邪惡重量級漢堡包之體驗

雖然酒吧唔開,食肆去到十點就結束營業,唯有早啲食飯早啲去Happy Hour,都叫做可以感受下氣氛,所以去左美麗華商場既Burgeroom食個快飯,但係質素完勝一般fast food burger chain 。Mega Cheese Burger$110淨係睇圖都已經流晒口水,唔係個包太細,而係芝士份量爆棚,香氣撲鼻。一大pat芝士爆瀉曬出嚟,金黃色嘅樣貌,好難唔叫人對佢有衝動。Guacamole Cheese Burger$98呢一款芝士份量比例會略少,但加入左新鮮既牛油果蓉🥑,又多左一種顏色,兼且食落唔會寡,健怡之選。Mozzarella Sticks$58未將佢拉開時大家都未必知入面既情況係點,原來一拉開左見到既係熱乎乎既熱溶mozzarella 芝士,一路散發住D蒸氣,芝士酥香四週噴發,差啲連隔離枱嘅朋友們都望哂過嚟!Twister Fries$30扭扭斜紋薯條,一定係收視保證,唔係間間餐廳都食到。呢度炸既時間啱啱好,唔會overcooked,油分適中,顏色偏棕,滿脆香。…Read More

朗豪坊一詞,路人皆知。商場位置優越,位於㕵角站的C出口,人流絡繹不絕。雖然如此,商場的裝潢並沒有採用一貫大型商場的光亮潔白的單調設計,反而帶有Rock復古味,走別樹一格的路線,十分iconic。(Bamboo Thai)位於8樓戲院旁邊,門外放有小盆栽,帶有泰國田園韻味。黃金蝦餅$72,蝦餅肉質似蝦膠,頗為彈牙卻腍滑,吃得出並沒有加入生粉栗粉等因而影響口感,油量亦控制得宜,配合自家製醬汁,相當惹味。火山排骨$188/大(約三至四人份量)鎮店之寶,湯底由幾種味道集合而成,青椒粒:辣;蔥粒:香;湯頭:鹹鮮。食的時候不能太斯文,醬汁很容易噴灑,頗為狼狽。而且需要注意衛生,記得帶上手套。泰式大蝦炒金邊粉$108,基本配置齊備,花生碎丶乾辣椒碎丶芽菜丶青檸。金邊粉非常乾爽冇水份,金邊粉帶有濃厚醬油炭香。越式生牛肉湯河$88,通常採用鮮牛骨熬製的湯底顏色會較醇黑,有大量似沙粒的牛骨碎沉底,用湯匙輕輕攪動一番,即可見其狀,力證用料上乘落重本。此店採用港人喜愛之一的美國牛小排,肉紋結實,半熟狀態上碟,不會給予(黐實)感覺,反而更有咬口,有牛味。原個椰青,選擇年青椰子更可大口大口地刮開椰肉食,相當腍滑,椰香可口。…Read More

元朗安康路康怡大廈的-元朗劇院對面(薄荷葉泰國菜),設有室內及戶外座位兩種選擇。露天戶外雅座-就如置身於泰國芭提雅街頭,點上一杯清涼泰式飲品,叫人樂而忘返。炸蝦球$88,一碟有八粒,每粒炸成色澤金黃,外脆,內裡則保持溫度極暖濕潤,蝦肉鮮爽彈滑。其餘位置鋪滿大量新鮮沙律菜,中間放上原棵九層塔,極具觀賞價值。肉碎生菜包$108,撈起一匙濃郁肉碎,放入一塊新鮮鮮嫩生菜,拳頭抓緊一握,將生菜包大口大口的放入嘴巴,濃烈肉香在噴灑,偶以伴隨青澀鮮蔬凝露,乃人間煙火。特式菠蘿炒飯$128,賣相精美,皿器採用比較古雅的竹木筒而不是一般常見的原個菠蘿殼。配料有腰果、花生丶菠蘿粒、蝦,以及大量肉鬆放上面,份量十足,陣陣堅果香。馬拉盞炒通菜,份量恰好,菜苗新鮮,顏色綠悠悠。唯一挑剔的是剩下的菜水水份較多,賣相不太美觀,"收汁"功夫或可再改善一下。泰式燒豬髀仔,秘製甜酸醬汁,層次分明。椒鹽魔鬼魚,非常少見的菜色,配合頗中式的烹調方式-椒鹽炸,魚肉沾上粉灑上椒鹽後放油鍋炸,口感爽滑不嚡口,不是桂花魚般像豆腐花滑溜,比較似杏仁豆腐,低調,細品後味道漸見,愈來愈濃。也沒有奇怪的腥臊異味,有驚喜。…Read More

(尚鮮海鮮料理)位置在佐敦道吳松街23號的幸福商業大廈,大堂比較狹長裝潢簡樸,整幢大廈只有一間食肆,其餘均作寫字樓用途。餐廳位置不太容易尋找,不太熟悉佐敦的朋友需要事前做一做research。店舖佔地一樓全層,食客可以享受一個較安靜舒適嘅用膳環境,而且係一間黃店,門口有Pepe,亦做足所有防疫措施,門外放有消毒搓手液,貼有告示,恕不招待客人如過去14日曾經外遊或曾有發燒咳嗽等徵狀,所以可以安心在此用膳。沖繩生啤祭,買一送一!雖然而家冇得去日本,都要Have a taste like Japanese!友人預先與告知餐廳我們的預算budget大約$300元,大廚安排此款八道菜的Omakase,$278蚊/位。三色刺身拼盤,油金魚(右)、帆立貝(中)、磯煮鮑魚(左)。需要特別讚一讚嘅係每一粒每粒帆立貝都夾住檸檬片,增添清爽口感。磯煮鮑魚的(溏心)做得頗出色,放入口咀嚼時佈滿鮑魚濃濃香氣,回甘。蒜香燒生蠔,肉質飽滿,份量十足,很大隻,惟個人認為蒜香一般,可以多刨一些蒜粒,提升層次。雙色活海蝦(上) 茄汁海蝦,選用優質濃郁鮮茄膏,加上有煎封效果,特別香口,口感似不會像阿活焗豬扒飯的死甜假酸味。醬油煎封海蝦(下),醬油香氣迫人,蝦殼位置充滿醬香,略鹹,不過足夠惹味。煎安格斯牛柳粒,肉質頗紮實有嚼勁,表面煎至微焦,脆口,牛肉香氣除空氣中飄蕩。黑豚肉炒稻庭烏冬,鑊氣十足,油份略重,入口順滑。養生燉湯 - 鱷魚骨燉瘦肉,滋陰益氣。…Read More

新麻蒲 旗下的分支(Modern Majang馬場洞烤肉專門店),馬場洞是南韓首爾的一條食街,餐廳進其名字寓意美食種類眾多,進駐沙田新城市廣場三期三樓(一田樓上),和其他潮流人氣餐廳聚在一起,成了沙中新的潮食點。餐廳裝潢相當摩登,整體感覺整潔光猛明亮,打掃企理,也沒有像烤肉店般週圍有違留油漬殘存油煙味。凍櫃係濕式熟成處理嘅肉類,比一般常見既dry aged beef玩多一個步驟,wet aged beef將牛肉放入真空袋,再放入此零下幾度既雪櫃360小時待熟成,在這個恆温恆濕情景之下熟成肉質特別嫩滑。先發制人既係韓國菜標準格式前菜,有泡菜、茄子、波菜、海帶等等,是冰冰涼涼,酸酸辣辣既醒胃前菜。特選黑毛豬肩肉$168,豬肉油花分佈平均,顏色呈酒紅色肌肉紋緊緻,且有足夠既脂肪位可使其突出油香,肉味相當香濃,皆因也是用上濕式熟成肉類處理的方法煮成的效果。菲力牛排$228/150g,上桌時已經切割成一片片,切面顏色嫩紅有光澤,入口肉軟綿而肉味香濃,先輕燙表面提一提肉香。三成熟成度也相當不錯藥膳養生石鍋飯$138,用密封石鍋使其經長間煮焗既銀杏同松茸既營養同香氣不會流失之餘更能穿插米飯之中。待十五分鐘後店員將翠肉瓜、紅蘿蔔絲、香菇、菠菜及藥膳醬料拌勻,每粒飯都掛上配菜及藥膳的味道,口感清新,健康怡人。…Read More
