今日佛誕公眾假期,大人話想食網紅生煎包,咁咪去睇下排幾耐嘍,去到門口,條龍吾算長只有10個人,但以剛剛做網紅同埋公眾假期,真系吾系咁樂觀。舖頭裡面吾大,但比之前川龍街堅x號舊鋪大,裝修簡單。因為真系條龍太慢,所以決定買外賣,等左差不多5分鐘就有,行去公園食好過。外貌比堅x號靚仔,一邊白一邊煎黃,煎果面仲脆卜卜。芝麻系多但無味。4個裡面有一個得好少汁,其他就都可以話爆汁,味道幾甜同回味。肉就系鬆軟同吾彈口,肉味都OK。米醋吾酸,幾和味。堅X號4個$42,哩間$30,咁就性價比高啦! continue reading

最近多區都開咗生煎包專門店《劉興記》適逢假日嚟到荃灣離遠已經見到長長嘅人龍不過翻枱速度都好快 等一陣就可以入座啦🔸招牌生煎包 HKD30/4隻本身想試吓蟹粉生煎包 可惜賣哂於是就揀咗招牌生煎包!生煎包底部煎至金黃酥脆 包住調味肉餡上枱時熱辣辣 咬開嘅時候要好小心因為真係會爆哂肉汁出嚟🔹雞絲酸辣湯小雲吞 HKD32/6粒小雲吞大約5毫子大小 一啖一粒雲吞皮夠薄 每粒都包住鮮肉 酸辣湯酸中帶微辣有荀絲 冬菇 木耳 好足料🔸排骨蔥油拌麵 HKD42排骨偏薄身 炸至酥脆 拌麵用上細麵 口感煙韌 配上蔥油特別香口🔹生炸雞扒湯麵 HKD42生炸雞扒金黃香脆 炸完後雞肉依然有肉汁湯麵用上粗麵 感覺有啲似刀削麵 軟硬度適中🚩劉興記生煎包專門店 荃灣荃灣街市街37號地舖 continue reading

近排大熱嘅生煎包店「劉興記」日日大排長龍,個個都係等新鮮熱辣出爐嘅爆汁生煎包。不論堂食或外賣都要預咗要等好耐,因為生煎包一造起就賣清光,而且每一隻都爆汁,用上本地的新鮮梅頭肉,以人手搓製、推皮、包餡,再放到特製上海生鐵鍋上以混水煎法煎製,最後再加芝麻、蔥花增加香味,承諾唔爆汁包換。的確生煎包一篤已經有湯汁爆出。做到皮薄、多汁、脆底。除咗生煎包都有麵食、小雲吞、豬扒等上海菜式不過最出色都係生煎包喇。 continue reading

如果一早睇咗呢度嘅食評我一定唔會幫襯!我一入店同收銀櫃亞姐講外賣,佢冇理我,對眼望一望堂食出嚟比錢嘅人示意同我講佢要收錢先,但人龍越嚟越長,不斷有人出嚟比錢,佢都係堅持收哂先到我!我order咗四個生煎包等咗25分鐘,見到遲過我號碼,一樣係四個生煎包都已經有得拎,我再入去同員工講:我話唔好意思請問會唔會漏單呢,遲過我嘅都已經拎咗。員工個樣好唔耐煩口𥚃細細聲唔知講乜。再等多一陣間遲我十個號碼一樣生煎包都拎埋,我再入去問,一樣係嗰位好唔耐煩嘅亞姐話:同你跟咗喇!用咗半個鐘等4個生煎包,員工態度唔係咁,同埋唔會咁亂,其實都唔會咁嬲!等候期間,我聽到等外賣嘅人講,食埋今次算數喇,唔好再有下次!食物質數我中立評分係正常分數,唔見得有幾咁驚訝,不過就算識飛,態度唔好嘅食店我都絕對唔會幫襯,如果唔反省唔改善,祝你好運 continue reading

🥟劉興記生煎包專門店📌荃灣街市街37號地舖路經荃灣街市街有間近日幾紅的生煎包店,不用排大隊買點回家試試。招牌生煎包皮薄餡料多,底部煎得鬆脆,咬下一口,爆汁的情景出現,小心燙口。做到瀑汁的效果,是他們用豬肉凍加埋新鮮豬肉做餡料,味道不錯、好味,下次要試下其他產品。 continue reading
