中菜一向都是占苗心目中最欣赏的菜系,当中有数位名厨更是响负盛名,非常受人敬佩,他们所作的菜式不但美味,更会带点艺术品气息。这数位名厨之一就是掌管中环高级中菜厅卅二公馆的李文星师傅,由初时在文华厅认识,一直追随到现在,每次都感到他对烹调的热诚,惊喜万分。 由於有一段时间没有到来,李师傅即说不如弄点新菜式给我们嚐嚐,为他的秋冬餐单给点意见,大家也异口同声赞成,非常兴奋不已。 只是万般想不到,一开始就是一道镬气十足,让人垂涎三尺的鸡枞菌韭菜花法国鹌鹑腿。鹌鹑腿极其嫩口,与浓香惹味的韭菜花及鸡枞菌来炒,乾爽不油,酱汁早已被食材所吸收了,证明李师傅大火爆炒的功夫。另一道也是如此,食材释出的美味汁酱同样被食材所吸回,令这道秋葵蘑菇生炒纽西兰羊片的美味绝不逊於上者,只是连不好羊的小弟也吃不到羊羶味,令好羊者未必接受没有羶味的羊。另外,喜欢李师傅的原因很简单,只要吃过他的菜式,便可略知一二,他往往会将一些家常菜加以改良,变成一道新菜式。好像这次的瓦罉普宁豆酱鸡,与传统的比较下,层次会更为丰富,除了有豆酱的咸鲜外,还有幽幽的酒香,彷佛将黄酒鸡与豆酱鸡混合。而且鸡肉幼嫩滑溜,香气迫人,如果此时有一碗白饭,真的会停不了口。此时,李师傅知道大家都喜爱红烧乳鸽,随即预备了给我们。师傅用上妙龄雏鸽,骨酥肉嫩,用手拿来吃,绝对是人生一大乐事,最後不知失礼下,吮一下指头,乐此不倦。还在回味之中,突然送来一道非常邪恶的菜式放下,卖相非常精致,李师傅以和牛面颊来代替五花腩肉来制作梅菜扣肉,实在邪恶。虽然没有了五花腩的松化,但和牛面颊却多一点弹性及胶质,配合浓香惹味的扣煮,麻烦多拿几碗白饭来,令这道齿颊留香的梅菜扣和牛面颊更显美味。这顿饭在差不多全是美味又邪恶之下进行,来到蔬菜时,居然是一道能洗刷味蕾,清泉般的鱼滑浸水耕菜。虽然说是清淡,但鱼汤的鲜味非常浓厚,所浸出来的通菜格外甜美,最後连鱼汤也一滴不剩。前道的清新,是为後续舖路,皆因得到李师傅亲手炒制的乾炒牛河,绝对是如获至宝,怎可不好好去迎接。乾炒牛河镬气十足,每条河粉都均匀上色,牛肉又嫩,最重要的是碟下不剩一点油,令人百吃不厌。可是,好戏一浪接一浪,松茸海味日本金芽米一到来,即被其香气所吸引。打开盖时,香味更浓,虽然不是乾身的炒饭,而是类似烩饭的做法,但却不失香喷喷的镬气,每粒饭都被鲍汁及松茸香包围,吃起来烟烟韧韧,与切得细碎的辽参及海味粒,回味无穷。平常的甜品时间,人越大,甜需却越少,可是小弟却为凉瓜煎茶粿及南乳白莲蓉酥而大开绿灯,前者渗有甘苦的凉瓜味,甜美的麻蓉馅却与甘苦相配合,令人大开眼界;而南乳白莲蓉酥香脆松化,甜度适中,更有阵阵南乳的咸香,相当讨好。这顿饭再次令大家见识到李师傅的功力及创新改进,每顿菜都十分美味,总是会让人回来的。 继续阅读

It's our first time here and we really enjoyed the food and ambience here. We regretted not pre-ordering their Peking duck though, coz we thought it might be too much for us. However, almost everyone were having Peking duck, even the tables for two!! Okay! Next time, Peking duck is a must!I started off with this nice cocktail, Forbidden Rose. I don't know much about alcohol but this one was brilliant. It surprised me by the top layer of chili powder. Sure spiced up the night. Haha... and the rest of it was just smooth and sweet.Barbecue Pluma Iberico Pork with Yellow Mountain Honey was one of their signature dishes. Although it didn't look good (coz of the black dots), it's delicious!~~ Tender and juicy. It melted in my mouth.Marinaded Fish Maw was definitely my choice! Collagen! Collagen! Collagen! It's tasty and chewy too.Highlight of the night would be this Chili King Prawns. Fresh and bouncy like they were dancing in my mouth. Amazing!~~Sauteed String Bean is my all time favourite! Instead of minced pork (commonly used), this one here was with Diced Wagyu Beef. It sure added a nice texture to the whole dish.Alaskan Crabmeat Fried Rice w/ Flying Fish Roe was a nice choice to go with other dishes. I like to explore and be adventurous when it comes to fine dining chinese restaurants in Hong Kong but I always go back to Mott 32. Wether it is for a celebration, a business meeting or catching up with a friend, this restaurant is perfect. The taste and presentation of the food is wonderful. The service is also very attentive and they make sure to fullfil your needs and requests.Oh, and should we talk about this amazing interior design? I highly recommend booking one of their private room  and enjoy their delicious famous Pecking duck. However, having eaten there many times, all their dishes are beautifully executed and won't disappoint. Mott32 is undeniably a safe choice and my favourite restaurant in Hong Kong..if not worldwide. 继续阅读

32公馆香港很多数字公馆,不知道彼此之间的关系新式中餐,传统中餐的元素加上西餐的精致概念配上调酒,着实是不错的体验出名的叉烧,虽说价格也确实很娇贵?!但是口感比起一般市面上的叉烧,的确是滑嫩很多需要预定跟片皮鸭一样不过碍於人数,此次没有尝片皮鸭的机会体验牛肉料理,不过忘记名字了虽然调味不是太合我的口味,不过很软嫩也很入味帝王蟹脚,帝王般的价格是真😂不太能吃到蟹肉的口感,不是太推荐我来喝调酒的,其实🤣不错的体验,中餐加调酒但整体的花费其实很惊人😂不是特别的日子,我还真吃不起 继续阅读

一行七人又到这里食晚饭。订了片皮鸭及黑毛猪义烧,叫了云耳海哲头、口水鸡、烟燻黑鳕鱼、爆鸭件、黑醋咕噜肉、马拉盏芥兰煲,之前已经评过。今次试了,黑松露鹌鹑旦烧卖,有点惊喜,个旦系流心嘅,除左咁,又冇乜特别。黑豚肉椰菜苗,炒得香口乾身,吾错。水煮桂花鱼,鱼片滑滑,仲有酸菜、豆芽、冬粉系个汤入面,麻味重,好惹味。甜品叫左绿茶心太软,暖暖的,吾太甜,玫瑰白朱古力奶冻配雪葩,够冻好香玫瑰味,几好。另外叫了3杯 cocktail ,埋单 $4200/7位。 继续阅读
