今日放假再嚟食呢間食完念念不忘嘅鐵板燒,上次同老公食完覺得一定要再食,今日放假得閒再嚟,不過佢都幾full, lunch要等到1點半先有位,因為都算抵食,加上無敵大海景,記住book位!我同老公揀咗$378個set,可以四選二,所以我哋四款都揀晒,因為每一款都好好味。首先會上前菜,係個好fresh嘅沙律,最特別係有個似南瓜嘅啫喱加埋酸酸地嘅dressing,成個配搭好好,做開胃菜相當唔錯。 唯一美中不足係冇茶碗蒸😝師傅好好見我哋揀晒四款就幫我哋分好晒,等我哋每款都有得食🥰😋French Foie Gras個鵝肝外脆內軟,煎得啱啱好,再配埋好軟熟嘅多士同埋紅酒浸醋提子,平衡左油膩感😋Cod Fish肉質鮮嫩,滑得來又Juicy,塊皮仲煎到好脆😋車海老個蝦好彈牙,師傅將個蝦頭嘅膏用來做汁,提升咗個蝦肉嘅鮮味😋Scallop佢係用北海道帆立貝,煎到半生熟再配牛油汁放上新鮮紫菜湯,加埋減左油膩感佢有豬肉同牛肉可以揀,我哋揀咗牛,牛肉可以揀厚燒或者薄燒,我哋最後各一,都係揀咗medium😋厚燒 &薄燒牛肉厚燒grill得外面好香,裏面仲有好多汁,而薄燒有蔥蒜包係裏面好香口,厚燒同薄燒都鍾意😋之後仲有炒飯,炒雜菜同麵豉湯炒飯用曉嘅蛋,炒得好乾身好香,炒雜菜都炒得啱啱好,飲完湯已經好飽最後仲有甜品,有焦糖烤多士同雪糕,雪糕有紅豆味同柚子雪芭,師傅仲請我哋飲咖啡,估唔到咖啡都好香滑,仲有啲杏仁味Tim! continue reading

朋友介紹帶了外籍客戶去比原定時間早了10分鐘到餐廳果時未有其他顧客。禮貌詢問可否先坐低,侍應話唔得仲要我哋出走廊等。我哋話帶咗客人嚟咁樣好尷尬可唔可以企喺度等首詩師傅加把口話唔得,一定要我哋企走廊等,走廊又黑又迫我啲外籍客個個兩米高搞到超尷尬。我話開支酒俾我哋坐低先都話唔得。本身想即刻走去過第二個地方。坐到入去叫Menu第一版最貴嗰個set,話無king crab…咁我問佢有啲咩唯有揀鮑魚和龍蝦。澳洲黑邊鮑魚比平時食開嗰啲細隻,但係價錢貴過出邊,地點裝修差過出邊。師傅手勢冇乜特別冇其他師傅咁健談。實實際際去返銅鑼灣嗰啲好好多,以後唔使再去呢度。最後四個人食咗七千幾蚊,銅鑼灣邊間性價比都好過呢度。 continue reading

雖然唔係成日見,但每年都會同好朋友過生日💜今年就揀咗天后嘅「延Nobe」同佢食生日飯,本身想嗌鱈場蟹餐,但今晚蟹冇貨😭所以我地就揀咗活龍蝦同活鮑魚餐各一share食😋我地再追加多隻瀨尿蝦,成隻手臂咁長,一餐好豐富嘅海鮮鐵板燒🉐前菜汁煮蘿蔔牛腩,蘿蔔清甜牛腩燉得軟稔入味,有驚喜溫室野菜沙律沙律菜新鮮爽脆,配搭酸汁零舍開胃澳洲活鮑魚/ 活龍蝦黑鮑魚超大隻,仲大過一個拳頭,質感軟稔,鮑魚味濃郁,以牛油鹽同黑椒輕輕調味,更能突出鮑魚原有嘅鮮味龍蝦上枱時仲係郁緊架,非常新鮮,肉質彈牙,配上龍蝦膏醬去烹調,味道濃郁之餘仲提升嘅龍蝦嘅鮮味北海道帆立貝上枱時下面會有個爐仔熱住佢,帆立貝厚肉鮮甜,加入海帶湯汁更能增添貝類嘅鮮味,記得一定要飲晒個湯,又鮮又甜白甘鯛立鱗燒魚皮燒得金黃色脆卜卜,魚肉厚身結實,食落啖啖肉,底下配有軟滑香棉嘅薯蓉,吸收咗魚油嘅香味,好食海參配明太子/ 日本響螺海參係普遍鐵板燒比較少見嘅一道菜,滑溜嘅海參配上明太子醬,冇腥味之餘仲食到鹹鮮嘅味道響螺口感爽脆,只需灑上鹽同黑椒調味,更加能食得出響螺嘅鹹鮮味道追加:瀨尿蝦、清酒煮蜆揀咗隻有膏嘅瀨尿蝦,可惜今次嘅瀨尿蝦有啲失準,肉質有啲鬆散,啲膏又唔唔係硬膏🥲A5鹿兒島和牛厚燒/ 薄燒和牛厚燒:師傅燒到外面微微焦香,切開後裏面仲係淡淡的粉紅色,生熟程度啱啱好,一啖咬落滿口油脂,牛肉味濃,嫩稔多汁入口即化,配上金黃香脆嘅炸蒜片一食齊,香口得黎又可以中和返油膩感和牛薄燒:輕輕一燒再包裹香葱同蒜片,牛肉軟稔口感豐富炒飯我又係加大版炒飯加太陽蛋,炒飯乾身粒粒分明,流心嘅蛋黃加上燶邊嘅蛋白,將蛋黃伴入炒飯一齊食,蛋醬裹滿米飯上,大滿足🉐炒野菜芽菜清甜爽口焦糖多士香脆又甜嘅多士,食完飽到上心口😂📍延 (天后)天后電氣道68號金輪天地22樓人均消費:$1500-2000食物:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️環境:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️回頭率:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐ continue reading

為食之友介紹左我去天后金輪天地度搵食,佢激讚依間鐵板燒好食到不得了咁立刻安排訂座啦今次order咗2人份龍蝦餐,額外叫埋瀨尿蝦話係必食推介。事不宜遲立刻講下當日既野食先🔸日本笠貝大大隻原隻笠貝,切片燒出嚟又爽口又香。點少少鹽食提鮮一流🔸北海道元貝配紫菜湯半煎熟個元貝再用新鮮紫菜煮成既湯去燴一燴,張元貝個鮮味帶去另一個層次🔸活伊勢龍蝦師傳將龍蝦啲蝦膏唧哂出嚟煮汁,再撈返落去個龍蝦度煮,真係成個鮮度發揮到極致,肉質爽口彈牙再加埋個汁無得輸師傅之後會攞個頭同殻去煮湯,用鮮甜龍蝦海鮮湯去暖暖胃好滿足🔸瀨尿蝦斑馬瀨尿蝦平時我一啲都唔鍾意食因為覺得佢太腍太散,但鐵板燒既斑馬瀨尿蝦係超級驚喜,啲膏竟然可以做到流心,咬落香口啲膏流到成口都係,好正🤤🔸A5和牛(厚燒)入口油脂感重但唔油膩,好ok加少少wasabi一齊食仲可以平衡返個油脂感炒飯同炒野菜相對地無咁出色,無乜味咁。可能亦因為食太多海鮮太出色,有比較😂食物出色,服務態度良好我諗唔到有唔返轉頭嘅原因勁推薦‼️ continue reading
