食物美味,可惜服务员执枱殷勤频繁「烦」似赶客,晚饭4人,由晚上6时45分下单,至7时人齐麻烦服务员安排出菜,至7时40分结账至55分离开,在闲日及不坐满情况下,虽然招待周周,惜无间断执碟,令人有被赶的感觉,可能潮城只属意「熟」客「贵」客吧。

我自己觉得系九龙城食潮州菜水准ok,最紧要方便门口有代客泊车生日嗌咗只冻蟹四个人食咗一只30两绝对够食,下次嗌细啲蚝仔饼做法但系换成九肚鱼都非常好食糖醋面我朋友话30年冇食过大家吃识得开心我就开心

这餐厅的上一手也是潮州餐厅, 应该也是同一班班底处理, 餐厅装修相对光鲜, 空间感十足, 相比起如乐口福等经典吃得舒服. 九龙城除了泰国菜外, 潮州菜也相当出名, 除了潮州菜餐厅外, 也有如黄明记及和记隆等潮州小食.主菜的卤水系列及鱼饭水准一般, 没有太大过失, 但也没有惊为天人之感, 鱼饭用上马友, 咸鲜度可以缺乏了鱼油凝聚的油香和胶感. 卤水不够香, 味道较为平淡, 拼盘的份量, 特别是鹅肉片可以再多一点, 鹅肝入味但筋甚多, 吃起来有点吃力.小菜的炸虾枣够香脆, 皮够薄, 内馅虾肉粒粒分明, 虾鲜味不错, 以鱼露作伴已够入味. 韭菜猪肉煎粿是印象最深刻的, 猪肉有肉汁, 糯米皮外脆内烟韧, 再加上澎湃的内馅份量, 相比起来更为出色.

Dinner. Same owner as its predecessor「品潮轩」, which we enjoyed.Here’s what we had. 生腌蛳蚶·膏蟹 ·牡丹虾, none of which I tried. Not a fan. (Unfortunately missed the window for 薄壳)涵水拼盘, including 鹅肉、珍肝、掌翼、豆腐 etc flavorful but not salty; meat was tender. 卤水崩沙牛腩- again meat was tender, fat evenly distributed. 冻中马友- very very good.凉瓜炖饱鱼汤- normally not a fan of 凉瓜 but this soup had no bitter taste at all.潮州红烧翅- quite substantial.发菜卷·脆皮蚝卷·锦锂虾. Loved 发菜卷; the other 2 were soso only. 豉油王海南吊片- very tender.香煎水瓜烙- not oily; delightfully light.糖醋两百黄伊面- crispy exterior; soft inside.Dessert was 清心丸绿豆爽 and 反沙芋条. Too full to take photos.In summary: another 有水准 Chiu Chow restaurant in the Kowloon City area. Excellent service.

听讲这间潮州菜很难订枱,一直好想试下今日终于可以和朋友去试吓首先一来到坐下服务员就会奉上功夫茶还推介了几样嘢食我叫咗生腌濑尿虾♥️陈皮花胶汤鹅肉鹅肝拼鹅肠紫菜墨鱼丸河陈年老菜脯粥🥣家乡炒面线炸南瓜芋头烙福果芋泥全部都系高质至爱😋😋😋最后要称赞一下服务员经常很细心地斟茶还会问我觉不觉得冷气凉还会提供毛毡👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
