Dim sum lunch. The Wanchai branch is known for its consistently yummy food. Wondered whether this new TST branch would live up to my expectations.Here’s what we had.珍珠雞- very moist. 蝦餃- love the skin- thin, soft but chewy. 魚肚素蒸餃- wealth of texture inside nice chewy skin.牛肉腸 (not a fan of parsley)炸春巻- light and crispy skin.叉燒酥咸水角- massive; again, loved the skin.紅棗糕- not too sweet. In summary: yummy.
