以为凯施已经结业!原来是搬了!这家店真有拼劲，生意不见得有多么红火，却又一直挣扎著存在。传说老板超有钱；传说是风水缘故；传说…而我，总有理由上这家店。喜欢她的咖哩牛肉炸包，超肥但好好味，很少面包店会供应，我则吃了好几十年。最近也没看到了，恐怕已是绝种。港式面包的代表－菠萝油则牛油超大块，夹在甜丝丝的菠萝包中，既是天使；也是魔鬼! 还有哪果酱西饼，历史感十足，现在懂的人已不多，却仍能在凯施的蛋糕雪柜中见到。每家饼店都有的蛋挞，凯施却水准飘忽。有时造得不错，非常靓仔；有时却'甩皮甩骨'，一言难尽。还有一些无以名状、林林总总的联合国糕点，像广东口味的老婆饼、日本风格的牛奶面包…名字陌生，长得也奇怪!难以将凯施定位，算是家可有可无的饼店吧！但我又何尝是个举足轻重的客人呢？
