小漁港海鮮舫 鮮蒸‧鮮味火鍋 Seafood Port Restaurant 📍太子荔枝角道127-133號地舖星期四晚,媽咪帶咗我妹去澳門,得返我同老爸食自己。既然機會難得,無理由食外賣咁頹嘅,於是我就帶咗老豆食海鮮大餐,實行有大食大,等佢哋隔住個海羡慕下!我會知道太子有呢間叫小漁港嘅餐廳,全因為我嘅識食好友介紹,佢食過之後讚口不絕,話性價比高,海鮮又新鮮,叫我bookmark定搵次去食。呢晚臨時臨急要搵餐廳,我就醒起可以帶老爸嚟呢度食,一嚟清蒸健康啲,二嚟又可以坐得耐,唔洗趕頭趕命食。呢間餐廳嘅店員姐姐們都非常好服務,即使座無虛席,忙到甩轆,佢哋依然好有禮貌咁介紹食材、又會不時check下個爐,主動招呼食客,服務一流! 💰$68避風塘鮮魷 🦑主打海鮮嘅小漁港,除咗蒸氣火鍋外,最受歡迎嘅小菜必定要數到呢道避風塘仙遊。佢嘅炸粉唔會好厚,魷魚炸得剛剛好,爽脆唔韌,我自己最鍾意食魷魚鬚嘅位置。雖然睇落好多辣椒,但其實個椒鹽唔會好辣,反而好重蒜香味,係等海鮮蒸熟期間,可以邊食呢度人氣小菜,邊嘆住玻璃樽裝嘅飲料,唔使呆等。 💰$318/位是日廚師智選套餐 👨🏻‍🍳我哋揀咗呢一個比較優惠嘅套餐,撞正星期一至四嚟食,一個價錢免加一、免茶芥、免小食,計落非常化算。雖然茶芥同小食都係免費嘅,但都唔馬虎㗎,一坐低就飲到熱辣辣嘅玄米茶,仲有好好味嘅蕎頭同炸黃豆,最啱一邊打牙骹一邊食。刺身拼盤 🍣我無諗過喺蒸氣海鮮店,都會食到咁新鮮嘅刺身㗎,品質真係令人有驚喜!刺身款式隨機,我哋呢份拼盤就有三文魚、北寄貝、希靈魚、帶子同油甘魚。五款刺身都非常新鮮,我自己比較喜歡三文魚同帶子,兩者都非常甘甜,質素可以媲美日本刺身專門店!八款時令海鮮 🦀食晒刺身之後,店員姐姐就會喺鍋底加入豬骨、生珍珠米、元貝仔同水,為煮粥底做好準備。之後佢哋會喺鍋上面放上唔同嘅食材去蒸,我哋嘅第一份食材係海鮮,有鮑魚、蒜蓉扇貝、馬友同埋大蝦,大火蒸7分鐘就食得。新鮮鮑魚蒸起非常彈牙,鮑魚邊唔會蒸到韌晒;蒜蓉扇貝唔似一般酒樓嘅做法,不加一滴豉油蒸起即食,扇貝同樣唔會蒸到老晒,烹煮時間恰到好處;馬友魚係四款食材裏面最好食嘅一款,近肚嘅位置滿是魚油,店員姐姐提醒蒸起要第一時間食,因為咁就唔怕凍咗會有腥味;四隻大蝦都有我手板咁大,而且啲蝦肉結實彈牙,絕對新鮮。建議大家唔好點豉油,食下四款海鮮嘅原汁原味!第二份海鮮主要係貝類,有蠔、蜆同螺。呢次蒸嘅時間就再短啲,短短5分鐘後就有得食。呢種蠔嘅殼係邊嘅,唔係一般本地蠔,肉身冇咁飽滿,但勝在無咩腥味同雜質;啲錢隻隻都大大隻,蜆肉鮮甜多汁;螺處理得好乾淨,不過食嘅時候就要花啲心機,慢慢用牙籤撩出嚟,好在有老爸幫我撩晒咋!第三份海鮮係兩隻螃蟹,蒸咗12分鐘。其實一開始食蒸海鮮前,店員姐姐就已經將兩個蟹殼放咗喺鍋底度同啲生米一齊煮。呢兩隻蟹好多膏,而且肉質結實,蟹味濃郁,細心嘅老爸幫我將啲蟹多肉嘅地方剪晒落嚟,仲幫我拆肉添,抵我帶佢嚟食好嘢嘅!時蔬主食 🥬🍜主食方面,有蟲草花蒸雞配烏冬底,仲有好幾款嘅時令蔬菜一齊放喺荷葉上面蒸。店員姐姐話要蒸兩次,首次蒸咗10分鐘,煮散咗個烏冬之後再蒸多咗4分鐘,之後就有得食喇。蟲草花蒸雞將雞油迫晒出嚟,圍邊嘅蔬菜都吸收晒雞油精華。南瓜、芋頭、粟米、紫薯同蒜蓉勝瓜都索滿雞汁,芋頭同紫薯簡直無得輸!我亦都好鍾意放喺蒜蓉勝瓜上面嘅蝦乾,鹹鹹香香勁夾。主角蟲草花蒸雞好嫩滑,雖然呢份雞肉偏肥,但同時雞嘅油脂都比較多,所以烏冬吸滿雞油嘅香味,意外地好食!最後不得不提整餐嘅重點—集所有精華於一身嘅蟹膏豬骨粥。我哋喺熬粥嘅過程中額外加入四隻蝦頭,所以粥底充滿着蝦蟹嘅鮮甜味;鹹豬骨非常入味,元貝仔增加口感。喺整個煮嘅過程都無加一粒鹽去調味,靠嘅只係每份食材嘅原汁原味去調味,煮出一窩鮮甜美味嘅蟹膏豬骨粥! continue reading
