去左差唔多一個月日本之後,又開始想念香港既美食,尤其係雞蛋仔,所以知道有間近日好火既排隊店就即刻來了。為了不用排隊,所以店家未開門就來了,今次我就點左菠蘿包雞蛋仔($59)(只接受電子支付),攞完飛仔就可以坐低等食(店內有4張枱),由於餐廳係用到開放式廚房,所以整個制作過程都睇得好清楚,我就因此感覺到店家好用心去制作雞蛋仔,因為原來個過程都幾繁複,整好左個雞蛋仔之後要先放涼,然後再將菠蘿包皮以人手一塊一塊咁貼上雞蛋仔上面,最後仲要放入烤廂烤一陣先可以完成,所以新鮮出爐既雞蛋仔,質感好香脆,而表面既菠蘿包皮就甜甜地,個人認為有少少似維他奶味,好好食呢!…Read More

令人一食愛上的天婦羅,已經來第二次了

這間天婦羅餐廳我已經來食第二次了,個人真的很喜歡這裏的天婦羅,因為炸皮薄,不油膩,食材又新鮮。這次同樣是來吃午餐,因為適逢是本人的生日月,所以決定要食好些,就加點了鮑魚及大蜆,桌上會有6款調味料,松露鹽、綠茶鹽、海藻鹽、辣椒鹽、青檸、天婦羅汁,個人最愛松露鹽及天婦羅汁,因為松露鹽的松露味好香濃,而天婦羅汁味道帶少少甜,配上濕潤的蘿蔔蓉,感覺解膩,如果喜歡吃辣的也推薦食辣椒鹽。是日菜單:前菜:醬油漬吞拿魚赤身吞拿魚赤身質感軟熟,配上帶有少少咸香的醬油漬醬汁好開胃。天婦羅:❤️蝦頭-蝦頭炸到好香脆又順口,有種食濃味蝦片的味道,店員建議配上海藻鹽食。❤️蝦-蝦2食分為薄漿高温及厚漿低温(天婦羅汁),薄漿高温建議配青檸+ 海藻鹽、厚漿低温則配天婦羅汁食;無論厚漿定薄漿都酥脆不油膩,而裏面的蝦肉都猶如蒸熟般質感清爽實在。❤️目光魚-目光魚是一整條站立著上碟,外型趣緻,建議配青檸及海藻鹽一起吃。❤️新洋蔥、綠油菜-新洋蔥味道又甜又多汁,而且質感好水嫩,綠油菜質感則帶點爽口。❤️白魚仔-適逢現時為櫻花季節,所以白魚仔會用到櫻花葉包裹,白魚仔一束有幾條,肉質好嫩滑。❤️艾草、蠶豆-第一次食到新鮮艾草,原來味道會帶甘,配天婦羅汁食會增加一點甜香,蠶豆質感飽滿及帶顆粒感,配鹽食更香。❤️沙錐魚+骨沙錐魚肉質嫩滑,建議配天婦羅汁食,而其骨頭薄薄一片炸到好香口又順口,個人就喜歡配松露鹽食。❤️蜆湯蜆湯熬到奶白色,味道香濃,蜆肉飽滿,口感滑溜。❤️紫蘇葉包馬糞海膽馬糞海膽味道鮮甜,配紫蘇葉後增加一點草本氣息,配上松露鹽或海藻鹽更香口。❤️北海道蝦夷鮑魚配鮑魚肝醬一隻鮑魚切為3片,鮑魚質感彈牙,配上香濃鮑魚肝醬更惹味。❤️九州蕃薯九州蕃薯質感軟糯,味道清甜。❤️帶子蝦餅天丼飯把帶子及蝦肉切粒,配上蔬菜炸成圓餅狀,味道酥香,質感彈牙,加上醬油飯一起吃好滿足。❤️醬漬蕎頭醃到酸爽,作為中途清洗味蕾及更換口味很不錯。感覺在這裏用餐好舒服,今日和店員聊天後得知原來天婦羅係屬於蒸類食品,因為用高温快速炸脆外皮既過程會蒸熟裏面的食物,所以其實是相對健康的,這樣我就不怕熱氣,可以多來吃天婦羅了。…Read More

一早聽說有間日本東京過江龍餃子店Gyoza AnD開在中環,之前都慕名試過它的紫蘇葉餃子,今次再來試它其他食物。Gyoza AnD是一家充滿昭和風的復古日式餃子店,AnD的誕生源自老闆父親在1979年開創的東京老店「餃子安」,希望將昔日品嚐到父親的餃子風味帶來香港發揚光大,所以都是日本人主理。Gyoza AnD 除了有招牌水餃「親父の水餃子」和各種不同口味的日式煎餃外,更有拉麵、日式擔擔麵和配菜等。這裏每日供應不同創新口味的餃子,像是紫蘇、芫荽、章魚燒、芝士番茄等,每日都帶給顧客不同驚喜。今次就試了當日全部口味的餃子,分別有親父の水餃子、紫蘇、鮮蝦、羊肉、蠔及章魚燒。親父の水餃子就跟傳統中式餃子一樣,用了豬肉、白菜及韭菜。餃子皮薄,質感帶點煙韌,配上日式醋就好開胃。另外各款特式餃子都好足料,例如蠔會食到蠔粒的軟綿感及鮮味、紫蘇會食到紫蘇葉的香味等,鮮蝦餃子除了包著爽口蝦粒,而且一咬開便流出湯汁呢;章魚燒餃子就是把章魚燒的麵粉皮轉為餃子皮,裏面包著章魚粒,表面灑上木魚絲,個人覺得好有趣。此外,這裏還有款招牌担担麵,一款是湯麵、另一款是撈麵,今次就試了撈麵版,担担撈麵($72)的醬汁濃郁,裏面花生、辣椒油及肉碎,口感豐富,粗麵條口感爽口,適合重口味人仕。小食方便則點了博多雞飯飯團($28)、韭菜牛肝($75)、沖繩式炸豬手($45)、博多地雞手羽($40)-博多雞飯飯團($28)店員說日間會用蒸飯團,晚上會用煎飯團,飯團用到上湯熬製炊飯,裹著冬菇、雞肉粒及蘿蔔絲,有種家的味道。-沖繩式炸豬手($45)一種比較新式的食法,咬開表面的脆皮後,便是滿滿骨膠原的口感,食法挺特別。-博多地雞手羽($40)雞翼有我手掌般大,表面的炸皮令人有種在食天婦羅的感覺,而炸皮上塗上了醬汁,味道甜甜的。…Read More

其實經常經過尖沙咀都見到這間燒味舖,因為他都有不少分店,所以今日想食燒鵝就來了一試。今次點了:原隻燒鵝髀米粉 $123餐廳好細心,已把燒鵝髀及米粉分開上,而燒鵝髀上碟時已斬開,鵝脾的肉質滑,而且鵝皮油香四溢,個人好喜歡它的燒鵝汁,配著米粉吃更惹味。燒鵝五寶飯 $83裏面有燒鵝、叉燒、豉油雞、紅腸、咸蛋,可以一次過食到不同的燒味,滿足眼闊肚窄的人,燒鵝方面我加了$10指定要鵝胸,等於走骨,每次食落啖啖肉;叉燒是半肥瘦,食落肉質軟熟,不柴不乾;另外豉油雞應該是雞髀肉的部份切出來,肉質嫩滑,雞皮都爽口彈牙,豉油雞皮好入味,而白飯配上鵝汁豉油都好好味,令人忍不住一口接一口。由於怕吃太多肉營養不夠均衡,所以加$20點了郊外油菜,今天的油菜是菜芯,份量不少,旁邊也配了蠔油,一口食菜一口食肉的感覺更舒服呢。最後不得不提,這裏點了的飯都會送餐飲,我就點了一杯熱檸水及一杯熱咖啡,用作餐後清除油脂。總括而言,這間餐廳的地點方便,而且食物份量大及足料,大食的人都適合。…Read More

最近比我發現原來中環Stanley11的商廈裏有好多餐廳,今次就選擇去食位於最高樓層26樓的餐廳食午餐,貪其景觀夠高夠開揚,不過提提大家大堂有3部升降機,只有中間的升降機能直上26樓呢。升降機門一打開就會見到整間餐廳,有一大個開放式廚房,然後顧客是圍繞著開放式廚房坐的,有種高級居酒屋的感覺。午餐除了有午市套餐、還會有omakase可選擇,而我今天就點了碎切刺身壽司丼套餐 $280刺身飯的料很多,而且都是貴價海鮮,除了有帆立貝、中拖羅、深海池魚、鯛魚,更有我最喜愛的海膽。每塊魚肉都切得好大粒,可以清楚吃到魚肉質感,而海膽份量也不少,跟平日食海膽軍艦的份量差不多。套餐另外附上茶蒸碗、胡麻沙律及麵豉湯。茶蒸碗裏的料也很多,有日本赤板魚蛋、香菇及菜。飲料方面就點了青森產希望の果100%蘋果汁 $48蘋果味濃郁,建議喝之前可先輕搖勻。總體整個用餐體驗挺舒服、寧靜的,店員都好友善。…Read More
