够浓厚,有些椰香,亦香辣,味道香浓。面底有米粉和濑粉,又滑又弹,挂汤力强,入晒味好滋味! 海鲜有鲜虾,弹牙鲜美;手打鱼片好弹,有鱼鲜;豆卜索晒汤汁,一咬就爆出汤汁,好入味;大大只嘅帆立贝鲜嫩美味;仲有半只好靓嘅熟蛋。老公拣随心海南鸡饭(无骨净脾+$10),推介!鸡皮爽,肉鲜嫩,食落鲜香油润,仲要啖啖肉,完全无骨,正!三款酱料有姜蓉、辣酱和黑酱油,各有不同风味。鸡饭粒粒分明,好有油香;鸡汤香浓!乌达($0/跟餐4件) 系鱼肉泥与各种香料混合,用亚答叶包裹着烘烤,食落腍嫩,满有香料味,辣辣地,好有风味。鸡丝木瓜沙律($0/跟餐) 入口凉凉地,用料有青木瓜丝、红萝卜丝、沙律菜和车厘茄,相当清爽,加埋嫩滑嘅鸡丝,拌入泰式酸辣汁,又丰富又香辣醒胃!热柠檬薏米水($0/跟餐) 有柠檬嘅清新,甜度刚好,薏米煲至软身,出晒味,当然要饮晒食晒啦! 杞子鸡汤 ($0/跟餐) 好有鸡香,香甜美味,唔咸唔油,好好饮! 继续阅读

前几星期较多工作应酬,与外国同事交流,吃了不少西式晚餐。过了这忙碌的时间,特别和妈妈找间东南亚餐厅,品尝星马味道。随心华人喇沙海南鸡位于鲗鱼涌海堤街,地铁站出发大约六七分钟便到,地点方便就脚。我们一行二人点了二人海南鸡餐,一起互相分享。海南鸡半只(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)海南鸡已经去了骨,吃起来啖啖肉,配上特制调味酱汁,令人停不了口。肉骨茶(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)肉骨茶吃起来有很浓郁的药材味道,冬天饮起来十分暖胃。排骨肥瘦适中,配上红枣等等不同药材,十分有特色。沙爹串烧(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)串烧我们选了猪和鸡两款。即叫即烧,上枱时还是热辣辣。鸡肉吃起来嫩口,猪肉有点嚼口,配上沙茶酱更为惹味。马拉盏通菜(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)另外我们叫了个通菜,吃点蔬菜中和一下。通菜配上马拉盏吃起来十分香口,而且份量也不少,两个人分享绰绰有余。饮品(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)跟餐饮品十分多选择。我们分别选了热柠檬薏米水,杞子鸡汤。薏米水不太,甜而且有大大片柠檬。鸡汤也十分不错,真材实料没有味精。总括而言,这间餐厅食物质素不错,而且价钱十分大众化。下次经过也一定会再来。~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~随心华人喇沙海南鸡鲗鱼涌海堤街6-16号龙景大厦地下4号舖推介菜式:海南鸡,肉骨茶👍🏻地点方便👍🏻环境舒适👍🏻价钱大众 继续阅读

今晚带埋妈妈食晚饭,特登去鲗鱼涌呢间小店试吓💁🏻‍♀️环境不错,唔会好迫。特登叫咗招牌海南鸡饭,肉骨茶,马拉盏通菜同埋凤尾虾薯丝卷👀上菜好快,首先嚟咗个肉骨茶,好香,都好足料,有三大嚿排骨👍🏻味道,好似平时妈妈会煲既八珍茶甘😌所以妈妈话佢自己𠮶啲仲足料wo😂😂😂之后你海南鸡饭,鸡肉好滑,啖啖肉😚,好香鸡味👍🏻,最欣赏佢个油饭,有淡淡的椰香味但唔会好油😂忍唔住清晒🤭通菜都炒得好香,唔会好咸,就咁食都OK👍🏻最后凤尾虾薯丝卷好特别,即叫即炸,上到枱劲热又脆,正👍🏻整体几好食又抵食wo,CP值高,两个人埋单都系二百几蚊乍💁🏻‍♀️ 继续阅读

在鲗鱼涌的随心华人喇沙,我和老婆度过了一个愉快的晚餐时光,选择了他们的二人餐,品尝了多道美味的海南鸡和其他特色菜。这里的氛围轻松舒适,非常适合享受地道的美食。我们首先点了随心海南鸡脾饭(无骨),这道菜是他们的招牌之一。鸡脾肉质鲜嫩,经过精心的腌制和烹调,保持了肉质的多汁和鲜香。搭配香喷喷的米饭,每一口都令人陶醉,让人感受到海南鸡的真正魅力。接下来,我们尝试了古方马来烧鸡配油饭,这道菜的鸡肉外焦内嫩,香气四溢,油饭则吸收了鸡肉的精华,让整体味道更加浓郁。这样的搭配不仅美味,还让我们的味蕾得到了极大的满足。沙爹串烧是我们的另一个选择,四串中有两串鸡肉和两串猪肉。串烧的调味非常恰到好处,搭配特制的花生酱,口感香浓,让人一口接一口,根本停不下来。而无骨凤爪(四只)则是一道轻盈的选择,滑嫩的口感和特制酱汁相得益彰,非常开胃。饮品方面,我们选择了热柚子茶和冻马拉拉茶。热柚子茶清新提神,冻马拉拉茶则少甜,恰好符合我们的口味,为这顿丰盛的晚餐画上完美的句号。总体而言,这顿晚餐不仅美味,而且充满了各种风味,让我们在随心华人喇沙度过了一个难忘的夜晚,绝对值得再次光顾。 继续阅读
