避風塘炒辣蟹 $588蟹有很多種煮法，但最愛的始終是香港的避風塘炒蟹。以辣蟹命名當然招牌菜就正正是炒辣蟹，餐枱紙也有介紹避風塘炒辣蟹的由來。横行霸道的蟹，上碟當然也是保持霸氣，露出強壯的蟹鉗及闊大的蟹蓋。蟹大隻，肉多是必需的。蟹殼十分堅硬，要有點力度夾開，蟹肉嫩彈鮮甜，炸蒜香脆惹味，辣度配合得宜，無得頂！
