Weekend pop up at Western district is becoming my habit with good number of new restaurants. I came across an eye-catching one on the quiet Catchick Street tonight. The blue lighting and bright shop label ensure passengers won’t miss it as the street was relatively dark on a Sunday evening.It is a cozy and neat place. 西環地鉄開通後，我基乎一星期來一次尋找美食，今晚又找到了一間開了不久的餐廳，位於士美非路和吉席街交界，一眼就可看到，相當有利位置。二面的落地玻璃，可邊食邊看街外行人的景致，當電車經過時還聴到叮叮的聲響，這就是香港了。內𥚃氣氛浪漫。酒吧位置放著時令的生蠔，看多兩眼我己唾涎！我己急不及待點了三款生蠔，來自美國，紐西蘭和澳洲。打頭陣的美國蠔，肉厚份量重，有囗感。三款之中我最鐘意就係紐西的石蠔，海水味濃郁，餘韻力強。澳洲的confin bay肉質爽口，滋味！有佳餚怎可沒有美酒呢？來一杯白酒，雖然我不太董得品酒，只見色澤透徹，酒香高雅誘人，品嚐了一下，那果香樸鼻而來，果然不錯。沙律最醒胃又健康，簡簡單單的烤大啡菇，火箭菜和車厘茄，配以陳腊和橄欖油，再加芝士數片，囗感豐富。海鮮控的我又控制不了，最終主菜選了Lobster Basil Spaghetti。龍蝦中等身型，所謂貴精不貴多，無需大隻，肉質夠Q彈爽口己食得興奮。意粉每條都充滿著龍蝦的鮮味，硬度適中，明智之選。最後甜品是Chocolate Tartufo，朱古力味香濃，雪糕幼滑，食到舔舔舐。好滿足的一頓晚餐，期待下次又有新發現！
