香港有不少出色中菜館,但夠經典的、有懷舊菜式的、有老師傅口味的選擇就不算多了。杏汁白肺湯,除非你到外出用膳才會品嘗得到,平時家中絕不會花時間去處理豬肺,又要洗淨瀝乾又要白鑊等等,既麻煩又花數小時去準備,所以每次到陸羽茶室都是必點的。杏仁濃度和香味幾乎達至極致,湯頭的杏仁粒已經燉得極為鬆法,而且豬肺份量十分之多,既沒有半點腥臭味,點上醬油食,確實有口福。最重要原水燉湯,又沒有落味精,完全是食材的原有味道,不知不覺就喝下兩大碗白肺湯。蝦多士是其中一道我愛的菜式,除了鳯城(太子分店)外,陸羽都是我的心頭好。蝦多士即叫即炸,上菜時熱辣辣,白麵包炸得香口和鬆脆可口,絕不油膩。蝦肉新鮮甜美,選用原隻新鮮大蝦肉,所以比鳯城更略為出色,配上自家製酸甜醬,令味道更平衡更豐富。帶子炒芥蘭,一道簡單菜式更能夠考師傅的功力,帶子新鮮彈牙清甜,點上少許蠔油更帶出海鮮的甜度。相中可見芥蘭只要最嫩滑的位置,菜頭跟菜尾都棄掉,雖然比較浪費,但最爽口最嫩的芥蘭再配帶子確實美味。整道菜屬高水準,炒的時間剛好,下油的控制得宜。蒸牛肉餅亦不錯,份量十足,以手工剁牛肉,屬一道功夫菜。陳皮之香配上牛肉餅是佐飯之選,但跟友人實在太

在陆羽茶室饮下午茶。怀旧的装修,年长的服务员都给人这里应该是有水准的保留香港味道的餐厅。然而,结果却是大失所望。我们叫了烧卖,排骨等几碟点心,海鲜荷叶饭和茼蒿。荷叶饭应该是放了很久、又没有蒸热。米饭是糟的,感觉米的质量很差。味道除了咸没有其它鲜味;茼蒿130元一碟,除了咸还有老,餐厅并没有下功夫挑选嫩的菜来烹制。其它点心也是咸。陆羽茶室的点心和菜除了咸就是贵,完全颠覆它的名声。这是我在香港20多年吃过的最差最贵(性价比)的一餐下午茶。失望之极,餐厅从选料到烹饪都不如路边摊,奉劝朋友不要去那里用餐。

我看著冒煙的炒飯, 第一個感覺是 "炒得好靚".  炒飯色彩明亮, 飯粒分明. 我們裝了第一碗來吃, 果然不出所料, 是深不可測的揚州炒飯. 一碟炒飯, 每人都裝了約三小碗.
一小菜一飯, 加上茶錢加一, 結賬約$400, 成本控制得不錯.  兩款食物的質素很高, 我們亦十分滿意.

If you like paying over price food and rude services, this place just for right.
题外话/补充资料: If the food taste fantastic, I may take their horrible rude attitude, food is pretty normal, tea price per head is 30+!! Place is dirty, table clothes is old n dirty. Shame to have a place like this in Hong Kong.

Took me many years to try this place out becos of the bad reviews in the internet. If you are Cantonese speaking and can read traditional Chinese you will have enjoy this place. It's like walking back in time surrounded by history. Their customers seem to be middle class hk families. Thought it's interesting to see whole families eating dim sum lunch on a week day.Look at the menu..its classic. The waiters and manager are attentive to details and the food is very good. Look at the menu..its classic. The waiters and manager are attentive to details and the food is very good. I especially like the Harkow skin becos it has the traditional way of making, not 'Q' like what we eat in others today. Their buns (pau) can be eaten without getting one hands dirty. Each bite does not flatten the pau. Each dish has its distinct taste. The bean curd skin roll has a nice slight taste of dried orange peel.

Love this place...will be there many more times

上星期六偶爾到中環,想起多年沒去的陸羽,突然想去懷舊一番。茶樓外與內的裝修透著古雅的氣息,酸枝椅、茶盎、紙製筷子及牙簽套,不禁使人懷緬兒時的歡樂。叫了幾個點心,先來韮黃蝦春餅,竟然是一炸燶了的豬肉春卷;之后的酥皮蓮蓉包,是蒸的,何來酥皮之名?荷葉飯,豪無荷香兼難食;其他點心也正如其員工服務,乏善可陳。只有其茶,仍是靚茶。所以我的評語是徒剩虛名!可惜可惜!

Our experience with Luk Yu Tea House was a disaster and we left the place hungry and cross. We've been living in Hong Kong for over a year and have tried a fair amount of traditional tea houses and Dim Sum places. This restaurant was the worst we've ever been to by far. The staff were rude and loud. The food is very average and unbelievely expensive, even for Hong Kong. We ordered 4 Dim Sum dishes, one noodle dish and tea for 2 people for a total of HKD458..... 客黎香港,同阿媽帶左佢見識下富豪茶樓係咩一回事。麻蓉包之前食過勁鐘意,因為好鐘意佢個'反地心吸力效果'。麻蓉食得出手工味道,因為好多現磨花生粒係入面。雞球大包就純粹係懷舊點心,個人唔太識欣賞呢隻包。不過好明顯望到入面個雞肉超足料,Overall 講番兩個包都蒸得岩岩好,唔會食到成手痴立立。至於紅豆沙我無食,但聽番黎陳皮好香,阿媽同客都好鐘意食。

星期六,女兒女婿和我們,一家人開開心心到中環這家懷舊食店飲茶。這兒的陳設很有五、六十年代格調!這兒的㸃心可謂色、香、味俱全!令人回味!令人滿意!只是…唉!價錢稍貴!

I had a terrible experience with Luk Yu teahouse. The service was terrible. When we entered the restaurant, the waiter on the first level scolded me to go to the second or third level. We were seated down by a male waiter before we ordered the food. While we were halfway through our meal, we realised that surrounding tables had wet towels to wipe their hands and extra tea cups to strain tea leaves. It felt to us like they had scrimped on such small items just because we were tourist and we canno

Their services were terrible on a whole and it is really not worth the price that we pay. The food wasn't terrific either. I could get similar quality and way better service for the same price somewhere else in Central. This place really isn't worth time and money for tourists.

前兩俾屋企人鬧咗,其實都唔算系鬧吧,反正就系搞到我心情無好喇,於是就越咗知己係陸羽茶室度傾下心事。點咗一個我自己覺得好奇特嘅杏仁汁白肺湯,我只不過系好奇心,不過事實系居然令我舉得好好味咁,杏仁汁非常香,好甜膩嘅感覺,而且都系乳白色嘅,覺得非常健康,而且好利喉,好飲喔。仲有就系粉果,岩岩蒸出爐,好新鮮滾熱辣,味道還不錯,一份好似比較少,但系無覺得好出眾。侯柱蒸排骨,感覺今晚食嘅都系蒸,排骨比較霖滑,而且又些少嘅粉粉地,侯柱味道比較濃郁,排骨都系侯柱嘅味道,反而失去本來嘅鮮甜。
