Today my little cousin came and visit us therefore we went to her favorite restaurant: 潮樓!! We ordered a lot of dish from starter to dessert!Firstly, we had some starter like the Zedoary with Chicken paw(沙薑雞腳). It was quite nice indeed as it was warm when served. tofu with seafood: Tofu was tender which was the perfect texture. There were a large amount of seafood like prawns which combined really excellently with the tofu. The layers of texture from teh soft tofu to the harder vegetable really appealing.
spring onion with razor clam
The meat of razor clam was really fresh, it worked harmoniously well with the little flavour add by the spring onion and ginger.The soya sauce at the bottom was the most important part as I could taste the freshness of the razor clam which joined with the soya sauce wonderfully! I just couldn't stop eating it!!

The fish was huge in size with a very reasonable price. It was steamed perfectly with a right tenderness and I much appreciated the soya sauce under the fish as it absorbed the sweetness of the fish which was not too salty, this was a very satisfying dish!
