经历完疫情之后,好多好好味嘅拉面店都执咗,同屋企人一直喺度揾紧一间好味嘅拉面店,今日终于比我哋揾到啦!一碗好嘅拉面,除咗啲面OK之外,个人认为最紧要系个汤底。呢间Tori MaMa品牌嘅拉面汤底系自己熬制,有浓郁嘅鸡汤,同埋都有清澈嘅鸡汤俾你拣。屋企人拣咗好creamy 嘅香浓鸡汤底,好适合补充蛋白质!配合香脆嘅炸鸡扒,真系好正!饮完个汤之后,将日式芥末捞落个面度食,又系另一番风味!一个拉面有多种层次,真系好令人欣赏我拣咗清汤底,配合近期喺日本好流行嘅蚬肉,加上香煎鸡扒,仲有原只嘅流心蛋,真系世一!未离开餐厅就已经谂紧介绍朋友过嚟食希望喺唔同嘅locations开多几间分店,方便我可以成日食啦 继续阅读

彩面Tori MaMa 旗下, 位于石塘咀小巷. 距离HKU 地铁站好近, 平日都好爆场叉烧鸡白汤拉面配浅草唐扬鸡胸 $95店员介绍, 鸡白汤每日用新鲜鸡从 2am 熬煮. 面层打成幼细泡沫, 口感顺滑呈乳白色, 味道颇浓厚碗边放上柚子胡椒酱, 食到后期腻可以加一点, 即时减腻更加清新猪腩肉叉烧大片几软滑小麦面条, 好挂汤几香. 个人口味再硬身点面口感溏心蛋半分熟刚好一边浅草唐扬鸡胸肉质唔鞋, 唔讲都唔觉系鸡胸.又有鸡又有叉烧, 满足贝汁盐味鸡清汤拉面 $95汤底以鸡汤同新鲜claims 熬煮,汤比较清d用左低温慢煮鸡腿, 肉质更软嫩. 不错📍 彩面 (西环)西环石塘咀屈地街18号地舖 继续阅读

话说呢间拉面舖好隐蔽,每次行过经过想入去都已经话卖晒未够九点就关门!最近佢租多咗个舖位,我终于有得食啦!开头都系谂住试吓,点不知一试就知道不得了!入到去都系有起码六成嘅食物位已经卖晒咁就唯有食买剩嘅啦!但系好有惊喜!鸡白汤叉烧拉面真系一绝!👍🏻👍🏻不过最令我惊喜嘅,就系个蚝我平时系绝对唔会叫熟嘅蚝但系真系好好食,可惜我已经唔记得咗个名😬仲有柚子面及荞麦面可以选择我个人最钟意就系柚子面我一定会再去食👍🏻 继续阅读

因为睇完《孤独的美食家》,跟住好想食拉面,西环有间好食嘅拉面叫"彩面",上个月食完就已经好挂住,小店主打鸡白汤,走平实亲民路线,同"彩"沾面一样。🥢W双汤头 $98 (广岛蚝、蚬、豚叉烧、溏心蛋)配 柚子面⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️啱晒钟意食海鲜同心大心细嘅人,蚬鲜甜,蚝味重,叉烧香软嫩滑,溏心蛋creamy入味,柚子面爽口弹牙初食会食到淡淡柚子香,其后要靠碗边柚子wasabi 加强味道,而汤头有海鲜味同时亦有些少鸡白汤味,好神奇。🥢鸡白汤慢煮鸡胸·豚叉烧+溏心蛋 配 小麦面 $90⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️如果钟意鸡白汤,就一定要试呢个,首先个烟熏鸡胸真系令我颠覆对鸡胸嘅想像,会好想一口接一口,而小麦面系我首选,有淡淡麦味同样爽口弹牙,汤头一啲都唔油腻,味道香浓入口细滑,最后成碗饮晒真系有骨胶原嘅黏口感。(p.s. 请尊重不要涂香水影响别人嗅觉味觉)🥢虾多士 $20⭐️⭐️一客两件大过不失,唔钟意啡色大阪烧酱抢晒味。🥢炸蚝 $20⭐️⭐️⭐️一客两件几好味,但同虾多士酱一模一样,太咸了。二人共消费:$228 继续阅读

Went to this ramen resto near HKU with my sis..I ordered Ramen in Chicken Soup with Pork Char Siu & Custard Egg. The broth was rich yet not heavy at all. The wheat noodle was on a thinner side and had an al dente texture. The char siu was evenly-sliced, soft and smooth. The custard egg with its runny egg yolk added an appeal touch to the ramen. My sis ordered Ramen in Chicken & Seafood Soup with Japanese Oyster, Fresh Clams & Pork Char Siu & Custard Egg. The broth had a robust oyster and clams aroma. She chose yuzu noodle, which exuded a fragrant yuzu essence. The seafood was fresh, and the oysters were in a rather large size. .The resto was somewhat small, with only two staff helping out during our visit. We waited for around 15 mins before being seated.
