香香宮煮之前已經同朋友黎過,質素唔錯,見而家下午五點或之前入座都有58折,反正要清假,就搵個平日下午帶媽媽黎打邊爐。除左質素唔錯同做折,當然亦因為哩個打卡位,食客可以換上旁邊嘅格格裝扮下公主打卡。醬介$25/位。特色卜卜蜆鍋($198) - 上次食過泰式冬陰功卜卜蜆鍋,好惹味又鮮甜,因為媽媽唔食辣,我地今次就揀左特式卜卜蜆鍋,裡面有超多蜆同芹菜,所以好香芹菜味又鮮甜。見倒啲蜆打開就可以熄火,就算有部份未打開,寧願食左打開左嘅蜆之後再開返火,否則蜆肉會太老。蜆肉唔會太細隻都有啲睇頭,肉質鮮嫩冇沙,兩個人食每人都食倒好多隻。即炸響鈴($68) - 響鈴鬆化得黎唔易散,浸湯幾秒就食得。陳年花雕醉雞($78) - 醉雞建議早啲落,順便可以倒埋啲花雕酒入湯底度,令湯底多左酒香。醉雞淥熟左都仲食倒少少酒香味,肥瘦適中,唔錯。肉丸拼盤($128)  - 兩個人又想試多幾款肉丸,所以我地揀左拼盤。拼盤包左爽骨豬肉丸、鮮牛丸、松露芝心墨魚丸、蟹籽鮮蝦丸同蟹籽墨魚丸。五種丸各有特式,牛肉丸軟滑,有啲似食緊山竹牛肉,豬肉丸中間加左啲軟骨喺入面,所以食落有卜卜脆口感幾得意,墨魚丸同蝦丸都彈牙,不過兩者之間蝦丸更勝一籌。豬肉丸入面白色細細粒就係軟骨。餃子拼盤($128) - 拼盤包左韭菜豬肉餃、黑松露蟹肉餃、蟹黃餃同鳳尾鮮蝦雲吞。韭菜豬肉餃 - 水餃皮唔會太厚,入面韭菜同豬肉比例啱啱好,韭菜味唔算好重,就算我平時唔點食韭菜都接受倒。黑松露蟹肉餃 - 黑松露都算多,淥熟左都食倒少少黑松露味。蟹黃餃 - 豬肉餡俾蟹黃染到橙黃色,入口蟹黃味唔算突出,味道普通。尾鮮蝦雲吞 - 雲吞入面放左成隻蝦喺入面,所以雲吞外形似一隻長餃子,蝦肉結實爽口味道唔錯。薯粉($22) - 淥到半透明就食得,口感Q彈飽肚又好食。以上價錢都係正價,因為我地5點前入座,所以有58折,埋單每人都係$200,非常抵食。58折係一至日都有,就算平日要返工嘅朋友,周末黎一樣食倒。 continue reading

今日去紫禁城打邊爐,一上到嚟就見到有張龍椅,又有唔同妃子嘅宮殿,正!崇德公主 (芫荽山湯鍋) $168的確係芫荽山,真係成座山咁多!一上菜已經香氣四溢手切本地牛肉 200g ($238)厚度及肥瘦都適中,每塊都好完整,牛味幾濃蟶子皇 ($188)輕輕煮一陣已經食得,超級新鮮,鮮味爆燈!香香宮煮餃子拼盤 ($88)分別有韭菜豬肉餃、黑松露蟹肉餃、蟹黃餃及鳳尾鮮蝦雲吞。最特別係原隻鮮蝦雲吞,仲要有埋條尾!蝦肉夠彈牙,而且非常新鮮;黑松露蟹肉餃黑松露味啱啱好,唔會蓋過咗蟹肉嘅鮮味手打鮮牛丸 ($68)彈牙,咬開後好多肉汁,牛味好濃!刀削麵 ($38)呢個就普通,因為啲麵條太公整,冇咗刀削出嚟嗰種不規則嘅厚度及咬口感 continue reading
