继上次食完之后, 好想再食多次, 所以今晚同家姐上黎食饭, 佢系Vegetarian, 所以我地今餐一齐食素!仲以为食素冇咩野拣tim, 原来有好多选择 同埋好好味!!首先叫左野菜沙律 & 蓄茄沙律, 我以为野菜会系好普通ge一碟绿色杂锦菜, 一来到见到有橙有粟米仔好新鲜. 好开心呢度d橙特别甜, 唔同我地平时食开ge 3105,叫左d 寿司青瓜寿司好得意, 放得好别致, 睇到都开胃.仲食左烧菇 同埋烧蕃茄烧左ge蕃茄仔, 一咬d蕃茄汁bill出黎, 酸酸甜甜几特别打开面士汤好开心见到5角形的秋葵, 好特别 最后食左芝士年糕!!! 呢个系必食的P.S. 仲有绿荼&荔枝味雪糕送, 岩哂我!! 没想过写食评...不过第一次写, 是因为呢间咁嘅食肆....之前其实黎食过一次三文鱼三文鱼子海胆饭, 海胆唔新鲜一阵臭味, 兼且佢地手脚超级慢, 所以无谂住会黎第二次. 不过后庆祝前夕, 另一位仁兄喉咙痛, 临时要改食D清淡啲食物, 所以漏夜改地点, 唯有上table map睇下有边间餐厅, 可以book到枱...点知附近无其他日本野选择, 唯有被多一次机会佢...今次唔敢食生野, 仲要听朋友劝吁预早一个钟落单 确保可以安全地系一个钟午饭有得食, 赶得切返公司明明写明有九折, 埋单时睇漏眼, 三百几蚊, 无啦啦被佢收多左成几十蚊兼加一见佢地个日收到booking, 一早10:59am门都未开就覆我confirm booking咁有效率, 未即晚试下email返佢地个位manager咯, 不过我都戆居嘅, 谂住私下解决, 仲系度谂人地可能未睇到你email未覆你啫, 不过仲等好几日, 紧系应都唔应你啦, 有钱收就覆你啫, 人地收多左钱又点会理你呀Never will I go again! 跟朋友分享过拉面后来到这里继续吃, 星期五晚上人不算多, 没订位的我们还可以坐卡位主要是想要吃这里的军鸡锅, 然后试试几款串烧芝士年糕跟以前吃到的有点不同, 里面的芝士除了cream cheese应该还加了其他的芝士所以芝士味道蛮突出的, 但这道要$60, 比外面的贵烤鸡肝, 他们的烧汁不错, 鸡肝吃起来不会干其实还蛮好吃的, 而且也不会太小件鸡肉棒也做得不错, 鸡蛋的香味也很突出大葱鸡肉串, 不过不失, 但他们的鸡肉的肉味很淡有点被葱香腌过了军鸡锅却十分令人失望. 说是这里的招牌, 但喝第一口汤, 一点鸡肉鲜味都没有鸡肉丸子也是没有肉味的, 肉质是很老, 相信我在家做也做得比这里好吃... 继续阅读

朋友生日,下午的时候打电话订即日晚上也有位准时八时到达,就坐在餐厅正中间的长枱,包围著我们的都是卡位,当时只有一枱日本人在吃饭眼见另一边还有一间VIP房,用烫门分隔开人齐了,先点了一些寿司油甘鱼和三文鱼寿司 ﹣ 一点都不肥美,极其量也只像板前般的货色,却杀价$20一件。寿司的温度也掌握得不好,饭是暖的,但鱼竟然比饭的温度还要高,很明显的处理不当帆立贝寿司 ﹣ 算是做得比鱼好,但是帆立贝也只是用了一般(似是L)的货色,入口尚算鲜甜,但同样,不值得一个比元气贵一倍的价钱,因为同样的价钱,我相信已经可以在不少鮨店吃到很好水准的寿司了牧丹虾寿司 ﹣ 是点的寿司中,质素最好的一件,虾肉爽口,而且非常之甜,算是上等之作寿司以外,其它的热食其实都不错。不说不知,这里其实是一间鸟(とり)的专门店,也即是卖鸡肉为主的店,所以点了的热食有好一些都是鸡来的先来一串烧鸡肝 ﹣ 推介的一道菜,每一片都切得厚厚的,烧得刚刚好,不会过熟。入口那一阵鸡润的味道已经涌了出来,细尝下鸡肝非常肥美,且一点也不臊,配一点sake,吃不停口接著来了特大号的免治鸡肉棒 ﹣ 一条可能已经是平日吃到两条的份量,配以传统沾蛋汁的食法,鸡肉打得很细滑,吃下去的时候还有一点鸡软骨,令口感更加好,配了那鸡汁后,就像加了蛋一起煮的鸡肉棒一样,集蛋香,鸡香和烤香于一身,不错跟著来的是鸡肾和牛舌﹣ 两者都做得很有水准,烧得不会太干,又刚刚好熟,肉汁都锁在里面。再来的是芥茉鸡肉 ﹣ 其实是一串鸡肉,加了wasabi酱在上面烧,两者出奇地夹,wasabi不会攻鼻,却可以像平日吃鱼生般提了鸡的鲜味芝士年糕 ﹣ 这个可不能不推!可以说是吃过很多间的之士年糕,也没有一间烧得有这样的质素,外表刚口有点脆,内里的芝士都溶了但整块却不会烧得太干,一吃下去芝士都走出来了,暖暖的满口都是,好吃最后,还点了一个军鸡锅,所谓军鸡,其实即是用来斗的鸡。这锅的做法是把鸡肉发成免治,再把它弄成球状,放到汤在大葱一起煮。吃的,我想是做的时候的手工吧?汤的确很清,却只像一口鸡汤配些免治鸡肉,不觉得很特别。反而及后加在锅中的乌冬,在吸了那些鸡汤后就变得很好吃了中间点了两支sake,这个价钱我想算是合理的,如果只试鸡有关的菜式的话,应该会更划算 继续阅读

Tsukune Minced Chicken Balls つくね - When this arrived I already knew it was going to be below average. The balls haven’t even been grilled until it has caramelised or developed a maillaird reaction flavour. There was a lack of tare sauce as well which doesn’t help this flavourless matter, and there wasn’t much cartilage or organs flavour inside. No additional egg yolk for dipping into too. This was honestly very disappointing in every single aspect imaginable, you could get better from the supermarket. ~ 1/10.Grilled Chicken Skin 皮 – $25The front of the stick was more burnt but a little dry, the rest of the stick was chewy without being crispy grilled enough. Very uneven. Quite average compared to other shops. ~ 5/10.3 Types of Chicken Sashimi 鶏さし盛り合わせ - $180One of the parts was still half frozen and the slightly meat slightly boiled was quite dry. The best one was the aburi grilled breast with a rawer centre. But the raw chicken didn’t have much taste at all. I give it benefit of the doubt initially, but I have since tried better Chicken Sashimi versions locally in other shops. This was so promising on paper but didn't really deliver. Hope they can improve on it! ~ 6/10OVERALL we had a few more others dishes. Most weren't cooked very well and their tare sauce here was too mirin like and unbalanced. Not sure if I will be back if it continuously remains at this standard though.. 继续阅读
