一班朋友聚舊最好打邊爐邊食邊傾,黎到尖沙咀禾牛薈,卡位都幾闊落,裝潢光猛明亮,地板唔會痴笠笠,乾淨企理。首先叫左四川麻辣同珍寶豬骨湯底雙拼,麻辣湯內有鴨血、知竹等配料,好入味,湯底好香口,小辣唔算好辣,啱啱好。豬骨湯有胡椒香,比較家常嘅味道,專用黎淥菜。肥牛方面叫左至尊本地封門柳和頸脊,封門柳牛味好重,推介!頸脊好嫩,但牛味不太重,如只叫一款牛肉,可以不試。牛肉建議叫大碟,因為份量不算好大。我地俾侍應姐姐影響叫左封門柳同頸脊例牌各一碟,但黎到見到份量覺得應該一早堅持叫大碟!我地本身都係想食肉為主!搞到後來要再叫封門柳大碟,反而仲貴左!另外推介嘅火鍋料有豬潤、魚卜、牛胸爽、魚蛋、鴨血、凍豆腐等。豬潤切薄片,快熟鮮嫩!魚卜好新鮮!魚蛋係九龍城馳名魚蛋,鮮甜彈牙!飲品方面叫左啤酒塔,一邊打一邊啤,非常滿足。值得推介係菊花茶,好清潤解渴! continue reading

話說今日公司齊齊出去做義工,做完就黎左尖沙咀打邊爐,我地一行人15人book左間房坐,開左三個爐一個豬骨湯底、一個沙嗲湯底同一個蕃茄湯底。野食方面當然係叫到成檯都係,火鍋必備嘅牛肉,海鮮當然唔少得,其他大部分配料例如響鈴等味道都唔錯,份量亦都唔算細,15個人每樣嗌double已經夠曬食。最令我哋驚喜嘅係水晶包,叫完一碟好快比人掃曬,老闆指定encore又encore最後叫左3次先肯停手。 當中奶黃味水晶包真係必食推介🥰🥰🥰 continue reading

我哋成班同事預約咗星期五happy Friday去禾牛薈打邊爐。首先,火鍋湯底我哋叫咗個椰子雞湯,個雞湯椰子味不足,而且覺得好多油。有點失望。這款特級肥牛,是我們所有人都推薦好味,而且是咁多款牛之中價錢最平,性價比非常高。至尊肥牛,我哋就覺得一般,可能我哋女仔不太接受牛肉太濃味。聖子皇大大隻 ,每隻$68蚊,價錢都算接受。味道鮮甜香滑,不錯。大刺身拼盤,都算新鮮鮮味,泰國生蝦的配搭,就有點奇怪,其他份量不算多有點貴。自家製鵝肝蝦丸,蝦丸味道正常,但係裏面的鵝肝味道好奇怪,仲有啲臭臭地味。好失望。帶子保持到鮮甜美味。響鈴,香脆可口魚皮餃略嫌餃皮太厚,味道一般。脆炸榴槤波波球,有淡淡榴槤香,香脆可口。因為鵝肝蝦丸問題,所以店長換咗碟炸雞軟骨比我哋試。味道都唔錯,香脆可口。最後附送甜品大菜糕,奶糕。味道一般。總括嚟講餐廳推薦的食物質素比較一般,反而普通食物沒有推薦的比較有驚喜。價錢有點貴,性價比不是太高。 continue reading
