Today my little cousin came and visit us therefore we went to her favorite restaurant: 潮楼!! We ordered a lot of dish from starter to dessert!Firstly, we had some starter like the Zedoary with Chicken paw(沙姜鸡脚). It was quite nice indeed as it was warm when served. The Zedoary sauce was a bit bitter in the beginning, but after a while, the smoothness of the oil with the sandy texture of the Zedoary mixed really well together to provide a super perfect combo with the chicken paw. Such a fabulous beginning!Then, we had tofu with seafood, steam fish, giner and sping onion with razor clam(蛏子) etc...tofu with seafood - lots of layers of texture from soft to hard tofu with seafood - lots of layers of texture from soft to hard tofu with seafood - lots of layers of texture from soft to hard tofu with seafood: Tofu was tender which was the perfect texture. There were a large amount of seafood like prawns which combined really excellently with the tofu. The layers of texture from teh soft tofu to the harder vegetable really appealing.giner and sping onion with razor clam(蛏子) - Super fresh and delicious spring onion with razor clamThe meat of razor clam was really fresh, it worked harmoniously well with the little flavour add by the spring onion and ginger.The soya sauce at the bottom was the most important part as I could taste the freshness of the razor clam which joined with the soya sauce wonderfully! It was steamed perfectly with a right tenderness and I much appreciated the soya sauce under the fish as it absorbed the sweetness of the fish which was not too salty, this was a very satisfying dish!Chinese dessert is always forgotten by people after a Chinese meal but this time... I was so glad that there was a promotion which was all-you-can-eat dessert and drinks for ONLY $8 per person! There were a varity of choices like sweet potato soup, red bean soup, black sesame soup etc. Although those dessert were all very sweet which I think some people might not like it, it was a marvellous ending to our meal, especially when I was looking at my smiling little cousin enjoying her bowl of sweet Chinese soup(dessert)!!tofu with seafood - lots of layers of texture from soft to hard

7-5-2013(二)是日,老朋友 Charles 从伦敦回来香港的公司开会,逗留约一星期。他甫下机,便急不及待赶来将军澳,与刚补习完毕的我会合,我们随意选在 潮楼 吃晚饭。是次我最想说说 陈醋云耳 及 芝士龙虾伊面 。 陈醋云耳:它绝对是能醒胃的餐前小食,云耳配上香甜、酸度刚好的陈醋,口感爽脆,清新开胃。哈哈~我不太爱呷醋,但也忍不住呷完一口接一口,因为实在太好吃了。 芝士龙虾伊面:碟头颇大,龙虾够大,刚刚煮得离壳,易入口;吃起来更是啖啖肉,肉质嫩滑、爽口且带著鲜甜,鲜味突出。芝士下得丰盈,味道浓郁,幸而芝士汁份量充足,使伊面更为香滑,正! 老朋友说:「这星期我不用开会的时段,我们就要出来多吃饭见面啊!我已在一些餐厅预约好了!」 看来,我的增磅计划持绩成功!我誓要做回一个大肥妹!哈哈~ 诚意推介 - 潮楼!

新年到酒楼吃团年饭,总是座无虚席,热热闹闹的。今年选择到潮馆,的确为我带来新鲜感,吃得很满足。鹅皇拼盘 – 所有卤水均入味,而鹅片可以做得淋一点。法式焗龙虾球(芋丝底) – 这个很特别,很少酒楼会做这个菜。杰杰的白汁很夹龙虾球,,虾球爽口弹牙,芋丝淋淋的,吸汁一流。一爽一淋的配搭,不错。红烧鲍参肚翅 –一般翅吧,也没特别好吃,一分钱一分货,我明白的。清蒸大青斑 – 这个吃得很少,因为大家也抢著吃,其实蒸的时间和味道也拾如其份。潮式炸双枣 – 两款不同形状,颜色和大小是一样的炸球,其中一样是虾肉丸加了点马蹄,那马蹄粒的确下得好,加了口感。生财好市 –蚝豉也是大粒好吃的,软软淋淋,不得不吃下多粒。有少少问题,到底香港的发菜几多成是真的??蟠桃 – 这个莲蓉包的确是高水准。莲蓉香味在口中诱发,赞叹声不自觉地喊出来,第一次是那么抢手((抢手情况比上一次百人宴(居)有过之而无不及)。脆皮烧鸡 – 皮很香很好吃,是肥了点,不怕的其实也很好吃。还有五谷丰收,川椒花枝凤片和甜品等等,吃得又饱又满足,笑著踏出门口。

见到有个特价餐几抵食就去试下。$68一个冬瓜"钟" + $1有个豉"焦"炒鸡柳, 另加一个猪红"9"菜。个特价餐基本系台台都叫既!落左单, 个冬瓜"钟" 好快上台,但同图片个个好大出入啰!图片个个D 料系满泻, 但上台个个D 料系少得可怜, D 料仲要粒粒细到差唔多睇唔到咁净。果然图片只供参考呀!! 不过个汤足足可以供6 人用啰, 我用男友一人三碗都未饮晒。而 $1个豉"焦"炒鸡柳, 送饭几好食, 但炒得几油!猪红"9"菜唔系"老"水味,而系咖哩味, so gd!!另外我地叫左个白饭, 最唔抵食呀. 个白饭细到爆, 几啖就无晒, 但要$10碗啰!最后埋单$10x, 最好就系唔洗加一, 茶钱。环境几好, 坐得几舒服!不过个到无咩waiter, 咁大个场揾个阿姐都无, 揾人落单都等左好耐。

好像是新开的店,像茶餐廰格局本不带期望,只是餐牌说是台式便想一试.点了晚饭套餐之一的清炒牛肉连白饭一碗。炒得很好吃,用料新鲜,不油.蚝饼- 煎得香口, 蘸上一种地道很咸的酱料, 虽然咸, 但有风味, 不蘸酱也可口鲁肉饭- 虽然是肉碎, 味道与台湾的很相似珍珠奶茶- 奶茶味溇有多部电视机,顺便追剧集只可惜人数少, 不能试多点特式小食, 下次吧.此店有水准, 但人流不多, 希望加以宣传吧.
