My friend picked their signature pork chop with rice and requested to put the sauce on side. The pork chop batter was crispy and not too thick. The outside was dry but not oily and was able to keep the juiciness of the pork chop. The beef brisket was braised nicely. The beef had a fair amount of fat content which was savory and tender. The broth was clear without putting too much MSG. Noodles, again too much for me but I really appreciated their quality of food!
