金輪大廈上的餐廳比較隱蔽,空間感足夠,22樓的景色也剛好能看到維多利亞港的一角。是日午餐鐵板燒一人前x2。先來溫室野菜沙律,都是新鮮的蔬菜,沒有過多的調味料。前菜選了法國鵝肝、大蝦及北海道產帆立貝。鵝肝份量十足,油味甘香。大蝦新鮮彈牙。帆立貝也煮得非常適中,鮮味十足。美國特級肉眼薄燒,看着師傅逐一將蒜炒乾,混合蔥,再逐件以肉眼薄牛片包裹、煎香,除了味道也是看師傅的手勢。最後還有炒飯、炒菜等。師傅加送甜品煎多士一份。

朋友介紹帶了外籍客戶去比原定時間早了10分鐘到餐廳果時未有其他顧客。禮貌詢問可否先坐低,侍應話唔得仲要我哋出走廊等。我哋話帶咗客人嚟咁樣好尷尬可唔可以企喺度等首詩師傅加把口話唔得,一定要我哋企走廊等,走廊又黑又迫我啲外籍客個個兩米高搞到超尷尬。我話開支酒俾我哋坐低先都話唔得。本身想即刻走去過第二個地方。坐到入去叫Menu第一版最貴嗰個set,話無king crab…咁我問佢有啲咩唯有揀鮑魚和龍蝦。澳洲黑邊鮑魚比平時食開嗰啲細隻,但係價錢貴過出邊,地點裝修差過出邊。師傅手勢冇乜特別冇其他師傅咁健談。實實際際去返銅鑼灣嗰啲好好多,以後唔使再去呢度。最後四個人食咗七千幾蚊,銅鑼灣邊間性價比都好過呢度。

和牛厚燒:師傅燒到外面微微焦香,切開後裏面仲係淡淡的粉紅色,生熟程度啱啱好,一啖咬落滿口油脂,牛肉味濃,嫩稔多汁入口即化,配上金黃香脆嘅炸蒜片一食齊,香口得黎又可以中和返油膩感

澳洲🇦🇺鮑魚加入海鮮汁、日式魚蛋、海藻、白蘿蔔去燉煮。鮑魚鮮甜爽口,索盡湯汁精華。

師傳先拍一拍烏貝肌肉仲識郁,超新鮮😳😳烏貝肉厚柔嫩,爽口鮮甜。

來自富山灣,白蝦好細隻,一件壽司已經有幾十隻白蝦😳😳 師傅用昆布醃白蝦收緊水份,混入柚子胡椒礦鹽,微辣有少少咸味。

3️⃣ 鰤魚
配上北海道三星漬。雖然春天嘅鰤魚魚肉無冬天咁肥,但表面微微燒一燒油脂感都好重。😝

4️⃣ 銀鱈魚
魚皮輕輕燒一燒,魚肉保持嫩滑😋 師傅係面頭加咗少少柚子胡椒,辣辣地幾好味。

5️⃣ 熟成野生拖羅
拖羅食得多,熟食野生拖羅就真係第一次😳😳 野生拖羅經熟成後魚味更出更濃厚,好有驚喜!

食物材料用心準備,從熊本豐富味蕾的牛肉到海鮮一路細微至怡保肥粗芽菜,都令到師傅有用武之處,而師傅的烹調技術伴以友善風趣的招待令到美食更令人捧腹愉快,每道都用心製作及介紹,作為食客是享受而非只是有個位置就餐。無微不至的伺應令我們客人如接受餐廳老闆親自招呼一般,值得讚!我們坐房對著維港海景碰上今日晴朗天氣,用餐環境無得彈,6人位我們5位家庭聚會很適合,朋友多下次打通隔離房又得,很满意毫無疑問會再幫襯。

First time to this Teppanyaki. Upon arrival being seated, it was quite jammed, we were like packed sardines sitting next to each other. I guess it was noted or there was a reservation cancellation so then we could space ourselves out. It was a very rushed meal, we had to return the table in 1hr30mins. It was flavourful, unfortunately it was a bit over cooked in some cases. Beef quality itself could be better. Best comes in the end, loved their coffee.

這三年來omakasa 極流行,價錢愈來愈高,但水準極參差,失望居多,滿意極少。但其實城中有很多高質日式餐廳,如延和九龍那邊的繼,便是我會回頭,又回頭的店。鐵板燒午市套餐$378,前菜有沙律,也可加$98有極上刺身三款,份量足,又夠新鮮。跟著可四選二 :鵝肝、蝦、銀鱈魚、帆立貝。鵝肝配多士,油香加香脆,幸福之源。帆立貝的湯汁也是不能錯過。牛肉可選厚或薄燒,個人喜歡薄燒。另亦可加$300,選A5和牛。和牛一咬滿口油脂,肉質鬆化。旁邊的蒜片好吃得停不了口。還有炒飯、炒芽菜、麵豉湯。用牛油和糖煎的脆多士。最後還有雪糕或咖啡。窗外還可見到維港景。地方也坐得舒適。唯服務有待改進。坐下沒有奉茶,訂位時沒有通知要一小時半要交枱,吃甜品時突然趕客,要我們離開。

由佢開張無耐今次已經係我同朋友/屋企人第N 次去 Nobe 食午餐,同好多人一樣開始我都係食鐵板燒先,由今年夏天由我第一次試佢個師傅發板壽司午餐set 我而家反而多咗食師傅發板刺身壽司套餐,原因係佢哋對於食材的執着同一絲不苟,唔會好似外邊咁師傅發板午餐只會比你食啲隔夜貨,壽司吧主管迪師傅一直堅持只用最時令同最新鮮貨去招乎顧客所以次次上去都會好有驚喜,令外佢同其他同事都會好詳細咁去解釋每道刺身壽司每樣海鮮食材特點來源地方/出產地,基本上每一次去都有上緊海洋生物學課堂的感覺,尋日同屋企人(其中有三個第一次去),由 12:30pm 食到3:00pm 個個食完都大滿足,所以小弟雖然好少寫食評都忍唔住一定要推介比大家去試吓佢哋個壽司吧的出品😊🙏🏻
