Wanted to eat yakiniku, therefore we tried this Guy Shige in Tsim Sha Tsui.We ordered the thick cut ox tongue, which looked thick and nice, but after it’s cooked it was a bit chewy and not so tender. The crab paste on shell was also palatable as expected, the slightly burnt crab paste were full of crab scent and taste, which paired so well with the rice!
