For seafood the delcious formula is goodness = freshness This was clearly demonstrated here in Kanizen.The decor was nice and neat, key colour was black, I guess it made the white crab meat stood out.But we were in a party room for 10 people, 5 seats on each side of the table, but it was so crowed that the waitress couldnt get to the other side to serve the people and since the table was too wide, she couldnt reach the other side, but she was a straight and honest people. Crab meat on Japanese pumkin and daikon. I think this scored 5/10 because there was no surprise and the crab meat was not particularly special.

Second dish was the sashimi of the Matsuba legs

Personally I prefer the crab meats cooked, not beacuse its not clean, but because I think favour is better. The umami level is at its max when it is semi-cooked. It has to be fresh to be used as sashimi.

I had to admit this one was truely fresh. The dish was decorated with gold foil and even the lime had a tail to it. The fresh, real wasabi mixed with the dark vinegar helped to boost the flavour, but two to three drops of it was enough, otherwise you would risk overpowering the crab's taste.

The crab was steamed fresh in front of you while you enjoy the sashimi of the legs. The crab roe of Matsuba crab was very sweet and light.

I personally liked it a lot. The meat was standard, fresh ones you would get as if you are eating in Hokkaido. But I think steamed 花蟹 is a reasonable replacement......

The slightly charred crab was great, because the charred and grilled shell gave off a fantastic scent, the presentation of the dish was great, it was burning hot when you touched it (just the feeling you need when you are eating char frilled food), the meat was just cooked and juicy and the flavour was pure crab and you could hear the waves of the hokkaido sea (now I am over exaggerating). But overall this dish was good an enjoyment of all 5 senses. The other interesting thing was the tomato, it was sweet (cooked in mirin I think) and the cooking boosted it's tomato flavour a lot. The lotus root was great too, and every one were fighting over the tomatoes from here on.

The first thing to note was that the legs were finely prepared, carefully deshelled, some of the hairs were removed to prevent it poking into your mouth
, and the meat in the body were all scrapped out, and still warm. Ya warm, I was not sure why it was called cold horsehair crab while it was warm, (but I prefer it warm really).
Then it was the crab roe, it was very different to the matsuba crab roe (Matsuba roe had a light refreshing feel to it). When the horeshair crab roe entered my mouth, it was the fishy smell that hit me right in the face,
But then when I started to taste it with your tounge, then it was the sweetness, the umami of it. It was like a nuclear bomb of pure crab's sweetness that exploded in my mouth. After which I craved for the next spoonful of it. At the same time the fishiness was gone.

OK, so I liked the taraba legs more because it packed more crab flavour. The batter was not like the tranditional fluffy batter, but it was a slightly more crispy, harder, thinner casing for the meat. I think it was good as it gave a contrast in texture to the soft crab meat. The green tea sea salt tasted like sea salt, not sure if the very mild green tea taste helped.....the fried egg yolk was good, because the centre was still runny and dripped as I bit into it, my one was runny, but some weren't.
so overall 6.5/10

As I said before I liked my crabs cooked, so I was positive with this dish. The veges were fresh too. Crab dumplings were crap dumplings. I wasn't sure if the crab meat used in the dumplings were fresh. Its like a tastless protein encased in the flour............

sorbet was too sweet, the coffee icecream has some frozen jelly coffee cubes, which was quite nice - 5/10

Overall comments
Come if you havent been to Hokkaido for crabs or havent got the opportunity to revisit. But mind you that in Hokkaido, you get to enjoy fresh hotate sashimi, and the creamy Bafun uni.

蟹肉蒸蛋入口非常軟滑,每一口也充滿着蟹的鮮味,在蒸蛋內還有一顆銀杏、冬菇片及少許蟹肉,說真的,在如此滑溜富蟹鮮的蒸蛋下,它們就只有當配角的份兒。

松葉蟹天婦羅拼盤除了蟹腳及蟹鉗外,還有冬菇、茄子、南瓜、蛋黃及紫蘇葉包蟹肉。 天婦羅粉漿不算厚,還隱隱透現裡頭的食材,單看賣相也甚為對辦。依從店員的建議,蟹腳及蟹鉗不蘸天婦羅醬汁,只沾上少許綠茶鹽來提味。外皮炸得薄脆,內裏的蟹肉鮮味不俗,不過略嫌有點乾身。較有驚喜的反而是炸蛋黃,店員建議整顆吃下,享受着蛋黃在口中爆發的一刻,流心程度澎湃之餘,蛋香亦十足。另外,還有一款印象挺深的是紫蘇葉包蟹肉,紫蘇葉香氣獨特,包着彈牙的蟹肉,挺有特色。

輪到今天的主角毛蟹出場,店員捧來一個筲箕,筲箕內放了一張紙作為鍋底,這是我第一次吃紙火鍋,據說紙火鍋還有助吸取湯內的油脂,使湯底保持清爽。蟹腳預先開邊切開,吃起來更為方便,值得一讚。店員建議蟹件只需灼大約兩分鐘,先試試其原味,肉質柔軟,味道鮮甜,較剛才吃的天婦羅蟹腳鮮味得多,再蘸少許蟹醋同吃,微酸吊起蟹肉的鮮甜,又是另一番滋味。雜菜盤內有椰菜、皇帝菜、冬菇、金菇、豆腐及水晶粉,全部也新鮮好吃。平日甚少接觸水晶粉,灼後晶瑩剔透,口感煙韌滑溜。

吃過蟹身、蟹腳及雜菜盤後,店員便會幫忙主理稻庭烏冬。先把烏冬及蟹蓋一并放進湯中,再按照客人要求的軟硬度控制淥煮時間,服務也挺細心。烏冬幼身,口感煙煙韌韌,吸飽了鮮甜的湯底味道固然不會差。亮點是那個蟹蓋,蟹膏份量不少,入口幼滑軟身,甘香腴潤,與前菜的蟹膏青瓜片比較的話,質感更滑,味道更鮮,而且更甘香。木魚絲湯充滿着毛蟹的鮮甜,每一口也是精華,最後當然是整碗喝清。

甜品分別有咖啡雪糕及薑味雪糕兩款選擇。咖啡雪糕咖啡味濃,當中還混有粒粒咖啡啫喱,味道不俗,但絕對不及薑味雲糕般有驚喜。奶味突出之餘,還帶有陣陣薑味的清香,女友笑說完全是薑汁撞奶的雪糕版,還說蟹屬寒涼之物,平日總會在餐後喝杯薑茶驅寒,薑味雪糕正好將這個飲食文化融入了日式料理當中,不得不讚店家的細心。

服務方面,店員對食材了解、給予烹煮建議、必要時還會替客人代勞,服務也沒有挑剔的地方。只有一個建議,就是不要一次過把前菜以至火鍋一并奉上來,始終店子走高檔路線,一道一道奉上較為合適。味道方面,真的是一字記之曰:鮮!這種鮮味絕對不是急凍貨色所能媲美。

呢間餐廳如果唔識路都幾難搵,系條街仔個角落頭度,個門口又唔係好特別,而且係佢旁邊D餐廳都係一D普普通通茶餐廳或者面店,但係唔好以為呢間野平,要帶定一DD銀兩先好去,因為晚上去,每個人之最低消費係HK$500,不過無一個SET DINNER係HK$500以下。先先講下開車去,點搵車位先啦,基本上條譚臣道都有一D咪錶位,不過真係可遇不可求,睇你個人運氣啦,如果唔想煩,就將架車開去前面莊士敦道新同樂叫代客泊車幫你,落車個時,記得同個代客泊車哥哥單聲,唔係係新同樂食,而係係蟹膳,佢地就會知道,泊一次HK$120,佢地唔會比飛仔你,又唔會比電話你,只會反而抄底你地個電話,咁你又會驚你點攞翻架車(我第一次叫佢地代泊都驚),不過我入到蟹膳問,佢地話係咁啦,埋單之時,通知蟹膳D職員,佢地就會幫客人通知個代客泊車哥哥攞翻架車比你地啦。佢地要攞你電話,係因為如果佢地收工前,客人都未取車,佢地就會打電話比個客,至於咁情況下,點交收翻架車,我就唔知道,因為未去到咁夜。好啦!講左咁多廢話,入正題啦,一入到餐廳就會見到個櫃台,無嘜神奇,唔洗理,但同時又見到個蟹池,我個日星期六晚上去,好似個日間餐廳剛剛入貨,見到好

好啦!講左咁多廢話,入正題啦,一入到餐廳就會見到個櫃台,無嘜神奇,唔洗理,但同時又見到個蟹池,我個日星期六晚上去,好似個日間餐廳剛剛入貨,見到好多好多蟹係個池度,多到幾寸高而且見唔到池底,一見到D蟹就即刻肚餓啦!
真係要即時開
啦!

坐底左如果唔識叫或唔知叫嘜好,就叫蟹SET餐啦,基本上呢度有三款蟹,松葉蟹,毛蟹同鱈場蟹。一個蟹SET餐,由HK$700至HK$1500不等,而一個SET最小要叫兩個人份量,所以一個人消費唔會唔夠HK$500。個餐牌都有和牛叫,不過基本上係蟹之專門店,我都唔會選擇食牛啦。

叫左個一個鱈場蟹火鍋套餐(HK$1180/人),MIN ORDER 係最小要兩個人份量,二人份量其實就只有一隻鱈場蟹,因為係半隻一個人份量,不過其實除非好大食,基本上都幾飽。如果唔喜歡叫套餐,可以單點,例:毛蟹(冷食)一隻,重800g至900g,即係幫你煮埋,加起蟹肉,收HKk$1250(未加服務費),但就只係得隻蟹咬,無其他野食。

有D嘜野食,程序如下:
1.蟹肉豆腐 - 剛剛放係台上面睇以為係冷盤,原來吃落去係暖暖地,個漿汁係底,係加左D蟹肉
2.燒鱈場蟹肉
3.鱈場蟹天婦羅
4.鱈場蟹火鍋,由自己來負責煮, 會上一大碟蟹肉,好似話可以生食,不過我唔敢,另外,還有蟹餃4隻,同埋一大碟菜和姑姑吃,最後重有一個大蟹蓋,裡面有好多好多蟹膏,不過唔係而家吃
5.如果食完,就叫個職員入來,佢會取D飯入來整蟹粥,佢會先把過多的湯底取出,之後,加入飯同剛剛個D蟹膏,重會加蛋,攪下攪下就有得食啦!

最後有雪糕送,得三樣味:咖啡,芝麻同柚子雪葩

我個人認為最好味,係燒蟹肉同個蟹粥,好好吃
题外话/补充资料: 煮個蟹粥個時,如果認為太多蟹膏同雞蛋,會令你個膽固醇升爆錶,就叫個職員落小D蟹膏同雞蛋,基本上個蟹膏係分開兩份上,因為個日我地係房吃,就一個鍋攪掂,如果係BAR台吃,就一人一鍋,所以個SET將D蟹膏分成兩份,一個人一個份量,係完全可以分開來吃。如果又唔想吃咁多雞蛋,又可以落小D。 如果認為晚餐太貴啦,就中午去,我見個餐牌上D午餐價錢無咁貴,可以去試下。 呢間野唔係平,不過如果想食日本蟹,又唔想坐飛機,比飛機票錢,就計起來呢度平DD啦.....:P歪理,心理安慰:P

This certainly set my expectation level up high!

Walked deeper into the restaurant. It was not big at all. - there were normal tables (4 mid-size tables only, at least from what I saw) and the shabu-shabu "bar table" type seating area (around 15 seats). We were seated at a "normal table" (as per my request).


I found the lighting somewhat a bit too romantic though, especially for lunch....


SERVICE

Very courteous staff. Always ready to serve and to explain.

FOOD

The four of us ordered and shared 2 "Crab Shabu Shabu Lunch Set" ($288) and 2 "Executive Mixed Set" ($338).

For drinks, I ordered Yebisu. Happy and impressed that more than Asahi and Sapporo were offered! Still an Asahi fans for japanese beer; the aftertaste of Yebisu was somewhat a bit too "wheaty" and bitter to my liking.

Edamame as appetizer. Nothing to rave about. Goes well with my Yebisu. ;)

Creamy Crab Roe Paste served with fresh cucumber slices. The contrast of the mouthfeel worked very well. I never had raw crab roe like this. I thought it would feel something like uni, but I was wrong! It felt and tasted like pâté - extremely distinctive, creamy and flavorful. The FRESH aftertaste of the crab roe paste was long-lasting. YUM!

Crab and assorted Veg Tempura was good! I enjoyed the crab tempura more than I expected (there were a few pieces of crab-leg tempura and a crab-claw tempura). The distinctive crab taste was admittedly not as overwhelming as other dishes, but there was no doubt as to its freshness. The highlight for that plate though was the "soft-boiled-quail-egg" tempura!! Very impressed that the tempura coat around the egg was crisp but the egg yolk remained runny. The waiter reminded me to enjoy the entire quail egg in one go - simply GREAT!
Horsehair Crab to be "shabu-shabu'ed

The main course - half a horsehair crab! I must admit that I was slightly skeptical whether I would be full by the end of the meal. It did not look like a lot of crab here, but it was actually just right! And, indeed, it's about the quality not about the quantity. The "cooking" (or boiling) part was easy to handle. It did not take long and obviously, you would not want to over-cook the very fresh crab!

The taste was SO DISTINCTIVE!! It was so FRESH and unique; simply refreshing!

A very generous portion of veg was also served! (not posting a photo because I am reaching my photo upload limit of 8 pics for this post ><.. ...) There were mushrooms, enokitake, tofu, cabbage etc~ The presentation of the veg was neat; each and every type looked and tasted FRESH!

The lunch set gave us a choice of rice or inaniwa udon. When the plate of horsehair crab was served, the waiter immediately reminded us to keep the head-piece for later use. We ordered two portions of rice and two portions of udon~!

Choosing rice meant that a pot of crab-congee would be prepared by the waiter at your table. Using the resulting soup (from cooking the crab and veg earlier), the waiter added rice and started preparing! The waiter then added the head-piece and mixed and melted the roe into the congee. Slowly, the congee became thicker and creamier and the aroma of the horse-hair crab was overwhelming!! The waiter completed the congee by stirring in egg yolk. Dry seaweed was served separately giving you the choice whether to mix some in with the crab-congee.

IT WAS AWESOME! The congee was extremely smooth and it was SO TASTY AND FRESH ! The roe, the best and the essence, of the horse-hair crab did the MAGIC! My whole family enjoyed it so so much!!

As for the udon, you would be the chef; just have to boil the udon and the head-piece together. Again, the roe did the MAGIC! The waiter specifically reminded us not to scrape the roe off the shell while boiling (as you could see in the picture); but to enjoy the roe directly with the udon when eating. SO SOOO GOOOOD!



If you are a crab-lover, this place definitely worth a visit! You would be REFRESHED by the FRESHNESS!! It is not about fancy or complex cooking, the crabs themselves did the magic (*not intending to undermine the chef's work*)!

When I started working, I used to grab my friends to splurge and try out exciting restaurants... to me, family was family (and stability, and the same old restaurants). My experience here reinstated and brought to me a different dimension of thinking and act - bring the freshness and be the force in your family life as well =)

咸香的外層,包著一絲絲的蟹肉,結實的口感。

佔上生蛋漿,是我最愛吃的一道。

* 蒸飯

早已煮好靚靚的一大碗,放在木盒內蒸熱的過程完全呈現。

很淡不濃口,但細味一下,都是真材實料,每粒飯皆有味道。

不過如果只是點蒸飯餐,可能沒有火鍋來得滿足

火鍋的蟹蓋連湯底加米飯,煮成一碗充實的蟹粥。

蟹蓋內的肥膏完美融合。只是愛清淡的我覺得有點咸了。

是日偷偷地,只得我倆撐枱腳叫了兩個午餐1) 蟹肉火窩午餐 @2882) 行政午餐 @338兩款大致差不多分別只係一款係一小球蟹榚另一款係松葉蟹+雜錦天婦羅對上一次嚟依間食蟹已經是一年前了整個午餐都很美味,招呼好好,照顧週到要彈的是那燒枝豆是凍的不是熱的,天婦羅太油,蕃薯雪榚太甜.....諸如此類的問題..!!!當我們完成了各自整半件的蟹身體後之前叫我們留下個蓋用來煮雜炊我們聽話的留下我本來諗住都只會是蟹蓋伴粥,只是流點糕使粥更香點知...佢將這件最美味蟹蓋起晒出來,使其在粥裏全面溶化簡直是將這些美味蟹既靈魂毀滅!!!!其實那件蟹蓋除咗糕很鮮甜,甘香的糕狀物體外還有那把糕與蓋連在一起的肉,煮粥後,這件東西再不能把佢的獨有個性顯露出來,活生生的被毁掉!!!!算啦!算啦!都已經無咗啦!都是食埋就埋單走人算啦!各位下次去幫襯,千祈唔好留個蓋被佢!!(我上年去的時候,個粥並唔是這樣煮)

點知...佢將這件最美味蟹蓋起晒出來,使其在粥裏全面溶化
簡直是將這些美味蟹既靈魂毀滅!!!!

其實那件蟹蓋除咗糕很鮮甜,甘香的糕狀物體外
還有那把糕與蓋連在一起的肉,煮粥後,這件東西再不能把佢的
獨有個性顯露出來,活生生的被毁掉!!!!

算啦!算啦!都已經無咗啦!都是食埋就埋單走人算啦!
各位下次去幫襯,千祈唔好留個蓋被佢!!

天婦羅端上,份量不多。和兩天前吃過的「高日本料理」一樣,只付鹽(這裡是綠茶鹽)不沾醬油。蟹爪有點淡,但以薄炸漿包裹,十分香脆。蟹鉗 ichiban,啖啖肉加上濃郁蟹味,吃的時候讚了出口。特別留意畫面右面樣子平平的東西 -- 原來是炸流心蛋!實在新奇驚艷,要炸到外脆内全流心,也巧功夫。讚。

毛蟹半隻,份量剛好。煮好的毛蟹,新鮮是意料之内,沾柚子醋最佳,蟹肉的鮮味最特出。蟹肉之中尤以蟹身最佳。留待最後的,是付有一層蟹黃蟹殼。整個蟹殼下湯煮三數分鐘,把熟了的蟹黃一口放進嘴巴了,那種滋味,猶如連吃 2、3 隻大閘蟹(的蟹黃),歷久不散。可惜沒有花雕。

一頓午飯,以冰淇淋作結。一位約 $300 的消費,非常划算。節目介紹的其實是晚餐 ($1380 一位),更爲豐富。今次經驗不錯,下次一定要一試。

蟹有多種,這種「蟹貨」,不妨持有。

Auntie喺某飲食雜誌睇倒一編介紹蟹膳既報道,所以就帶埋XO仔去試新野。因為想襯未坐滿客人既時候影多幾幅相,所以當日好早就到左,點知老細之一既Tim好客氣地帶我地周圍睇。閒談中得知蟹膳係佢同位叫Kelvin既朋友一齊開既,我地去食嗰日都只係開左四個月倒;佢地另外重有兩間喺銅鑼灣同大坑專食牛肉既分店。三間舖既牛肉全部都係由仙台黎,日本嗰邊同佢地簽左張獨家專營權合約。環境衛生:滿分非常傳統既日式正門,入到去已經可以見倒餐廳既主打,蟹!活生生咁喺個池到玩!餐廳中心係張吧枱,每個位都有一個爐,中間永遠都有個人幫客人手。樓上有三間房,分別係比六人,八人,同十人用既;最低消費為六千,八千,同一萬(等同一人一千,其實入得黎好容易就過)。地方打理得幾乾淨,而且碗碟擺設都好別緻,睇得出佢地花左好多心思。服務:滿分餐廳入面全部都係後生仔女,意外地個個都好落力,而且非常友善細心;唔知係咪因為老板喺到既關係呢?見女士們一抽二抽,佢地好自動自覺地攞左幾個黑箱黎比大家擺野。我地研究餐牌既時候,佢地都會解答我地既問題,順便介紹佢地既招牌菜。食物黎到重好有心機地教我地不同既食法。味道:四分 蟹肉豆腐:熱食既前菜;微

?見女士們一抽二抽,佢地好自動自覺地攞左幾個黑箱黎比大家擺野。我地研究餐牌既時候,佢地都會解答我地既問題,順便介紹佢地既招牌菜。食物黎到重好有心機地教我地不同既食法。

 蟹肉豆腐:熱食既前菜;微甜既蟹肉湯同豆腐本身好清淡,所以另外跟左碟紫菜比大家自己加料調咸D,幾得意。

 鱈場蟹天婦羅:蝦天婦羅就食得多,鱈場蟹同溫泉蛋天婦羅都係第一次食倒,真係食過返尋味呀!
雖然經炸過,但係鱈場蟹都能夠保持嫩度,第一讚!天婦羅炸得一D都唔油膩,層粉又夠薄,所以好脆好鬆化,非常香口,第二讚!用綠茶鹽作為鱈場蟹既調味料之一,新潮得黎又不失和風味,果然潮得起,第三讚!北海道既溫泉蛋都可以造埋流心天婦羅(又名「炸蛋(炸彈)」),配搭新穎,第四讚!(加返被扣嗰半分

後記:
1) 雖然開瓶費為每樽$150,但係酒牌上既酒種類唔多,客人好難唔帶自己既酒bor
。例如:香檳只係得兩款,唔係Dom Pérignon就係Krug,Sake就好似得三款。不過值得一提既係Auntie留意倒Sake牌上居然有一款街都冇得買既「十四代」,聽講話要網上投架。

2) 為保證D蟹夠新鮮,佢地逢星期二四六入貨,多客嗰個禮拜重會入四日添。
3) 普通唔飲酒,如果一人叫一個餐都要成千蚊落樓,感覺可能好貴。不過諗深一層,佢地既材料全部都係日本空運過黎既,鱈場蟹同仙台牛都真係好新鮮,而且食完餐飯大家都好飽,所以覺得價錢其實算合理既。

這是我第一篇在Open Rice的文章, 很久沒有寫中文, 如有錯字請多包涵。自日本地震之後,很多日本餐廳都冷清起來。本來要book 兩個月的蟹膳,以前很難有位, 今次星期六早上訂檯, 晚上有位, 四個人, 仲有間房。在北海道已經吃過好幾次蟹宴, 知道鱈場蟹得個大字, 係無乜味道, 所以今次選了毛蟹及松葉蟹套餐。蟹粉豆腐 - 無乜特別, 個 Sauce is too thick蟹腳刺身 – OK, quite sweet蟹天婦羅 – 有幾件太油, 唔係幾得蒸毛蟹 – 幾甜, 毛蟹都算大隻凍毛蟹 - 這一味最好食Shabu Shabu – very ordinary松葉蟹蒸蛋 – crab is goodIn all, 很難與北海道的蟹店相比, 蟹的質素差不多, 但做出來的款式差很遠, 服務卻不錯。HK$1500一位, 不算貴, 間中來吃一次, 當係去左北海道都可以。

In all, 很難與北海道的蟹店相比, 蟹的質素差不多, 但做出來的款式差很遠, 服務卻不錯。HK$1500一位, 不算貴, 間中來吃一次, 當係去左北海道都可以。

One of my favorite restaurants in HK - the crab from hokkaido is very fresh, from tempura, to shabu shabu, to congee for the set menu are all very delicious. It's a must try if you are willing to spend for about $1000 per person.Lunch time is much cheaper - there's a set with only 100 sth per head

鱈場蟹天婦羅- 估不到炸粉很薄很脆, 另外, 在外面從未吃過溫泉蛋天婦羅, 小心熱, 蛋黃滿瀉.....

鱈場蟹粥- 如果已經很飽不要放兩碗飯來煲粥, 清而鮮甜.

蕃薯雪榚- 日本蕃薯雪榚.... 正

與好友M及C公子一行三人一齊晚飯,M帶我來此處,完全不知道『福X門』後有間食蟹專門店。點了一個鱈場蟹套餐:~~~1蟹肉豆腐豆腐不是凍食,豆腐是熱食配類似蟹肉羹,放紫菜同食。2燒鱈場蟹(蟹腳、蟹鉗)蟹肉頗鮮甜,又啖啖肉,好正。3鱈場蟹天婦羅炸過的蟹肉亦另有風味,仲有一款蛋黃天婦羅!好特別!似食炸彈!值得一提,有一個葉子包蟹肉的天婦羅︳炸得好好味。4鱈場蟹火鍋都幾大碟,烚左好耐才食完,搞到餐飯食左二個鐘!5蟹肉湯餃子只有四大隻,餃子包住的蟹膠好彈牙,但好好味!6雜菜盤好正常的一盤蔬菜,又有三數種菇類,最得意係有好一種好似粗粉絲的物體,熟左會似一條好長透明滑潺潺的鼻涕!好得意!7雜燴粥所有食物食完,才用蟹黃煲的粥,又係要放紫菜同食。8甜品雪糕(有三種口味芝麻、綠茶、蕃薯)或柚子雪芭本身好鍾意食蟹,乜蟹都鍾意食。呢餐真係食得好開心,啖啖都係蟹肉!我個肚入邊全部都係蟹肉啦!謝謝M請我食餐咁正的蟹宴!HAPPY!(又:鳴謝C公子拍的照片)

所有食物食完,才用蟹黃煲的粥,又係要放紫菜同食。
8甜品
