本身已經係明閣灣仔嘅常客,而家開通埋會展站就更加方便。會展站B出口一出就係鷹君中心,上一層電梯就到啦。今日和同事飲茶,先來一客海皇脆皮紅米腸,外層紅米腸既薄且滑,口感軟糯,與內層香脆脆皮形成強烈對比,層次分明。此為本人推介點心之一。另外點了羊肚菌上素粉果,從外層水晶皮可窺探內裏餡料十足。羊肚菌香,齒頰留香。配上明閣自家製豆瓣醬實為一絕。愛辣的朋友可一試粉紅豆腐海鮮餃。辣味不算太重,沒有遮蓋海鮮鮮味,點這款粉紅點心拍照打卡最為適合。追加竹炭乂燒包,創意柔合傳統。加分。另外同事愛喝湯,齊齊點了杏汁菜膽燉螺頭,感覺滋潤暖胃。喜歡。吃過點心,主角鮮花椒柳蒸龍躉柳上場。一開蓋花椒香氣先拔頭籌,搶了我的食慾。魚肉入口嫩滑,吃得出食材新鮮,魚油充足,沒有被花椒喧賓奪主。大愛。最後以一道服務員誠意推介之薑汁桃膠奶凍作結。很滿意的一餐。 continue reading

今次黎灣仔間明閣試下。1. 黑金醉蝦餃,好特別,個皮煙煙韌韌唔錯,醉味就無咩,蝦爽口,感覺係食特別而唔係食味道。2. 牛肉球我必點點心,以為係同平時一樣蒸嘅,點知係湯牛肉球,出奇好味,唔會因為係湯而淡佐。3. 最令我驚艷就係炸子雞喇,啲肉滑到不得了,啲肉似7成熟咁,但又唔會見紅,個皮好脆,之前係念川居已經覺得好好食,點知今次明閣仲更加好食,唔知係咁岩定一直都咁食,暫時係香港最好食嘅炸子雞😂4. 黃金披金甲,係攞獎之一,睇得出係好花功夫嘅菜式。一面蝦肉一面魚肉再整埋一齊煎,煎得好香,食落都啖啖肉,值得試。5. 醋香黑豚肉好食,濃味嘅一道餸,啲肉有咬口完全唔會痴牙。6. 雪山叉燒包,一口咬落皮好鬆脆,入邊係黑豚肉,好好味,而且餡好多。7.杏汁花膠湯(無影到相),啲花膠硬硬地,湯唔咸唔甜,味道好奇怪,成個湯完全唔夾,飲到一半飲唔落,好浪費☹️ continue reading

朋友去過話有間中茶點心好味😋當然要試試大約12點到午飯時間剛開始仲可以隨便揀位👏🏼👏🏼坐左一陣就陸陸續續多人,見到有人吧枱食點心配紅酒,感覺幾得意😄諗住叫幾個特色點心頭盤,上菜後再叫兩個小菜。點知越叫越興奮,叫到一枱都係😆竹炭叉燒包 : 最鍾意食叉燒包每次去飲茶都會食,真心覺得好味😋紅米腸 : 個樣好似炸兩,薄薄的腸米卷著鮮蝦同埋脆片,口感豐富,推薦!黑金醉🦐餃 :冷熱學又鍾意食蝦嘅人(我)當然唔會錯過😋鮮花椒龍躉柳 :好香花椒味,但識落又唔會搶咗魚味👍🏼白酒忌廉燴鴿甫 : 西式中菜😄鴿肉好嫩滑,如果食得落跟碗‘靚仔’🍚無得輸食到飽都仲要叫甜品黑桃膠薑汁奶凍👍🏼杏汁燉鮮奶 & 暖胃棗皇糕地方好乾淨,服務又好,最緊要係啲嘢好食,下次叫多幾個朋友一齊嚟食晚餐! continue reading

朋友介紹,過來試試中菜及點心。首先一讚泊車方便,升降機直上餐廳。下午來吃點心,點了羊肚菌上素粉果。水晶皮很薄,煙韌。羊肚菌帶微辣。這款素點心做得不錯。另外點了普通蝦餃,鮮蝦爽口彈牙。這款普通,用料尚算新鮮。朋友點了一款粉紅色的蒸餃,忘了名字但不錯吃。服務員推介蜜汁叉燒,有驚喜。肥瘦分明,掛上麥芽汁,出色。另外點了獲獎菜,龍王被金甲,看餐牌名字有點霸氣,位上。造型不錯,請客價錢亦不貴,鮮蝦配上炸魚塊,但不算油膩。屬香口之選。另點了飯麵,不錯的一餐,會再來。 continue reading

Tried Ming Court Wan Chai.Overall, a very positive experience.The environment is very pleasant and comfortable. The food is top notch and of high quality.Some of the dishes that Char Siu Bao and very very good.Definitely recommend this restaurant for top quality premium Chinese cuisine. continue reading
