禾牛薈火煱館 (金馬倫道),位於尖沙咀金馬倫道48號中國保險大廈1樓及2樓。 餐廳有兩層,當晚我們坐在二樓房間裏。 首先點了幾款小食📌,有老友鬼鬼、沙薑雞腳、脆炸蜆嘅鯪魚球、 酸薑糖心皮蛋、脆炸魚片頭。 然後到火鍋湯底和配料📌,椰子雞湯、 至尊本地手切肥牛、 特級手切肥牛、 西班牙橡果黑毛豬片、 響鈴、 自家製餃子、精選六寶丸、 白鱔片、美國桶蠔、 花枝片、珊瑚蚌、 炸魚皮、滑豆腐、油麥菜、 雞蛋。 幾款小食裏面,比較喜歡酸薑糖心皮蛋,味道甘香,皮爽流心, 酸酸甜甜幾開胃。 椰子雞湯味道清香, 兩款肥牛, 牛味濃厚,但性價比不算高。 另外比較喜歡美國桶蠔,肉質肥美滑嫩。 其他小食和配菜屬於正常發揮, 不算突出。 埋單大約五百幾一位, 值得一讚的是有房間提供,私隱度高😊。 🏷️溫馨提示~ 整個用餐體驗均屬個人分享意見, 只作參考😊。 continue reading

朋友叫我去咗一間餐廳試下佢哋嘅新出菜式,喺辦公室嘅一角落,一踏入去已經覺得有啲屋企feel。老闆出嚟迎接,話今日有款特製菜式推介-番茄炒蛋但係做法有啲唔同。我心諗:番茄炒蛋都可以玩嘅咁創新?當然要試吓喇!頭碟嘢係就係特製番茄炒蛋,色彩鮮艷得滯,以為普通嘅家常小菜,一入口就覺得唔一樣。個番茄炒得啱啱好,唔會太爛,仲帶少少甜味。蛋滑得黎帶點彈性,重點係仲有個秘製醬汁淋喺上面,微辣微甜,夾埋個蛋同番茄食,好正!跟住佢哋上咗碟椒鹽雞翼,外皮炸到脆口,撒咗啲孜然粉係上面,香味嗆鼻!椒鹽味道啱哂,啖啖肉咬落去好過癮。雞翼都唔會太油,翼尖炸到金黃色,簡直係摸唔溜手,好想即刻食晒佢!最後呢,就係家傳滷豆腐。豆腐吸晒啲汁,軟綿綿嘅,入口即化,一啖嘅豆腐下去,滿口都係豆香,好滿足。每個菜式都保持得好有水準,尤其係番茄炒蛋,真係出奇喺勝,值得介紹俾啲鍾意食好嘢嘅朋友知道!下次再同朋友嚟這間餐廳,一定要叫多幾個菜式試,飽個順眼先得!🍅🍳👍 continue reading
