這間芽莊係我OFFICE樓下開左成3個多月……都未有試過……前陣子和同事去試了~~~幾個同事都叫了牛肉檬、雞肉檬,我就叫了一個對我來說蠻貴的蕃茄蟹肉湯檬。再加了一點小食-軟殼蟹卷、越式春卷 & 雞肉串燒。牛肉檬、雞肉檬味道不太知道……同事說好吃。我的蕃茄蟹肉湯檬~湯是紅紅的,有蕃茄、蟹肉丸、越式扎肉、肉碎、芽菜~~~看上來很好吃~~~但……湯本身沒什麼蕃茄味道……蟹肉丸、越式扎肉只是普通……最好就是蕃茄和檬粉本身~~~蕃茄鮮甜而檬粉沒有散很彈牙~整體不是說太好吃,但又不是太難吃啦~~~雞肉串燒都是普普通通。軟殼蟹卷&越式春卷反而覺得好味~軟殼蟹卷,加上酸酸甜甜的醬汁,就好似變成了一個沙律卷一樣,開胃又清新~~越式春卷付上的菜,有些是香草葉吧?放入口中嘴嚼,口腔的香氣愈咬愈擴大~~~不錯~~~~不過真是太多人了……要不是早點去……恐怕趕不切吃自己的午餐了……

我就叫了一個對我來說蠻貴的蕃茄蟹肉湯檬。
再加了一點小食-軟殼蟹卷、越式春卷 & 雞肉串燒。

牛肉檬、雞肉檬味道不太知道……同事說好吃。
我的蕃茄蟹肉湯檬~湯是紅紅的,有蕃茄、蟹肉丸、越式扎肉、肉碎、芽菜~~~
看上來很好吃~~~
但……湯本身沒什麼蕃茄味道……蟹肉丸、越式扎肉只是普通……
最好就是蕃茄和檬粉本身~~~
蕃茄鮮甜而檬粉沒有散很彈牙~
整體不是說太好吃,但又不是太難吃啦~~~
雞肉串燒都是普普通通。

軟殼蟹卷&越式春卷反而覺得好味~
軟殼蟹卷,加上酸酸甜甜的醬汁,
就好似變成了一個沙律卷一樣,開胃又清新~~
越式春卷付上的菜,有些是香草葉吧?
放入口中嘴嚼,口腔的香氣愈咬愈擴大~~~不錯~~~~

不過真是太多人了……要不是早點去……恐怕趕不切吃自己的午餐了……

(3/5/08)睇左雜誌,為左碎米飯而o黎(中環分店無供應)。環境好靚,好relax、cafe feel。引述雜誌所講,此碟頭飯,米粒是被責得細碎;講功架的蒸蛋餅混了豬肉、粉絲、木耳、蝦米,蒸好再塗蛋槳焗。豐富的碟頭飯送過來,已非常之吸引!大大片的香茅豬排,仍微脆;蛋餅食得出佢既功夫,不過調味淡淡,蛋味不香濃;反而那伴菜的肉絲,印象深刻,肉絲質地特別,入口化了,唔留心睇,原來自己食緊肉絲,外邊撈了一朕好似豬肉鬆的東西,好特別,且好餸飯。我相信此碟飯,是最值得食的菜式吧!!!

Just had dinner there one night to celebrate my birthday with 8 friends. Brought a cake and a few bottles of wine. The restaurant said they have to charge us corkage, $100 per bottle. Fair enough, most restaurants in HK do. The restuarant then said they will also need to charge us a cake cutting charge of $10 per person, which we thought was ridiculous. If the restuarant had cake as one of their dessert selection in their menu, then fine. But they didn't have cake on their menu. It's not

It's not like we chose not to order their desserts and brought out own, but they simply didn't have what we wanted. The manager (male) was not very pleasant and didn't agree to waive the cake cutting charge even when we told him we were celebrating someone's birthday. It didn't seem to matter to him that we were one of the big tables (if not the only big table) that night. We didn't like the charge and didn't feel it was reasonable (to be honest, we didn't really like the manager's attitude). We didn't open our wines nor had the cake at the restaurant in the end.

The food was so-so. The portions were small. Given the bad experience (and rigid way of they are doing business), I don't think I'll ever go back to this restaurant again.

Dinner here before watching movie. We ordered:1. steamed egg: ok delicious and sweet, but just a small portion needs $45, expensive!!! 2. chicken wings with pork inside (no bones): there were four pieces ($45) and couldn't compared with the one i ate before at Thai restaurant. The 皮was hard.3. curry steak: very oily!!! Oil float on the top and can't be cleaned!4. rice5. sweet potato: Good, very soft and sweet. I think it is not worthwhile eating Vietnam food at this cost!

唔係太好味~仲要勁多味精~!!!
小食有蝦卷、烤魷魚、同埋一d肉碎做餡既卷~
味道同質素都好巷~!舊魷魚仲係用現成真空包裝再翻叮既玩具黎俾我食.......

食完~一致通過冇下次~

價錢方面~燒鵝既價錢~燒燶紅腸既感受~差到冇人有....

同同事兩個人黎呢度食lunch,冇得book 位,自己排隊等位。專登早10分鐘偷走離開公司,到達後等左約3個字先有位。可能新開,地方企理,裝修都ok。叫了:1. 燒牛肉撈蒙2. 香茅牛肉撈蒙3. 軟殼蟹卷4. 青檸薄荷梳打x 2兩碗牛肉都幾「un」,但燒牛肉個味好小小,撈蒙d汁淡得滯,落極都唔夠味。其他野完全冇特別,話佢難食又唔係,好食就更加唔算。全場搭檯搭到唔清唔楚,檯細細,咁搭法真係唔多舒服。食完第一時間有人衝埋黎清檯,仲要自己走去櫃台埋單,加一收足。今次每人九十幾接近100蚊。講真,我可以揀其他野食lor。越棧就經濟好多,人地又係要排隊等位又係要搭檯又係坐到迫迫咁,但係30幾蚊就搞掂。我唔介意食貴野,但俾得錢,除左最基本野要好食之外,仲想食得自在舒適他條d。
