呢碟牛頸脊真係有驚喜,仙氣木盒上枱已經忍唔住即刻影相!牛頸脊係運動量較多嘅肉位,所以肉質鬆化有咬口。而且雪花紋平均,肉味會越咬越濃郁㗎。

「滾爺」火鍋店舖位於上海街,交通方便,而且很多人介紹,後來我發現尖沙咀也有一間分店呢!在眾多湯底之中,我們選了招牌椰子雞鍋 (半隻),店員細心地替我們即場用2個椰皇加2個椰青開鍋,還細心地向我們介紹,湯底沒有其他水份,只有椰青和椰皇,真的十分鮮甜!文昌雞雞肉也非常嫩滑,我而且份量十足!其他的火鍋配料都很新鮮,我們叫了手包鮮蝦雲吞、白滑急凍米線、(唐三藏)田園菇菜拼盤等。我最喜歡的是手打鮮牛滑,令到湯底更加味道提升,又可以吃到粒粒滑牛,值得一試! continue reading

朋友好火鍋,黎到油麻地的滾爺火鍋店。原來週末都幾多人,同友人要上樓上雅座。由於近排食得太多野,決定叫得清 d。招牌椰子雞鍋(半隻雞)上檯,哇,有兩大椰青和兩小椰皇,再➕🐔果然真材實料。店員幫手倒椰皇、椰、,馬蹄、桂圓,加入雞肉大滾後焗。5分鐘後便可食🉐,先飲湯,非常清甜!雞肉鮮嫩滑溜。爽口手打鮮蝦滑 蝦滑爽口彈牙,鮮味十足鮮淮山,韭菜餃子鮮味爽口,波浪形狀,更添口感!餃子 4 只一 碟,皮薄餡多,韭菜綠油油,够鮮味。食食下,周董的歌響起,氛围歡愉!整體來說,食材新鮮,美味又價錢吸引! continue reading

行完朗豪坊,想去打邊爐,見到呢間滾爺火鍋都有好多好評,去到的時候唔使排隊,就入咗去試吓。間餐廳唔大,以黑色為主調,所有枱都係放兩邊,所以全部都係梳化位或者卡位,都幾好坐。因為得兩個人,都叫唔到太多嘢食,原本係想試佢招牌椰子雞鍋,見到佢有胡椒豬肚雞鍋,就俾佢吸引咗。胡椒豬肚雞鍋同椰青雞有啲唔同,上枱嘅時候雞同埋豬肚都已是煮熟了在鍋入邊,熱返就食得,個胡椒豬肚湯好香濃,都飲咗兩碗。另外叫咗個佢嘅招牌四寶丸,一碟牛肚,同埋一碟菜。招牌四寶丸係新鮮手打丸,個擺盤都好靚,最好食係蝦丸。整體嚟講,餐廳都好乾淨企理,最鍾意佢個電磁爐火力夠晒勁,好快滾。另外,醬料係自己行出去拎,都有齊芫荽蔥生熟蒜,豉油等等,不過醬介要收$18一位。店員親切有禮貌,因為係小店,就冇連鎖店那種匆匆忙忙,服務唔錯。酒水主要就有啤酒汽水可以選擇,兩個人埋單六百幾蚊。 continue reading

窩夫與蝦子餅日前光顧旺角的「滾爺火鍋」,是少數營業至凌晨五時的餐廳。被安排坐在地下那層,主要是二至四人枱,設有大電視供球迷們觀看足球賽事。入座前已經想好要哪款湯底。點餐後先取醬料(每位$18),衛生情況叫人滿意。職員將招牌椰子雞鍋($248)的材料分開送來,相機食完才將全部材料放進鍋裏。先放野生馬蹄和椰肉,然後放半隻海南文昌雞,最後倒入兩個泰國椰皇和兩個泰國椰青的水。煮至出煙便熄火焗五分鐘,餐廳會提供沙漏計時。椰子雞湯原汁原味,鮮甜無比。兩個人吃不到太多火鍋配料,點了牛魔皇拼盤($298),有牛肩胛、牛舌、牛骨髓、金錢肚和牛柏葉,五款水準都不錯。手打四寶丸($88)的賣相有驚喜,四寶丸分別是墨魚丸、蝦丸、牛丸和鯪魚丸,墨魚丸有很多墨魚粒,蝦丸爽口彈牙。蔬菜方面,點了當造的西洋菜($28),顏色翠綠,口感爽脆無渣。 continue reading

旺角食火鍋🍲對於滾爺火鍋真係非一般的愛,只要想食得好,食得養顏又滋補,都一定要來滾爺火鍋。來到滾爺火鍋🍲必須一定要吃這個招牌椰子雞鍋,這個椰子🥥汁是以新鮮的椰青水,椰皇水倒在一起燜這個雞,雞以半隻雞份量,用固定的時間來燜,這個椰子水清甜好喝,變成椰子雞湯更好喝,而且超級養顏喔 $248主要的火鍋湯底介紹完,這裏的火鍋料和配菜都出名新鮮,食材品質高,所以我們還點了:脆鯇魚片 $88 超級大塊又新鮮的魚片,個人超級推薦即炸紫菜響鈴 $68 這個必吃也是新鮮炸出來的,好好吃的響鈴手包鮮蝦雲吞4 顆 $44 手工雲吞也是招牌喔鯪魚滑釀豆卜 $38 這個也是手工的豆卜,份量也多喔皇帝菜 $38 超級鮮嫩的皇帝菜,對於這裡的食材毫無質疑。 continue reading
