中午因未能等位饮茶,我们便walk-in食晚饭。现场环境真是十分”酒楼”,很嘈吵很像午市饮茶。今晚是一个快餐式的晚餐: 乱中有序(相片反映上菜次序)、先快(10分钟内依乱次序上哂前菜及热食,欠灼菜)、后慢(继续欠灼菜,来了所有甜品良久,灼菜终于”千呼万唤始出来”),哈,唉... 1.红酒: “开车前- 猛饮!!”… 讲笑啦,别做遗憾事,每人小半杯够了,怕酒精超标中埋阿sir random check就弊了。红酒味道一般,聊胜于无,不过酒杯有些污糟(桌布也是污糟)。2.花胶排翅: 花胶几挺身爽口,比翅仔好食,汤也ok。3.粉皮白云虾&蓝莓鹅肝红黄茄: 粉皮很滑,白云虾就差过自己煮,配日本豉油芥辣有些勉强。蓝莓鹅肝红黄茄是没有蓝莓味的,鹅肝很冻没味,红黄茄却很甜可口。4.柚皮鹅掌: 味道较淡啊…鹅掌很瘦啊…5.蒜茸蒸半边龙虾配意粉: 龙虾size较细,意粉份量少,蒜茸汁ok开胃啦。6.低糖子姜糕: 糕身软黏著碟子,终于”叉”倒它来食,姜味浓好味呀!7.燕窝蛋白: honey吃一口又弃下,又要我这milk-lover食埋。质地稠而滑,ok。8.上汤菜心: 登登登登! 是我们、邻桌,及邻桌: “千呼万唤始出来”的! 它的上汤很清甜与菜心很配,几好。9.另送芝麻糊: 想不到有惊喜! 芝麻很浓味,很香。或因”福如东海”,今晚有至少3桌大家庭来东海”寿比南山”唱生日歌! 若它能改善服务会更好呢!

Cannot believe the service they have, we have been ordering spring rolls and fried rice for 3 straight days (around 12:30pm) and was told since Monday (first order) we cannot order in advance and they will always do it when they recieved the order and will take only 15mins to cook.today (Thursday) we order 4 boxes of spring rolls and 2 boxes of fried rice and was told will be ready in 15 mins and after 15 mins goen to pick up and only told to wait another 5mins, but since the company wants more spring rolls we called again around 12:50pm and was told by the female staff it will take 45mins to cook (cannot believe it) and after talking to the female staff on the phone for 5mins, got fed up and went to the restaurant order the food with a straight face and was told to wait for 15 to 20mins.The Restaurant was less then half full at the time and I didn't say anything regarding I call earlier so I walked around the place with a straight face and was looking at the customers and staff around then female cashier told to to sit and wait I told her (talk very loud) I been sitting all day at the office and was tired of sitting around and kept walking and looking at the customers................ less then 10 mins the order was ready. I had told the manager regarding the phone call and she kept saying sorry and she explained at the time when we are busy it will take longer to cook, I hold up the food and said why only 10mins if I waited around and takes 45mins to cook if ordering by phone and the restaurant is only half full and still takes 45mins to cook 3 boxes of spring rolls !!! even rush hours doesn't take 45mins to cook 3 boxes of spring rolls !!! she kept saying sorry and said next time expect to wait for 30mins during rush hour.

今晚是庆祝大佬寿辰PART II,上年HCL未能吃饭一起庆祝,今年亦未能齐人,但这一餐总不能走了他的,所以便约好要来吃一顿了。讨论了一会要吃什么,结果我说不如吃大闸蟹吧! 因为想起之前看食评好像说过这里的大闸蟹餐也吃得过,大佬当然没有异议! 我于一星期前已打来BOOK台了,因为害怕那个套餐已过期而且惊很多人来吃。我们早了来到,她们也立即安排位置给我们坐,发现十台有九台客也和我们一样是叫那个$260位的套餐。这个餐不收加一,茶水等等,虽然大佬说$260已包在内,不过这样感觉良好嘛,哈哈,好像很便宜似的。这个餐真的有颇多东西,胜在份量不大,而且慢慢分长时间来吃,所以不会有很饱很辛苦的感觉。整顿饭吃了两小时,我想有一小时我也是在剥壳的,哈哈。鱼翅佛跳墙是真的挺好的,非常足料,味道够浓,真的没有偷工减料! 不过有点点似味精的感觉,但材料倒是真材实料的。我最钟意蟹粉蒜茸包,因为d蟹粉好正! 份量都好多,味道也很鲜味! 配蒜蓉包很不错,不过蒜蓉包再脆一点应该会更加好。佢下面有个炉整热d蟹粉,唔会等佢冻哂干哂,非常好!蟹粉小笼包都ok,但唔系特别出色。虽然食得出真系有蟹粉而且都几香,不过个皮真系几厚下。而且唔系好多汤汁,所以唔算系特别好。大闸蟹一人两只,一只好一只唔好。开头个只无咩料,即系蟹膏好少而且好细只下。第二只好d,虽然唔系大只左好多,但真系好多蟹膏而且好香,不过如果再多d蟹肉就好啦。乌冬都可以,觉得够浓味㖞,好多虾干,成碗野几香。乌冬当然唔系好靓唔系好弹牙,不过由于汤底几好,所以都唔系唔可以接受。姜茶汤子好鬼辣呀,冬天驱寒刚刚好,不过我食左大半都顶唔顺投降啦! 而且佢俾个d唔系丸子,系蕃薯,感觉好似食紧蕃薯糖水咁。服务好好,个经理哥哥好识睇情况同人换碟送上食物等等。而且又有礼貌,又愿意帮我地影相。虽然食物质素唔系劲好,不过$260唔加一唔加任何野都算系咁,总算值得一吃呀。最紧要都系希望生日既人开开心心姐。

咁耐都冇食过大闸蟹,今年见个个都话去食...所以就约埋几个朋友去东海食啦!上网睇人地d食评都话东海唔错...所以今次就黎会一会佢先得啦!1.佛跳墙: 好足料,好好味!好想再黎一round2.蟹粉小笼包: 因为挂住饮汤,d小笼包开始冻但都几好食,每人有2粒3.蟹粉蒜茸包: 揾个蜡烛一路heat住d蟹粉几好谂头,估唔到咁查面包都几好食4.大闸蟹 : 第一只来的时候仲热乎乎..好难先拆得掂d壳,系蟹公不过都有糕几好食!第2只好快就送左黎..我地仲食紧第1只..so之后我叫佢整返热比返我地! 5.手打乌冬 : 淡而无味,d乌冬一d都唔好食..完全唔似手打乌冬咁弹牙 6.娃娃菜: 一碟咁无诚意既白灼菜影衰晒成个餐...加几粒盐d菜唔好黄金金咁都得挂~好流的一个菜 7.姜茶丸子: 我觉得够味,够姜,稍嫌甜左少少8.寿包: 见到附近都几多人有叫..虽然我地冇人生日都叫左几个黎试下...又几好食wor..成只黄0家!我觉得服务都唔错..d人行过你叫佢都立即帮你换碟or整野...所以overall来讲..我觉得好good有机会都会再黎食0家~但唔知小菜得唔得既呢??提外话...佢入边有tv...不过竟然系一直都播紧东海既广告冇得睇电视,一大败笔

又到食大闸蟹时间,星期一约埋老友去叹下﹗讲左几个月,格左好几次价,最后拣左......尖东既东海,七点去到现场所见所有人都系食蟹餐﹗我地点左个$260既蟹餐,包两只蟹,都几多野食﹗东海连个碟都整埋系大闸蟹,好鬼靓呢﹗先上的是鱼翅佛跳墙﹗汤头清甜润,内有大瑶柱、花胶、鱼翅群、花菇等﹗用料够多又够入味﹗同友人大赞呢个佛跳墙做得很不错﹗绝对不是什么生粉水蟹皇翅之流﹗跟住系一人两只蟹粉小笼包﹗小笼包都几大只,多汁,蟹粉亦多入口浓甜味美,唔错﹗主角到喇﹗大闸蟹公﹗开盖未算爆油爆膏﹗蟹肺够白亦清,睇住佢地有人0系出面即叫即蒸,新鲜﹗蟹膏金黄,入口又甘又香﹔大量蟹精雪白呈半透明状,黐得口腔满布浓香。那种香气在口内缭绕的感觉真不是文字能形容,爱吃蟹公的朋友必明其中道理‧精华不在壳,聚在蟹爪上﹗套餐无酒水包,我地两个叫左瓶细花雕仔$60助一助兴,易入口带梅子香,配蟹食一流﹗黎祥哥做佢地代言人﹗第二只蟹0的精仲多过第一只,只管食及感受,不拍照了﹗套餐包油菜一碟﹗仲有蟹粉蒜蓉包蟹粉唔系好多,不过配蒜蓉包可以达到香上加香的效果﹗仲包多个咩手打乌冬,呢个好流,味道仲差过油渣面﹗甜品当然系蕃薯姜糖水,饮完成身暖哂﹗门口有只巨蟹,记住要影相留念﹗整体来说主角蟹很满意,虽然每只都系四两多少少左右,不过味道很好即叫即蒸﹗又会分开上枱食完一只又一只,服务态度很好﹗佛跳墙不欺场用料好又清甜,正﹗$260蚊在全港的套餐来说都算很便宜了,月尾等我再约食家来食多次先﹗更多相:http://www.discuss.com.hk/viewthread.php?tid=10921903&extra=page%3D1
