最近多區都開咗生煎包專門店《劉興記》適逢假日嚟到荃灣離遠已經見到長長嘅人龍不過翻枱速度都好快 等一陣就可以入座啦🔸招牌生煎包 HKD30/4隻本身想試吓蟹粉生煎包 可惜賣哂於是就揀咗招牌生煎包!生煎包底部煎至金黃酥脆 包住調味肉餡上枱時熱辣辣 咬開嘅時候要好小心因為真係會爆哂肉汁出嚟🔹雞絲酸辣湯小雲吞 HKD32/6粒小雲吞大約5毫子大小 一啖一粒雲吞皮夠薄 每粒都包住鮮肉 酸辣湯酸中帶微辣有荀絲 冬菇 木耳 好足料🔸排骨蔥油拌麵 HKD42排骨偏薄身 炸至酥脆 拌麵用上細麵 口感煙韌 配上蔥油特別香口🔹生炸雞扒湯麵 HKD42生炸雞扒金黃香脆 炸完後雞肉依然有肉汁湯麵用上粗麵 感覺有啲似刀削麵 軟硬度適中🚩劉興記生煎包專門店 荃灣荃灣街市街37號地舖
