環境舒適，先來一支300ml的凍sake，是冰鎮酒瓶盛載的，自己可以選擇喜歡的酒杯盛酒，點了特選刺身盛8款每款一件，新鮮食材，有三文魚、帶子（好鮮甜）、赤蝦（好舔口得來好滑）、吞拿魚、中呑拿、螺片（好爽脆）、油甘魚（好嫩滑）和好似半熟的鲷魚（實質得來又滑滑哋甜甜哋）。再點了縞鰺薄切刺身，肉質通透，非常鮮甜嫩滑！香蔥吞拿魚容軍艦，自己再配上海膽一齊放入口，嘩！簡直好味到不得了！甘香海膽，完全不覺得一丁點腥味，非常好食👍🏻👍🏻😋！炸軟殼蟹牛油果卷，好脆暖的軟殼蟹，配黑色的魚子，爽脆的菜，口感豐富！所以再叫多一客𠻹！洋風蒜香煮蠔，鐵板上，所以好香好熱蠔吸收哂洋蔥和蒜香味，非常滿足！雖然人手不足，但我們有需要時第一時間為客人提供誠懇的態度，直得加許的。

I have been a big fan of their skewers for a long time, but not so much for their sushi tbh.I highly recommend their pork neck and ox tongue skewers, which are obviously freshly made and seasoned very well. Everytime I need a consistent Japanese meal, I come to Sen-ryo. I like this branch in IFC because you can do a bit of window shopping as you queue for your table to come. If you're not a sen-ryo member, you'll have to obtain a ticket when you arrive. today I went to IFC for meeting and decided to try sen-ryo with my colleagues. there was a long queue even we arrived the restaurant at 12:10pm. we need to wait for more than 100 number for a table......finally we could get in at 1:20pm. the food quality was fine. however, the service and the attitude of staff could be improved...

耐唔耐嚟一次，都係貪方便，有得用手機📱app攞位架咋😅❗️另外就係過咗1:30pm之後，都係好快有位唔洗等囉😅❗️。食物質素就真係👉👈，次次唔同咁囉😅❗️今日試原隻海膽😍，唔算係滑，入口唔會即溶，仲係有啲凍冰冰嘅添😓，新鮮即開嘅係室溫嘅口感👌。最好就係跟嘅一碟紫菜，脆口無比👍🤣❗️中吞拿魚腩，一時肥到好似大吞拿魚腩咁，一時又廋到吞拿魚腩咁😓❗️帶子雪味十足😓，甜都唔甜😓❗️三文魚子淋晒，咬落口冇卜一聲嘅口感😓❗️紫菜都係淋晒😓❗️其他手卷、軍艦啲紫菜都係咁😓❗️

This is always my lunch place in IFC. As a member, you could get ticket via apps, which is very good. Sushi is always fresh. For sushi, you must try olive flounder muscle, scallop, shrimp with crab paste. For roll, I will recommend fried prawn roll.

If you like selecting your own sushi form turntable, I think this one may just be the best one in HK. I came here with a friend as we were craving some sushi. The place seemed busy as usual, but it took us less than 5 mins to get a seat. We tried many different types and although I like regular sushi, I found deep fried prawn roll to be the best. Not only is the shrimp crispy, but the rice and other toppings all went well together. And their egg custard is really good, def. made when ordered. I
