星期六,冇訂位,部分地方有宴會,服務員禮貌地同我哋講只餘下一張2人枱,問我哋3個介唔介意坐迫啲。其實張枱係一般酒樓的4人枱,在一角落,望到少少維港景,又唔使等位,點會介意呢😀一籃印尼蝦片做前菜,收$28。普普通通,我哋只食咗幾塊。可能多數客人會飲酒,對茶的要求冇咁高!我哋叫人蔘烏龍已經冇乜味,加熱水其實都係暖,唔係水滾茶靚,有待改善!3個人叫咗3款炸物😂蠔仔唔算多,但大粒鮮甜。粉漿鬆脆,唔油膩。好似炸得好乾,其實雞肉仲好滑、唔嚡,食落胡椒味慢慢滲出來,加少少青檸汁帶出雞味。侍應上菜前先俾我哋睇吓條魚,然後攞開去拆掉條大骨。可惜我哋趕唔切影相,真係同圖片一樣炸到彎彎哋。果然冇令我哋失望,魚肉新鮮嫩滑、炸得香脆。魚本身有醃過,鹹淡適中,唔使再加佢另上嘅豉油雖然價錢唔平,但食物真材實料,冇花巧裝飾伴碟、服務良好,就係會再次幫襯嘅理由 continue reading

母親節訂咗呢度食飯,但我太遲訂枱已經無晒海景位要坐入房,正正對住星空走廊,但入房都幾好,裡面有幾張大枱,擺放兩套好昂貴嘅音響組合,聽住音樂環境比較清幽,而且有兩位員工主力負責呢間房,女員工好禮貌又主動送芒果糯米糍比我地做甜品😊呢度有幾款套餐,但散叫可以食多啲唔同款菜式,岩食啲,一次過食到幾款必食招牌菜式💓💫冰鎮鮑魚💫金榜醬煮大蝦配饅頭 💫蜜汁叉燒 💫片皮鴨(兩食)💫脆炸椒鹽魷魚💫紅燒斑頭腩💫茶燻雞💫沙茶魚蝦蟹粉絲煲整體大家對食物質素滿意,價錢略貴,服務周到。本身諗住買個蛋糕嚟呢度慶祝影下相,原來切餅費要$32/人頭 ,太貴喇!即係我未買蛋糕前已經要比二百幾蚊所以即刻放棄咗🫠 最後埋單7個人大概三千九,平均一人5百幾蚊已經好夠飽。由查詢餐牌至到預訂菜式一直都用whatsapp 對話,回覆快,對於工作唔方便講電話嘅人又想問餐廳嘢實在太方便! continue reading

尖沙咀的南海一號搬到銅鑼灣, 變成南海二號, 和舊舖相同的是位於商貿大廈的較高層, 可以看到維港海景, 而且地方甚大, 空間感夠, 裝修都是走高檔的路線. 不同的是, 這裏比較西化式, 無論是菜式的設計還是餐廳的擺設, 帶一點Fusion菜的風味. 適逢Restaurant Week也就可以用較平的價錢, 品嚐到他們的成名菜, 當中最突出的是金榜醬煮大蝦, 其實就是濃縮了的喇沙湯底, 變成醬汁, 再烹調大蝦. 味道偏甜而不辣, 蝦肉多而𧎚膏豐富, 後者結合在醬汁之中互相補足, 做得不錯.松露醬伴煎帶子表達更為西化, 特別是用上體積龐大的版本, 煎起來表面微脆, 內裡保持半生熟的形態, 略嫌松露醬味道有點蓋過帶子的鮮味. 其他菜式如乳鴿及叉燒表現中規中矩, 不會有太大驚喜但正常. 要稱讚的是侍應的服務態度相當有Attentive而細心, 這種服務態度看似必要, 但現在在香港的食肆越來越難找到. continue reading

生日食飯好地方,店內有不同套餐可供選擇,房間有靚Hi-Fi可以播住歌食dinner ! 前菜係話梅石榴,蒜泥白肉同乳豬全體,湯係紅燒蟹肉雞絲翅,熱菜有上湯焗龍蝦配拉麵,脆皮炸子雞,鮮淮山魚湯泡菠菜,最後是龍蝦湯泡貴妃飯,糖水係蛋白杏仁茶同有壽桃供應,全部足料,味道也好好,打卡一流! 店員有禮,服務也周全!全部食物也是熱辣辣上枱! 南海for 請客食飯,公司食飯,聚會,屋企食飯也非常適合,店內環境亦非常整潔乾淨! continue reading

這家餐廳的整體食物和環境都相當不錯,特別是他們的點心和碟河粉,非常美味。辣椒油的味道也非常正宗,給人留下了深刻的印象。然而,唯一讓我有些失望的是他們的小籠包,當我咬開時發現湯汁已經漏出來了。這讓我感到有點遺憾,因為我期待能夠品嚐到那股濃郁的湯汁。另外,我希望服務員的態度能夠再友善一些。儘管他們的服務還算不錯,但我認為如果能夠更加親切和友好,整體用餐體驗會更加完美。希望餐廳能夠在這方面做出改善,讓顧客感到更加舒適和滿意。總體食物和環境都不錯,點心同埋碟河粉都幾好食,辣椒油都好正。唯獨就係個小籠包黎到嘅時候裡面嘅湯都已經穿了。另外就係個waiter嘅態度可以再friendly啲。 continue reading
