$288「Braised Whole Sea Bass with Fennel & Saffron Broth」:鱸魚大大條好多肉,魚肉鮮嫩香滑,仲幾 juicy 😋;又落咗好多 車厘茄 同埋洋蔥😋,最特別就係用咗 Saffron,Saffron 係世界上最昂貴嘅 香料/香辛料(約 5000 美元 1公斤,煮正宗 Paella 🥘 會用 Saffron,咁當然係落少少啦😄),餐廳用 Saffron 煮高湯,跟住用高湯嚟煮鱸魚,至高湯煮到變成汁👍;我都飲咗兩啖魚汁🤣,味道濃郁鮮甜,充滿 umami😋
