去左差唔多一個月日本之後,又開始想念香港既美食,尤其係雞蛋仔,所以知道有間近日好火既排隊店就即刻來了。為了不用排隊,所以店家未開門就來了,今次我就點左菠蘿包雞蛋仔($59)(只接受電子支付),攞完飛仔就可以坐低等食(店內有4張枱),由於餐廳係用到開放式廚房,所以整個制作過程都睇得好清楚,我就因此感覺到店家好用心去制作雞蛋仔,因為原來個過程都幾繁複,整好左個雞蛋仔之後要先放涼,然後再將菠蘿包皮以人手一塊一塊咁貼上雞蛋仔上面,最後仲要放入烤廂烤一陣先可以完成,所以新鮮出爐既雞蛋仔,質感好香脆,而表面既菠蘿包皮就甜甜地,個人認為有少少似維他奶味,好好食呢!
